First time here for me. It was an hour before close. They would not serve me a cheese pizza due to them closing soon. It happens. The store was well stocked in most areas. I liked the sale prices they offered. Store was a little dirty, but again it was an hour before close. Id like to see more meatless vegetarian meats.

I tried Curbside Pickup today for the first time. I did not know what to expect. I checked in with the app and it stated I had to wait 5-10 mins. I did not even wait 3 minutes until an awesome worker named Roberto came out to assist me. He gave me excellent customer service. He was personable, pleasant, and professional. He even made me laugh and kept a smile on my face. He was very efficient with packing my groceries (he packed them in less than 2 minutes) and making sure everything fit to where I could see out my rear window. He made me feel welcome and I would be more than happy to do engage in this type of service again.

The Tire and Battery Center is extremely poorly managed. The employees are very unprofessional. They treat customers with disrespect. They think that they are doing you a favor by just talking to you. My experience with them has been terrible. The manager and technicians often chat and joke with each other for long periods of time while ignoring customers are waiting for service. These managers need to be fired and a new team is hired. I will be glad to explain the details of my complaints with a higher level manager such as area manager. I with I could give them zero stars. They do not deserve the one star.

My review is specifically for the Baton Rouge Sams Club bakery and for ordering their tiered cakes. I called the bakery two weeks before a wedding and asked how far in advance I should order a three tier cake. The bakery associate informed me that I needed to order at least a week in advance, so, we completed the form and ordered the cake one week and one day in advance and confirmed when to pick the cake up.The day before the cake was supposed to be picked up, we attempted to call and confirm that the cake would be ready. We called multiple times, were placed on hold, and the phone was never answered. We finally sent a family member to go in the store and check on the cake, only to find out the bakery had not fulfilled the order, nor were they aware our order existed/was needed for the next day. The manager did eventually find the order form and promised to get the cake done by the next morning. While the cake did get prepared on time and turned out lovely, the fact that the bakery 1) lost the order form, 2) needed to be reminded to bake a cake that was ordered on time according to their policies and 3) did not answer their phone was unacceptable and stressful. So, if you are considering ordering a Sams Club tiered cake, be prepared to check in on your order and make sure the bakery actually does its job.

I purchased a tv for my kids online and I went to pick it up. A nice gentleman by the name Roberto assisted me - he greeted me and askedfor my order number. He went into the store and retrieved me tv in less than 10 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with and I wish all employees would display his great attitude and work ethics. He deserved a raise or a promotion! Keep up the great work

Sams Club Baton Rouge on Siegen is such a convenient store to shop at, especially during the past year while living through this pandemic. The scan and go feature, curbside pickup, in addition to helpful staff (in particular Roberto the most diligent, helpful, and charismatic Sams employee ever!!!) has been a serious lifesaver.

Sams Tire and Battery shop has F -Class service manning their front desk. The lady is rude and speaks with a horrible attitude in my opinion.I went there today for them to honor my lifetime warranty headlight cleaning. I think they did a great job last time and the cleaning lasted much longer than I thought it would. After looking over my vehicle it was said the overcast caused them to not be able to clean my lens and come back when its sunny. I look outside there are just regular clouds and very sunny. I know they just did not want to do it at all. Its really a shame. Ill go back on the perfect day and see what excuse they give me. I am still baffled by what cleaning a lens has to do with sunny day clouds outside. There is an affected area to clean, just clean it; dont bring the weather into play thats lame unless its raining or poor weather conditions.As you can see my sky photo its beautiful today so I really dont know when the day will be better.

I have a medical exemption from wearing the mask. To avoid confrontation with employees, I’ve been ordering and pre-paying online, parking at the pick up parking lanes. I also don’t have an iPhone because of health reasons. I’ve been calling the store to let them know when I arrive since I don’t have app access on my flip phone. No problems all year until today. I called the store to let them know I arrived. I waited 20 minutes, no delivery,and the lady who pulled in after me was served first. I called the young man who brought her items to her car to check on my order, and he told me that I needed an app. After explaining the above, he told me that I need to get with 21st century technology, and get an iPhone so I can use the app to get service. We went back and forth about this, and he was pushing the issue that I need an app to be served. This occurred on April 10th at the Seigen Lane Sam’s Club. I arrived at 2 pm at my scheduled time. It was 2:25 pm when I had this exchange with this young man. I wish I had gotten his name. He could use some coaching/counseling on courtesy to customers of the store.

Since COVID they have stepped up their pickup process. Waited less than 5 minutes for multiple orders and it was brought to my truck after I checked in instead of having to go inside the store. The worker wasnt the friendliest but nothing too bad. Was even able to purchase gas using my app and never having to get my cards out.

