Excellent sams club. The staff at the tire department were amazing. On my road trip, I had a flat tire and called this location to get it taken care of. Lief was so helpful on the phone and got the tires ready for us while we made our way there. We were in and out in no time and got a full set of tires. Thanks Lief!! Employees like you one in a million!

Bad day to ask my opinion.....service desk was slow and had difficulty finding my return item in my account.Self scan didnt want to scan my tomatoes, so I ended up in the checkout lines that I was trying to avoid. Lines were long, not all lanes open.The AT&T salesman was relentlessly annoying- when a customer says they are not interested then back off!The gal at the door scanning people out of the store was doing her best to be happy and helpful. There was even a line to leave the store.

Its a Sams club. Warehouse style shopping. Produce and meats have always been good. Everything else is pretty much bulk. You go in for 2 things and leave with 15.

They had everything I needed and more! The packages are huge which lasts a lifetime if you live alone. There are some brands Ive never heard of here too and thier amazing. If you like sushi they got a whole section dedicated to it.

We normally purchase 4 to 5 boxes of the Premier drink each month. This month shopping we purchased 5 boxes of the Premier drink. There was a $5.50 discount per Box instant savings. We were only allowed to take that savings on two of the boxes. We dont think that was right. Disappointed.

Like most wholesale clubs, its a mixed bag. A vast selection of goods ,but not always the best price. Overall, well worth the annual membership, and some specialty items, like their famous rotisserie chicken @ $4.99 are total bargains! Love shopping here!

Limited options throughout the store on many many items. Jackson Sams Club was stocked much better. On the plus side, checkout was very fast unlike Jackson.No fountain drinks available at the food court. No cheese for the pretzel. Maybe they were just out? Or no longer available. This helps slow the spread of China flu how? The tables are gone, thanks to governor Hitler. The required mask either works or it doesnt.

Great informative and friendly staff. Glad I received my JJ Janssen Co-vid19 one-shot vaccine there.

Shopping was fine, the problem was checking out. Went to a check out with you scanning the product, that went well. Scanned my card and would not let me change payment. The worker said only two will let you do that, the other ones were down. She was kind and took me to a regular check out and rescan my merchandise for me. I was able to change payment, looking good. When I pushed credit and waited for trans action it said something is wrong with your card. After several more tries no luck. She said they have trouble with that card reading. After about 15 minutes of people watching I left without getting what I wanted.

Getting the covid-19 shot was painless and they were wonderful.

Sams Club is great, you usually have to buy bulk unless its clothing or a food item. We buy most of our pet food and treats there, Also, never packed and the prices are great, paper towels and toilet paper are the cheapest and not generic brands. We are just husband and wife with a few pets and in our early 40s, we like shopping there and the clothing is good quality and weve never had a bad experience there unlike Walmart lol.

Made a quick stop, needed new portable outside chairs. Found what I was looking for, a folding chair with 2 seats. Bought and used yesterday afternoon. Good for both this. Plenty of Room and comfortable.👍

Between scan & go and curbside pickup shopping at Sams has never been easier. I like the new layout in t the center of the store with the chips, crackers, cookies and candy moved forward in the store and spread out more.

They rarely have what I want or what Im looking for; Im oftentimes disappointed when I go there. Yet, I appreciate there business in a small town.I notice products are less available than in the past & prices have risen greatly.

Convince of items, availability and price is decent for items

Product placement shake up and customer service has gone in the tank in the last 12 months. They put similar items five isles away from each other such as Dawn dishwashing soaps. Nobody has any say or recourse when you complain and most people dont have a clue whats going on in the store. I will be shopping at Costco which is 25 Mi away as opposed to 4 MI away with Sams club.

Love sams club didnt buy much this time but this place is so worth the membership can buy everything I need in bulk so not having to keep going to small stores where the items I need are so expensive I buy trash bags toilet paper laundry soap and Kitty litter and dryers sheets spices etc I love sams club

Like the store but just there and MANY Un-masked people. Felt uncomfortable at times. So much for the sign at the door. Costco would throw them out. Guess I will drive to Kalamazoo more often.12/9/20

Friendly great customer service clean.

Pretty easy to stay six feet apart from others. Kinda disappointing they have such a large focus on baked goods like cakes, pastries, and pies instead of a greater selection of more wholesome food but that is probably where the money is at.

This store is neat and clean. We have been plus members for many years.

They have been dealing with the Whitmer rules very well. Always well stocked.

Of course minimal necessities. Horrible electric carts for the handicapped. Thankful that the had a young man named Anthony that found me a second cart to let me finish my shopping.

As can be expected some of the staff like to make false accusations against others. One of the associates asked me a question about how they looked and I answered truthfully that they looked fine. Next thing I know they filed a false complaint against me.

Love Sams, but they even seem to be struggling, through all this covid 19 craziness. Shelves are bare as far as inventory. So you can imagine why Mom and Pop business is struggling .

Took my monthly sams club trip to stock up on cleaning supplies and kid snacks. As usual a great experience. One thing I like about Sams Club other than their great deals is threat different check out options. No matter how busy they are, check out is easy and fast. They have the scan and go application, self scan and employee assisted check out. Which i typically do the self scan, it has a removable scanning gun which allows for me to leave everything in my cart and to make the check out process easy!

As usual Sams club is a quick shopping experience. We saw the chef putting out freshly made sushi in several varieties. They all looked fabulous. One of the only local places to get sheep cheese and its a 1/4 the price of other stores. Clearance items are fantastic deals. Gas 30 cents less than the gas stations in the area.

I was greeted by different employees asking if I was finding everything I needed. Very nice!!

There was a manager named Rachel who was on at 8 this morning who was very rude and very unprofessional to me.......... seriously wondering if I want to go there again.....

Today wasnt a great trip to Sams Club. When I walk in I went to the customer service desk and asked all the proper question but I was given the wrong answer. It made my shopping trip longer and I had to go through a bunch of unnecessary stuff.

Best if you love large quantities. Its a warehouse after all. Great prices, and selection. Many items rotate through, some to never to be seen again. Pharmacy is outstanding! Pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly with impressive customer service.

Nice place to shop, they have great meats however some of the groceries are more expensive than in stores and stuff like this makes a membership more expensive and not worth buying. Lots of larger stuff for your yard and things make this up.

I love Sams Club! Just buying things that I use often like cat litter, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and water softener salt save me a lot of money.

Found the chocolate chips and breaded shrimp we were looking for. Bought crunchy bars for my students. Picked up two nice bath towels at an excellent price. Added pork belly sandwich filling we had to try. Very fast checkout. All in order!

Their premium unleaded price is usually the lowest in town. I also like that they keep the gas pumps receipt printers working.
