I have been coming to this location for years and I’ve never had any problems. All of the employees are nice, friendly and professional. If I have had any questions they were able to answer them with no problem. The office is clean and kept up as well. I’d definitely recommend using them to prepare your taxes

Let me start by saying they have a customer for life. My tax preparer Tonya Rogers was wonderful. She got me the most money I ever have gotten back. Tonya Rogers was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service 👏🏾👏🏾 5 stars!!!!!

My experience at the Gardere location was like no other. Since I’ve been filing I’ve used JH but never went to that location. I called hours before and they was able to fit me in. They were very professional and even helped me with things I didn’t know about. And that information allowed me to help a coworker who was having problems also. The team was quick and professional.

She took her time to explain in detail of my return in such a polite manner. Love this place! They always treat me great and make sure I get back the most money that I can get. Mrs Curtell is the friendliest person that I ever met and wouldnt go to anyone else.

I came in here with an IRS letter after the person who filed my taxes wouldnt help me. Mrs. Saintell looked over the letter and helped me get everything together for them. I wish I would have filed with her because the difference in the service is unreal. I will be back next year you have earned a client for life!

I wouldn’t give this location a star if I could, I have never had a problem with my Taxes until I let Jackson Hewitt ( gardere Lane )File my taxes Bernice help me with my Taxes and totally messed them up with filing them wrong and not only did she file my taxes wrong but she was also absolutely untruthful in what she had done and would not take the blame and the store manager Backed her up but I guess I had to get evidence from the iRS Confirming that it was Jackson Hewitt’s fault not only that but this location was totally unprofessional from answering the phone to greeting people at the entrance door. I paid $400 to have my taxes messed up for the 1st time in ever and got treated as if they didn’t have scare in the world... I would like a refund Or I will keep voicing my opinion about this company and it’s unprofessional employees.

Thr Ladies were knowledgeable. They had me in an out in 45 mins. They took great care of us. Made us feel like fam. 1st time here will be back next year 💕
