Was looking for a new place to have my taxes prepared, was recommended by a few people this place. I called and was told I could come in as a walk-in, great! I was able to get right in, she was fast and efficient. Always greatly appreciated, especially when I had my two young boys with me. Thank you.

Just called to schedule an appointment. I was greeted with a lady that was very rude in my opinion. She seemed like she was rushing to get me off the phone and had a bit of an attitude. I will gladly spend my money somewhere else. As a business professional myself, I would never talk like that with a prospective client.

Do not go to Shaw’s if you want quality work done. I hired them because my taxes became more complicated and I didn’t trust doing them online myself, now I feel like that would have been wiser. Months later I get a notice from the city that one of my tax forms wasn’t included in my original assessment and now I owe the city more. They fly through your forms while you sit with them in the office and then charge $100. I wish I could have that wasted $100 to pay the city what I now owe them. Super.

What I don’t like is how online website says their hours are Saturday 10a to 3p and now that I’m calling To see if my account number was fixed bc they entered the wrong account number before I received my taxes thank God the irs sent it back to them and they were able to cut the check but I have other money coming like the stimulus and here it is I can’t get an answer while it says they are open to verify my Information very frustrating

Outstanding Job! My brother owed 3 years back taxes, and his current. He was freaking out. I recommended these guys due to there location, and my frustration with jackson Hewitt. He went in thinking he was going to owe 15,000 a year for taxable income, they got him down to below 1,000. My brother was doing back flips. It was lower then when he filed with HR the previous year with less income. They charge less, and they do a better job. Jackson Hewitt charged $650 this year, and $550 last year. They charged him $110 for each year he filed with them. Thats a total of under $500 for the back 3 plus his current year. What more do you want? They did a excellent job
