CRT was able to resolve my issues in less than an hour. Other companies and squads could not figure out the issue. Great place and knowledgeable staff.

They would come on site for hours and not do anything to the servers. We had an audit performed by another company and the server had not been patched in years and the firewall was wide open to outside attacks.I dont know how they stay in business with service like that, probably because their customers dont know any better just like we didnt. If you are a customer, find another company to provide a security audit ASAP. Our new support provider has cheaper rates and quicker service.
