From the time you walk in to the time you leave you will have a smile on your face. The staff is so friendly and engaging and honestly want to know how things are going today. There is not another haircutting establishment I would go to over Supercuts. Kelli Runyon has got to be the best stylist and cutter Ive ever had work on me.I will continue to recommend Supercuts to all of my family and friends this is the place to be.

I’ve went to super cuts a few times and I’ve always liked my hair and never had any complaints other then thinking they were unprofessional, but I liked the work they did. I recently came in asking for a trim and some darker brown to be added to my hair. After my wash I told my stylist that my hair looked black, she kept try to assure me it wasn’t black and that it was what I asked for. When in fact it wasn’t. I left super cuts very upset and I hated my hair, my hair was super choppy and I was there for 3 hours for my hair to look nothing like how I asked. I went to another stylist who was able to fix my hair within a couple of weeks. The first picture is what I asked for... it’s a Pinterest picture. The second picture is my super dark hair with only half my head with highlights ( that super cuts did). My last two pictures are from a different hairdresser who was able to fix my hair. I don’t recommend coming to super cuts to get your hair colored.

Christina and Amanda are amazing there always very kind and professional. The manager Kelli however is extremely rude she continuously yelled at my kids from the minute we walked in the door. Mind you my kids are 2 and 4. At one point she got in my 2 year olds face and yelled at him. She is very rude and unprofessional . Definitely not how a manager should be acting.

I went in with a picture of a style I was looking for. I am aware it isnt going to be exact but it wasnt even close. She was so busy listening in on another stylist conversation and interaction with her client that she barely acknowledged me as HER client. Now I have a haircut I hate, way shorter than I asked for, very disappointed.

Usually a decent experience but went into get my haircut at 9am which was the time it was scheduled for. Been sitting here for 35 mins and theyre still closed like bro come on.

I love coming here! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just do great work! Always a positive experience, no matter the stylist. Prices are reasonable, and they dont try to sell you a bunch of fancy products or push you to do anything you dont want, like some fancy salons. They listen to what you want and pay attention to detail. Every time I visit, I walk out enjoying my experience and loving my hair! Great group of people. Thank you!

Kelli was great and gave me a nice haircut and was very efficient.

They were prompt. I had wanted my hair cut sharp up and above my ears. I have fuzzy short pieces hair under my straps of the mask. If I get it cut sharp above ears they usually have to use a razor for fuzzies to clean it up. When I mentioned wanting to take off my mask to maybe have hair cut above my ears the other gal across the room yelled across the room no honey we cant do that we do this all day so I let it be because I didnt want the cut messed up. The gal didnt dry it all the way I had to ask. Didnt offer hairspray had to ask. I called 12 places after I left to see if you can remove mask to have hair cut out around ears and every place I called said yes. So I went to another place to have that done. The gal at Supercuts could have offered to undo the straps one side at a time to ensure itgot done correctly completely and evenly but she didnt. She got a low tip because I had to pay to go elsewhere to get that done. It was disappointing since I have gone there for years. Its just not the same quality of service without Kerri and Brittany there. The other place I went charged me for a trim and they earned a 25% tip

I generally go to SuperCuts and I am always satisfied with the customer service and my haircut. Everyone is eager to serve customers and has a smile on their face. Very happy to return.

Amazing staff that are fun and friendly! I always get great service and feel fantastic when I leave. They do a wonderful job with their Covid protocols in between customers!

Very rude to me as I came in. Asked for a simple haircut and all I hear are employees cursing me for making them do their job. Dont go here.

I arrived 10 mins early and had to wait which was fine but the girl was very flustered and irritated with the fact that she had appointments and was “ hungry “! She was not very present and didn’t cut my hair how I wanted it , I have a super short cut on one side then longer on the other side . She didn’t line up my neck at all and wouldn’t let me look at the back before I left .definitely won’t be going back

The team at Supercuts is amazing. I have been getting my hair cut and styled at this location for 8 years and have never walked away with a bad experience. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Don, Kelly, Kim and the rest of the team are very professional and take pride in caring for their customers.

Got a standard haircut and am very pleased. My 1963 Leave it to Beaver comb over isnt a difficult haircut, so thats not so impressive. What is impressive is the professional courtesy of the staff and cleanliness of the facility.Thank you!

Their book online tool apparently dont work as it doesnt even sync to their system. So if u book an online appt, they wont have any clue of ur appt. And some of them catch an attitude with u, even when its their system thats at fault. The attitude of the stylist behind the girl, who started putting me in the computer, almost made me just walk back out. Dont get an attitude with a customer when ur system fails and the customer isnt being rude to u. I dont think ill be coming back

It was a very good experience but there web sight in to make appointments doesnt work so you should call instead.

Im feeling pretty generous with the stars today because the cuts arent great. But theyre currently the only local salon open on Sundays so we make due.

My son had his hair cut done there. He feel like he want to cry after the haircut. He said his hair feel like being pulled by the scissors. The back of his head below the neck was red from being scratched or something. He told me not to bring him there again. Service 11-6-20 time of appointment 11:15 am

The ladies here are so kind and deserve the tip! I came in with a haircut emergency that we thought couldnt be fixed and the lady not only evened it out. She made it look nice.

This place is the best. No matter who I am seeing they are all always professional and they listen to their clients. My son has been seeing Britina (who I am sad to find out isnt there anymore) I see Andrea and my husband loves Don!! Don does great with my husbands psoriasis and made my husband feel so much better about himself!

Walked in at 6:50pm to get my sons haircut. We were greeted by a gentleman coming from the back what can I do for you. I explain my son needs a haircut (hes 14) We were turned away, and told that he cant finish a cut in 10 minutes. So a paying customer was turned away because they were closing in 10 minutes. I guess leaving at exactly 7pm was more important. Very unprofessional. Lock your door if you dont want anyone to walk- in. We went to another place and were welcomed by their stylist. Thanks. Never again.

Husband literally just left there after having the manager have his hair fixed but she had a major attitude and made it worse.....way to go ladies.....

In a great location. Precautions are in place. Ive gotten excellent hair cuts there for years now. So pleased to have a salon that meets my hair care problems.

The girls in here know how to have fun while still maintaining a good pace and friendly customer service. I’ve never had a bad haircut from here. Keri does my hair every time and I couldn’t be happier with the shampoo and conditioner treatment after every cut. 10/10

I have been going to Andrea for a few years now. I do not like anyone else cutting my hair. Everytime I go there everyone is very friendly. So sorry Andrea, you are stuck with me. Lol. All joking aside, I would recommend going here 100%. I have never walked out of there and not liked my hair!!

Kayla did an amazing job on my daughters haircut. My daughter was looking for a certain look and she explained it to Kayla and my daughter received the cut she wanted. I can tell by the look on my daughters face if she is happy with a haircut and she was lit up with smiles. Kayla was awesome and listened intently to my daughter and it showed by the cut she received.We have been going to this location for a long time when it was Boric, we are pleased that they kept the same stylists. We will keep coming back. Everyone has have been nice and very welcoming. We love the new look of the place of Supercuts.We are very happy, thank you Kayla for a job well done.

Was able to call in and make an appointment that day. Lisa was great and listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She was very professional. The salon was busy and following the restrictions for this time in our lives. I talked with her about coloring my hair as well for some dimension and more lift.

I came into this establishment as my last option, needing desperate care. Luckily Keri was available! She is amazing and gave me the look I hoped for. My expectations were exceeded!

Messed up my son a few months ago. Figured I would give them another chance. Shame on me, my son now has extremely uneven bangs, and varied lengths of hair on the top of his head. Mastercuts fixed it the first time but they are closed down now.
