For years, I filed my returns myself, but when the process became more complicated, I turned to H&R block. We were fortunate enough to work with TJ and this is the second year we have worked with her. She explains everything so we understand whats happening and she is a pleasure to interact with!

Our experience with mrs TJ SONI is not good we are literally nervous for what she did . Everything is mess now in our tax filing .

Mary was phenomenally patient and willimg to explain all the changes we would experience with our move. Also, theres the new virtual meeting experience that shes mastered.

Had a visit way back in February pertaining taxes to be filed. Was given an appropriate date and timeline, and after leaving that day, have received no further communication. Ive attempted calling 3 different times to simply get an update on the status of my case and have been told by the receptionist that she will be passing along the message, with no response afterwards. Ive emailed inquiring about my case and that hasnt had any response whatsoever either.*UPDATE*Turns out that over the course of the 4 months of waiting, my case had been literally sitting in a bin, and NOTHING had been submitted. Apparently the person I had worked my case with, Ms. TJ Soni, had sadly been in and out of the hospital, which I hate to hear, but in the process my case had been abandoned completely, all the while I was waiting on a process that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. No one either picked up my case or at least informed me of our situation/delay. Nothing can be done about life circumstances, but communication was the least I expected and not even that was given. Just a run around of Will pass the message on by the receptionist and now I will miss tax filing deadline, thanks to this. I have never been this disappointed and most certainly will not be Advising anyone to come here. And no, the generic 1-800 H&R Block number did nothing for me, after waiting a combined 30 minutes over 2 separate calls to never be answered.

Mrs.Marsha was very helpful with helping me organizing out my w2s and information on how to prepare for new year and I will most definitely be back

Was charged more than the paperwork said for my daughter. It said and I was told $59 but I was charged $169 at checkout. Not happy about that!
