Typically I thought a oil change included: topping off basic fluids and checking tire pressure.Come to find out IF you want those fluids maintained, you must REQUEST it.My receipt indicated they used X amount of quarts of oil, no tire pressure check, no windshield fluid filled ... That service was on Friday. On my commute to work, Monday morning at 4am, went to use my windshield wipers plus fluid...EMPTY...NOT a satisfied customer and will NOT be returning.My daughter had excellent service with them but I was UNIMPRESSED!!!

My wife had a terrible experience here. Rachel yelled personal financial information across the office while on the phone informing everyone of her supposed knowledge of our finances. Very unprofessional and absolutely will NOT go there anymore. We will just stick to anywhere but here. 0 at of 5 stars Don’t recommend

This place surprised me, not only were they kind, as was everyone I met in Bay City, but they also had a quality tire for my travel trailer (Carlisle) in the correct size, and they were fast.

For starters, this is one of the only places in town that are even providing oil change services! I called and the lady told me that I didn’t need an appointment. I got there and was greeted by one the kindest women that I’ve ever met! I was there for about 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and efficient service!

Jimmy Huey and his team at Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Bay City are exceptional. Their new shop is spacious, clean, and easy to find right off Hwy 60. Any interaction Ive had with service technicians has been polite and professional. The team is knowledgeable and very willing to help answer any questions about services and product warranties. They get the job done, however, the lady at the front desk is such a whiner... every single time someone calls or enters the store the complains and has an ugly attitude towards customers. I’ve been here 3 times and only do so cause it’s part of my job

Took my wife’s vehicle there for a brake job and let’s say 2 trips there and $900 later they still are not fixed. They squeal every morning and everytime the car sits for a period of time which is embarrassing to my wife. Now I am going to have to take it to the dealership and spend more money for them to fix it right!! Very disappointing

Awesome service, they helped me fix a really loud squeaking noise with my car, and repaired my tires all for really cheap! They dont try to upsell you a ton of extra stuff, they just want to help! I wish they had a place in Houston... I was just passing through and they helped out a ton!! Also they close at 1pm on Saturday.

Mounted tire wrong side out, rude when I returned. Then broke decorative piece on rim and didn’t tell me. Then took to a different shop due to vibration and was told “the tires were out of balance bad”. Will never go there again!!!!