Went to SAMS today 3/30/21 bought a new set of tires the lady at the auto service desk seemed angry so much so I ask her if she always had such a bad attitude. She said it would take 1 hour to put new tires on It took 2 and1/2 when I went to back to get car it was pulled out in middle of drive and left running. I couldn’t open back to put groceries in and no one could care lass I will never use SAMs automotive again

Definitely a seemingly shady part of town. None of the employees were too happy to help me when I needed help. I was totally out of state and I understand that most Sams and Walmarts are generally the same, however, I was totally displaced at this particular location.It was one of those Sams Clubs that you feel that people were just there simply for the paycheck and were not too happy at their actual job. Thats neither here nor there personally however the vibe that came off was very distasteful for the customer that I was that day.Other than that the Sams Club definitely has everything you want with a hint of Louisiana flare. They have plenty of Mardi Gras masks and masquerade masks including LSU geaux Tigers wear!Plenty of produce and wine to go around and fulfill our tummies that we took back to the house. The food at the food bar they have was okay but the pizza was very old and greasy. Well let the grease slide, but the old.... not so much.Just have a list ready of items you want to buy at this Sams Club and get in and out. You will not have the personal experience at many other Sams Clubs and Costcos around. Good riddance to the attitudes in the air and hopefully this can change very soon in the future. I was told by the customer service representative in Port St. Lucien Fl when I was added as a cardholder by my brother that I can personally add a card for my wife in Baton Rouge, La.At the time that my card was issued she also tried adding the name of my wife but the computer she was using did not work . She said I can just do it in Baton Rouge. Im here very disappointed as I was told that I cannot add my wife. This is not what the representative told me. Make me look like a fool.

Fix the ac in this store. The last several times I have been into this location it is Extremely HOT. I’ve went in the early morning and evening when it’s not as hot outside and this store is still miserably hot. The staff remains friendly even though they are miserable from being in the heat working all day. Please get this fixed so your staff is comfortable and I can return to my weekly shopping without having to cut it short and not get everything I need because I’m too hot and irritated. Customers spend to much in this store to sweat while trying to shop.

This particular Sams Club is awful. The lines are ridiculously long, self checkout never works (but you dont find out until they scan you as youre leaving... this has happened to us 3 times). Ive been over charged and under refunded multiple times. There is absolutely no customer service to speak of.

They were not very kind or helpful when assisting my mother when she called about an issue she was having. A one star only because I couldn’t select a zero. I am a plus member and therefor me get to shops starting at 7am. I arrived at 7am and was second in line at the tire department to get new tires installed. It is now 9:30am and they still are not done. Who knows if they even know what they are doing. Recommendation to stay very far away. Management doesn’t care, no one is respectful or helpful and shows how they will not be in business long.

I ordered photos online last night to be picked up at this location today. I asked the lady at the door, who is always friendly, if anyone was working in the photo department. She said no that the machine was down and didnt know when it was to be repaired. I asked her why the website would let me order them if the machine was not working. She said that she couldnt answer that that I could ask the lady at the service desk. I walked to the desk and a lady was standing there with her hand on her hip and asked if she was the manager. She said she was what did I need. I asked why the website would let a person order photos to be picked up at this location if the machine was down. She told me a couple of times that the machine was down what did I want her to do about it. All this time her hand was in her hip and not speaking in a very friendly manner. I said I understand the machine is down that I had been told that several times why doesnt someone inform the website administrator and put a note telling customers that they cant order from this store at this time. I needed the pictures to give someone this evening and now I will be late because I have to go somewhere else to have them printed. When I walked away I said that she had a bad attitude. I heard her say excuse me. I kept walking because I am aggrevated and didnt want an argument. As I was exiting the store we made eye contact me. Aand as the lady at the door was scanning my phone I heard the manager say something to an employee if that woman in the grey shirt comes in and she said something else but I exited the store. I am fairly sure she was talking about me. I would like to know what else she was mouthing off about. But she isnt worth my time and effort to go find out. I will be calling her supervisor and they can listen to the audio at the desk.

Quite pleasant. I did tire balance and rotation. Had a young man by the name of Vaughn who assisted me. He was unaware that he was supposed to switch off the air suspension on my Expedition, but he was quite courteous and helpful. Changed my wiper blades as well. It also helped that I didnt have to wait as I was the only one there at that time. Good job.

Yesterday was the one-day Sams sale. The store boasted opening at 7 a.m. for Plus Members. Great! Im a plus member. So at about 6:15 a.m. I braved the cold weather and drove 40 miles to Sams in Baton Rouge. Upon arrival my friend mentioned that the parking lot was way too full and she questioned if everyone inside was actually a plus member. Well after walking into the store with a greeter on her cell phone absolutely NOT checking for Sams cards, I started to also question if this early opening designed to be special had been watered down. I came in to buy a new cell phone and take advantage of the gift card promotion which was attached. I stood in line with at least a good 70 people for over an HOUR just to...MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to get a cell phone...TOMORROW! Ok. Cool. I need a new phone so Ill take the Sunday 12:30-we-dont-care-if-you-have-church-or-not appointment. Guess what?! I arrived as the timely person I am at 12:23 p.m. To my dismay, there was a line again in the cell phone area. But, I thought- This has nothing to do with me because I have an appointment. Ha!! So did the other approximately 6 customers waiting with turned down mouths and crunched up eyebrows. The disappointment was strongly felt. The ONEEEEE Worker belted out a scripted preface as soon as I walked up- Im by myself working so itll be awhile. *Whats awhile?* I then asked her- So are we not doing appointments on time? To which she replied- Were doing them. Im just by myself. *thats not at all what I asked*. I then explained that Im completely aware that shes alone and that were not doing appointments on time. So, when should I come back? She retorted- One hour. Guess what friends? I came back in an hour... and Im still awaiting.

Giving them a one star is being too nice. Today is my Daughters Birthday and her Birthday Party. I ordered her cake over a couple of weeks ago. I come in today, and they tell me that they do not have her cake order. They all looking at me like Im wrong and crazy. This is such an inconvenience, and they were so rude. Will I ever come back again???? NOPE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EVER USE THE BAKERY HERE
