Was supposed to have my package delivered only Had 1out of 3 delivered. Called and customer service was polite but gave them my 2 tracking number and they told me they are out to be delivered so I waited all day due to signature required, then I received a email stating delivery date had been changed, called and they found the one that needed a signature and couldn’t find the other on same time I was talking to them on the phone I was already driving to there location. Had to put a hold on the last package because they couldn’t find it and know I have to wait till Monday and pick it up. Not to mention waisting my time when I had to take the day off to be there and sign for the package and they never showed and I had to pick it up myself. Not the first time being screwed by ups but definitely the last. As being a business owner you will never get my business after this.

Although the delivery drivers are nice and all, they’ve lost out packages by sending them to someone else’s house and they did it again yesterday and it’s not the first time…

Very nice and courteous gentleman working behind the counter. Would definitely go there over A UPS store. Seems like the store is always utter chaos and disarray. The customer center says it all they are there to help the customer and he did that very well

I had to take an Amazon return down because UPS did not come pick it up. The service at the center was prompt and courteous. The hours are rather limited, but that was not a problem for me. I took a star off because UPS was supposed to pick up the package but did not.

After standing with two other customers for 30 minutes in the cold, and after talking to many UPS employees before they went in the employee entrance, a manager turned on the lights and taped a Not Open paper on the door. There was no indication on their web site or the public dropoff door they are closed for the day.

I tried to find out where my packages were as UPS wouldnt deliver to my home. I tried the website where they sent me in circles. Then they tell me that they are at the hub in oshtemo. I go all the way there and am told that they are in battle creek. I will never use them to send anything.

They refuse to deliver my packages to my house because my dog scared the driver. I have 6 cameras on the outside of my house. My dog never touched the driver like he claimed. The driver lied to his manager and told him that he has been bitten by my dog on other occassions. The manager took it upon himself to call animal control and I was given a ticket. I have the ticket and the video of the driver on usb. The Tower rd facility is being ran by a bunch of idiots.

UPS website, tracking code, told me my package was delivered to my FRONT DOOR at 5:43 p.m., 8/2/17. We searched for that package everywhere. When my daughter came home from work at 11:30 p.m. she almost ran over it in the driveway down by the road. Our driveway is long and curves so it was not visible from the house. The package was down close to the road where anyone couldve stopped and snatched it. I called UPS last night before she found the package and was told I had to call the shipper and file a claim. This morning, I called again to report the situation and that I was not satisfied with the driver leaving the package in an unacceptable location. We had downpours yesterday as well so it was unprotected from the weather. I was told the Battle Creek office would call me within the hour (this morning) and OF COURSE nobody called. As of this time I have not been contacted by the B.C. office. This item was supposed to be a SURPRISE for my daughter....so much for the surprise!!! This is the first time weve ever had problems with UPS and Im VERY unsatisfied with the service today. Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service, drivers dont open doors, leave tags or even do their jobs. Then wont turn around when they fail to even delivery packages. We refuse to ever use this horrible company again and will be strictly going with the post office or fed/ex

As a business that ships all over the US and beyond, I get to interact with shipping companies and staff a lot. We were shipping a package to a nearby resort for a new customer who didnt want to carry chocolate products in his car as he traveled across country for his family reunion. The customer placed the order with no time to spare so we placed him at the top of our priority list to make sure it arrived on time.The address he gave us was correct, but had not been well verified in any map service so the UPS driver was unable to locate on his first delivery attempt. I received an automated email to this effect and contacted the Battle Creek UPS hub immediately to explore our options so my customer could still receive his package.Long story short, both Alyssa Dickens in the office and John VanWinkle, the driver, went above and beyond what was required to accommodate my customers needs and he did get his goodies!! He was ecstatic and I came out looking like a hero all because these two folks were willing to go out of their way for great customer service. Thank you for all your help!

I cant figure out how to talk to customer service. The ups driver keeps pulling up in front of my house and saying he cant get to door. Its about 10 steps from road. Then I have to track my package down . So sick of this
