Beautiful work - 5 stars. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and I have not been able to get my finishing touches on my bathroom yet! It has been since January of 2020.Tried to reschedule since March of this year and still is NOT done!! I am not happy. They came this week (June 2021) and completed everything! It is very beautiful - so I added 2 stars since it is now finished.

Today my mother and I had Decided to choose carpet from Lowe’sweather then purchase from Michigan tile. Haun manager at Michigan tile was upset and became very rude Haun was mad that there price was 2,000 more then Lowe’s and they sell the same carpet Mohawk !! Lowe’s also was willing to to removal the old carpet for free and Installation. Haun was very rude and upset with us because of our return. Haun and staff both made it seem like Lowe’s sales cheaper carpet but they sell the same Brand. Before u purchase any carpet from Michigan tile be sure to shop around!!!

One of the best experiences a family could have with replacing a carpet. Had a leak in my basement from the waterline, and it damaged the carpet. Called Hans for a replacement carpet and he gave me 5 different quotes on the ones he had in stock. We agreed on a price and it was delivered the next day and looks great.That is customer service.

I have enjoyed doing business with Michigan Tile & Carpet. Hans and his staff provide personal service and high quality products in a relaxed setting. So much better than a big box store experience.

Hans and the entire staff at Michigan Tile & Carpet are terrific. I have worked with them for flooring for my business and my home. Theyre expertise and quality products are second-to-none in Battle Creek.

I have personally used them for my tile work and carpet. The quality is wonderful! I have referred many people to shop here. I also added a kitchen island and updated the countertops to Cortz. Their designers were key to making the kitchen beautiful! I highly recommend them.

I ordered some stone tile as a backsplash for my kitchen and could only afford to put up a small portion at first. When I went back to schedule installing the rest with Bev I kept getting excuse after excuse. It has now been over 2 months of me walking into the store and trying to get this project scheduled with no success. I know it is a small project that isnt going to make them a lot of money but the constant excuses just tells me they dont want to waste their time with my small project. So if you have a small projects you are just better off going anywhere else.

BEWARE:This is not the type of company I want to have any part of and Im disgusted by my experiences in my short time there.In my opinion screaming ,cussing and degrating remarks, should never be acceptable in a work place towards employees. That would be a sign of disrespect and unprofessionalism . I also feel if a customer is spending thousands of dollars they deserve to know what is really being installed in there home. In my opinion it would be very dishonest and ubhorant if a company was to be deceitful about things like that.I cannot confirm or deny that this is what goes on .These are just my opinions on what kind of behaviors should be unacceptable from a buisness, so that you know my standards of integrity when I say, that I wouldnt work there for double what they were paying.

Great selection of flooring products. Employees are super thoughtful & helpful.

Make sure when you sign the contract for products and work that the items you pick out have the same item number on contract. I received different cabinets and counter top than what I picked out in showroom. When I got cabinets and countertop I was told that what was on the contract I signed. Workers worked a few hours a day, then would leave. Told them I wanted stove in same place, but when cabinets arrived the gas line for stove had to be moved to put cabinets in. Had to call store to get workers to finish. Hans said he would provide plumbers and electrians. He did not. I had to negotiate with workers to get work done. It was a very stressful.

Only giving 2 stars because had they not lied to us, we wouldnt have found our really nice carpet for really cheap at Carpet Warehouse.

Great people with great service and fair prices. Highly recommended.
