Have had such a great experience with CTI this far! I am the clinical Director at a Autism Center, and it is imperative we have heating and cooling needs met. From the very start my interaction with Mindy has been seriously excellent. Entering the main office at 8am. Cool that they were open so early. I requested a quote. All in all, the quote to service completion took 24 hours. Maybe 48 hours ... very quick and prompt. Technicians were knowledgeable and qualified.

Today we had one of their employees come out and check our furnace as part of SEMCOs free furnace tuneup offer for the month of March. The employee told us that our furnace needed to be replaced and that it was spewing out carbon monoxide levels that were off the charts due to something being broken in the heating element. He wouldnt give us the reader number when asked. He then informed my fiance that we would die within 15 minutes of running this furnace non-stop because of how much carbon monoxide it was putting out. After this appointment we decided to test it ourselves due to shock and confusion. Weve been living here for over 2 years with no health issues that would point at carbon monoxide poisoning. After getting a $1,500 reader over to our house with a highly skilled individual running it, we looked at what the employee was trying to tell us. We never got a carbon monoxide reading above zero the entire time we tried to test it, inside and outside of the house. Ever heard of hiring a second company to see if the first did their job correctly? I highly recommend it if you can afford to do it. Not only that, but the furnace has NOT been in use for the entire 18 years it has been installed, as the company suggests, more like 14-15 years. This adds even more proof that our furnace does not need to be replaced. I will never use this company for services ever, and I dont think that anybody else should either. They are obviously not honest people and would rather give you something to pay for then help you fix the problem. Their reply is even more hilarious because now theyre just trying to save face. Dont waste your time with these people. Theyll just lie to you.

It seems they always explain what the problem is, but ultimately, we can never resolve the issue without multiple visits, and multiple replacement parts. Starting to really wonder.

After having CTI install a furnace system and yearly maintenance. We had a water heater break after only four years. We called an expected a professional solution. We were told by Tina, that a technician would be here Friday to look at water heater. After being told by tech the water heater needed to be replaced. Tech was informed we have a Home warranty , he said he would have someone out that day to replace it. If it is not covered by home warranty the water heater was still covered under MFG warranty. We were told the water heater would be submitted to Home warranty immediately . This was at noon. We called back and nothing had been submitted, we called back again and not submitted. Finally submitted to home warranty, they denied , So We called and told Tina just submit to Mfg warranty. We were not getting any where after four calls. Tina preceded to tell us we called too much, and go into a tirade about customer service and how they were doing us a favor . We were told by Tina she would call back on Friday after speaking with Chad. Guess what no call. We informed how we gave you over 30,000 dollars of business. Was surprised how unprofessional Tina was . Will never do business with them again.

Great service. Company sends texts with picture of technician that will show up. Had them replace HVAC system. They arrived on time and used tarps for cleanliness. Job was finished same day with courteous professionals. I highly recommend!!

Well awoke at 4:30 in the morning with no heat. At 8:00 am we called several contractors in Battle Creek and were told this is their busy season. The soonest they could be here was 4 days away.Ashley at CTI listened patiently to my panic laced story and told me that they could have a repair person to my home between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. today! As it was quite chilly outside, and inside, I was thrilled.I received a text confirming my appointment, and another text at 2:30 saying at the technician was on his way. Evan was very knowledgeable, polite, and seemed very concerned about our safety and well-being as the informed us that we had major issues and needed a new unit.He took the time to show the issue to my husband, and then in addition to me as well. He explained in language we understood, he was clear and concise.Although the outcome of his visit is not a happy one, we are very happy with Evan and with the way he handled todays visit.

