I came in solely to file with a one of your tax professionals in order to get the refund advance because I was really needing it. So i paid $357 to file in office for the advance only to be denied in the end for what I could have paid $50 for online which would have saved me $300 and receive the money in the same amount of time. I dont think its right you cant know if youre approved or not before committing to the outrageous fees associated with in office filing. If Id known I would have filed on my own and saved me the much needed $300 I got charged to do the same work I did that morning before my appointment to see what my refund was before going in the office.
