I love the selection here and their service is super helpful. If u ask where something is not only do they tell u but take u there themselves. The place is always clean & orderly. However, the prices are a bit steep for my pocket most the time.

This review is not based on products, but rather on the inability to get help. Needed help in plumbing and had to ask. - THREE TIMES - for assistance. It took asking for a manager (supposedly there were two, but both were off the sales floor doing interviews) to get the ‘Customer Service’ desk to call a ‘back area manager’ (whatever that is) to come and help.I know staff is short (everywhere), but having to wait almost 30 minutes and ask three times??????? Will absolutely not return here.

Went there this afternoon. We couldnt find anyone to help us. The gentleman in the back of the store said he was the only one there. He should have been able to call and get some help for us. Everything was such an effort to find and there just wasnt anyone to help. I will not be shopping at Lowes any more. Customer Service was terrible.

Only place near me that had a air purifier. To bad they are so expensive . But the best part about being the only one with some you can charge a lot more and well if you want it you will pay for it.

Got a Great Deal on a GE front loading washing machine with a few scratches and dents. Saved over 400 on a perfect one.

Lowes buy online, pick up in store process continues to be a chaotic mess. We notified them that we had arrived in the app, but after waiting 15 minutes, we had to go inside. When the staff went to grab our order, only one of our two items had actually been grabbed. Luckily, the item was still in stock on the sales floor.Do us all a favor, Lowes. Look to Target or Sams and model your online process after theirs, or just give up on it all together. As of now, I dread having to shop at Lowes again.

Love shopping at Lowes. There have never been Mask Police and the store is always clean and orderly. Add that Military and Veteran Discount and the friendly and knowledgeable staff and there is ZERO reason to go to the Mask Cops across the street!

They truly show how much they respect our Veterans. Offer a nice discount, plus designated parking spots for Vets. Ive also never seen a poor display of the American Flag at any Lowes. As far as corporate businesses go, Lowes is #1 for honoring Veterans. I wont step foot in any other hardware store (except for ACE, they treat Veterans very well too) because I Love to shop at Lowes. The employees are always helpful and they do their job with s smile.

Neat hardware store in town. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store is typically clean. I just wish Lowe’s prices more closely matched other stores for the same items

We ordered almost $900 worth of fencing and concrete on April 27, 2021. It was scheduled for delivery May 3, 2021. They called on May 3 and said they could not deliver until May 10. May 10 turned into June 4. June 4 turned into 8. On June 8 we waited all day for a call and delivery. Nothing!! A little after 8:00 PM my husband called the store. He was told they were waiting for a “delivery modification”. At this point I am cancelling the order. This is the worst customer service or lack thereof I have ever experienced. They will receive our money again.

This is a well-stocked store having a pleasant shopping environment. Condition of parking lot surface could use some improvements though.

Other than convenience in inventory and the exception of a few nice employees my visits are always a little less than desirable. Its the kind of place I want to like to use but im often let down. However, if youre in a pinch it works. Most of the time I feel like I bother them by asking for help or I get shuffled around with little to no resolve.

My product was never brought to the front from my online order so it took a long time to locate it. It was in a cart that was being pushed to the front but it never made it for some reason. Good thing they had good customer service and looked for it. Just wish they could be more organized and the communication between associates could be a lot better.

Worst place to call for information. Needed to ask the contactor desk a question, girl didnt even want to listen for 30 seconds. Transferred me somewhere, somewhere because nobody ever picked up just rang twice then disconnected. Thanks, Ill take this project to another business.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Will never shop at any Lowes again!!! Order a generator that was supposed to be delivered to me on 4/29. I called on 4/29 and was told that it was leaving the manufacturer that day. Problem 1. This was after trying to use the online chat and not being able to get any answer, just told to call customer service, after not being able to just track my order online like they say we can. Then I wait another week and call customer service again. I wait over an hour and half to talk to someone and I am told its still sitting at the manufacturer waiting for fedex to pick it up. Problem 2. So then I have to go to Indiana to buy another generator because I cant wait forever on Lowes. On 5/7 I go into Lowes and want to cancel my order and get my $1500 back. They tell me it is showing its going to be delivered that day from Fedex. After going round and round about that and telling them I dont want it delivered they said it would be best just to accept the delivery and then return it. Well guess what it wasnt delivered on the 7th, or the 8th, or the 9th.... didnt get the generator until 5/14!!! Now I have to load this generator in my vehicle and get it back to Lowes so I can get my money back that they had no problem taking, but are being extremely difficult in giving back. I should start by saying that when I ordered the generator I let them know that it was an emergeny and I had to have it by the 29th or I would need to go some place else and was told no problem it would be there. Everyone that I have dealt with both in the store and online or over the phone have been completely incompetent and the absolute worst to deal with!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from them.

