Had an appointment set for 12:00 that we both agreed upon a week prior was there on time. Set in waiting room over 45 minutes never even got a glimpse of what the lady looked like she didn’t say will be with you shortly nothing. In my opinion very inconsiderate of time value. Obviously my wife an I left.

No problem I had a longer wait time then normal but, Ms Melody kept me laughing.

We have used the tax preparation and filing services of Assurance Tax & Accounting Group for several years and they are one of the best in Baton Rouge. We have used other accounting firms but their customer service and attention to detail was not at the level of this company. We would not let anyone else do our taxes and Kimberlee and her team are first class. If you need any tax preparation of tax planning services this is the company you need to use.

On this rainy, sleeting, wintery day I was able to be seen by Kimberlee to have my 2016 state tax reviewed and filed. I did not file last year because I did not know how to complete the form to receive a tax break for damages due to the The Great Flood of 2016; however, Kimberlee jumped right on it! She was very thorough with helping me to receive the best tax breaks/credits. Thank you so much for being the plug that I needed. I plan to return to file my 2017 tax forms.
