Mechele and I worked together for approximately 2 years. She is wonderful to work with. I am a fellow mental health professional too, so my standards for my own therapist is very high. She worked with me to complete my own counseling requirement as I am an alcoholic in recovery. If I needed to resume services with her, I know I could call her and she would be willing to take me. I am over 10 years sober and she is rhe reason I made it from years 4 to 6.

Ms. Mechele is my 4th therapist I have seen. The balance to finding a therapist that works with you is finding someone you connect with and I can say everyone is different so no experience is alike. Her rates for each session are very fair. During my initial appointment with her she made sure I was comfortable and we talked about a plan of treatment and some techniques she could teach me along the way. Every session I have with her I leave feeling a sense of comfort. She makes sure you are comfortable with anything you do or talk about and if you become uncomfortable she makes it clear that you can stop at any time. To me she is a great balance of helping with everyday problems and with trauma. It is sometimes hard to find a therapist who really cares about the people they see, but without a doubt Ms. Mechele cares not just for me, but I know with her other patients as well.

DO NOT SEE THIS THERAPIST. She is unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable and icky. She’s only in it for the money and doesn’t care about her clients. Her office is in a sketchy small, little building behind a house in a residential neighborhood. She is overpriced and NOT HELPFUL. DO NOT SEE THIS THERAPIST. ZERO stars