Pretty cluttered maybe getting ready for spring stuff. The guy that helped us said there was no such part but after careful looking ourselves we found it lucky we just didnt leave. They normally have more plumbing than menards.

Went here today when Home Depot and Menards failed to have what I needed and getting no help from either place. I came here and found exactly what I needed. David went beyond his duty and went and got my landscape timbers and brought them to my vehicle. I highly recommend this store and employee.

Around Christmas my wallet fot stolen amd all of my abilities to lay for things electronically was lost to me when my device was misplaced. The paper Christmas presents I returned a few items can I purchase but didnt have a receipt I was given a card which I was told was linked to my drivers license number and only I could spend it. Only about 2 hours later the card was stolen as well what the receipt wrapped around like a lot of people do. When I try to get ahold of the store I was told that I couldnt replace the card without the receipt. Now I understand fraud protection but a lot of people will take a gift card and wrap the receipt around am I wrong? The store refuse to replace the card without a receipt prevent isnt this very easily taken care of by looking up to see if my card which the woman was able to find have been used? I feel like this is fraud protection gone awry I was a customer who enjoy shopping at store but was in distress yes I was able to return them initially but come on you could have easily issued me a second card so at this point its literally money that went up into the air for nothing thank you Lowes

Just went to get electrical wire. Very helpful associate told me what I needed to do the job.

Tried to get a washer dryer unit, they forgot the piece that connects the two. They said they would be back and never came back, we called a few times and every time they told us that they would come that day to install. They never did. When we called all they did was put us on hold until the phone just hung up, that or they hung up on us, directed us to a manager when all we asked for is if they were coming today. We didn’t want a manager we just wanted the part.

I have always have good service at Lowes. What I like about them is that you can get your money back if you need to return items, unlike a certain competitor that only gives you in store credit.

They do not force masks like Menards. Lowes has gotten alot of our money because they do not discriminate.

Were going to get dishwasher from Portage store. Been 3 weeks, finally bought from Menards. It works great and getting $50 back. Thats life, shouldnt have beat around the bush when I made inquiries on item to be shipped over in two days. Could have gone to Portage and got it.

If Joe had been working he would have gone the extra mile.This guy took off n we werent done discussing buying 2 garage doors. He went n started helping someone else. I needed for him to call the Kalamazoo store for inventory of a certain door but threw it back at us. Joe would have called n asked to hold it for us. I wont ask for service from him again. Tall thin individual. Lowes lost a sale 2day. He cant handle or doesnt know how to handle busy customer situations.

Used to think that Lowes was better quality (which is why I went there first). From what I found when I got there, their wood is no better than Menards. I guess I got my answer.

We ordered appliances from Lowes with the help of James and received them the day before Thanksgiving. While wiping down the glass top stove we found the plastic holding the glass top in place was fraying. It continued to crumble as we used it over the holiday. We took a picture and video and visited Lowes on Sunday. James took a look at the picture and said he would schedule a replacement. An hour later we received a date for the delivery.If you need appliances, Lowes is your store and James is your man.Honestly, why isnt James running this Lowes?

Ordering things online can be a bit of a hassle if you have time sensitive projects because there seems to be a miscommunication between lowes and their suppliers. Things will be ordered and have a delivery date and next thing you know it wasnt delivered. Has happened several times.