I was in the market for wifi thermostat and had called numerous HVAC contractors about getting one installed without much luck. Then I called CTI and spoke with Ashley in the office. She listened to what I wanted and told me she would talk to Mason the service manger. Ended up speaking with Mason and emailing back and forth about what I was looking for in a wifi thermostat. Mason suggested the Sensi WiFi thermostat, this is turned out to exactly match my needs at about half the price of other models. Mason had Alex stop by my house and verify what would be needed for the install and give me a price. Alex was very knowledgeable about the Sensi as he had one himself. Mason ordered a new Sensi to make sure I had the latest version as I was using Alexa to control it. I started dealing with CTI on 7/25 and had my new Sensi installed on 7/31. I could not be more pleased with my new Sensi and the service I received from the staff at CTI. Alex did a great job on the install and answered all my questions and concerns.. Alex had the new stat installed in about 15 minutes and stayed until we had it working with Alexa and responding to voice commands. I will be recommending CTI to my friends and Family for there heating and cooling needs.

When I noticed the house was cold (in Feb) I called CTI. Tony came out immediately and found a sensor was shorted out. He was friendly and personable, someone I felt very comfortable with and it was like my close family was in my house. *(I know that sounds odd but the way he did his business and troubleshooting its how it felt) He checked the whole system out to make sure it was safe and found a sensor was shorted. He didnt have the exact sensor but called someone to drop one off that would work in the mean-time and got my furnace up and running. the next day he returned with the proper sensor and changed it out just to make sure the job was done right. ill go back to these guys every time. they are trustworthy and i can count on their honesty. they stand by their product and service and you wont get the run around. Called due to non functioning AC unit. Technician was on time, and polite. Explained to my wife that the unit could not be repaired due to age, and new laws about refrigerant. Sales associate came the following day and quoted a new system. This is a claim so we needed a detailed explanation as to why the current unit was non repairable for the insurance company. We recieved the information about a week later to forward to our adjuster, I received a call from CTI to let us know if we have any issues with our insurer, to please have them call CTI

Im a full-time caregiver and the extreme heat was exhausting, with the heat index at 97. A/C went out Sunday night. Monday being a holiday I asked to be put on the schedule for Tuesday. CTI quickly accommodated my needs. I give them a 10 for customer service and professionalism.

Our furnace had stopped blowing warm air and was struggling to ignite, so we called CTI for a furnace tuneup hoping it was just dusty or something was loose. Tony arrived right on time, was very kind and professional, told us what he was doing and answered all our questions. It only took about an hour to get it working right again and cost $99, which is right where estimates on Google said it would be. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future.

Honest. Great Price! Efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.CDI was my second opinion and thank goodness for them! Tony was able to spot issues that the other did not. CTI is honest and does not try to take advantage of women. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it for half the price of their competitor. (The competitor said I needed a whole new system)Don Keegan could spot right away that my ac unit had at least 5 to 6 years of life left.

I feel like he told Me exactly what I already knew and told them over the phone what I suspected was wrong with my furnace. They didnt have the part when he got here, which was fine, but he then left and called back minutes later to tell Me that they had the part for $330, which I feel was over priced for a induced motor. Every where that I checked around for pricing was no more than $200 the cheapest being $119 on Amazon. I then went on google asked how to trouble shoot a induced motor. Long story short they told Me to shut off the power to the furnace then see if the wheels on the motor spin with a flat head screw driver. I went to spin the wheels and the wheels were stuck because a hard piece of plastic of some sort was stuck in between. Once that popped out I spent the wheels a few more times manually then powered everything back on and now I have heat! Im out of $70 for him coming out to do ABSOLUTELY nothing plus I would have been out of $330 if I had told him to come back! Instead I told him I would call them back! Overall, he seemed nice!

I have a 31 year old Series 2 Burnham natural gas boiler. I was lucky enough to have a knowledgeable technician, Brandon, come out and service it. He did an amazing job of diagnosing the issue, and repaired the boiler without fault. He explained each step, as well as give advice how to make sure we never had a reoccurring issue.Update:I had Tony M. And Bob As my field service specialists today for a new home I recently purchased. This house had not one but two gas boilers. They were very polite, professional, and gave me a great breakdown of the individual boilers.
