We just used Ace for a job in Baton Rouge. I wish every company were as great as this one! Their prices were great, they were extremely easy to work with and very pleasant and helpful. Their service was prompt and efficient and they had things there for us on the days and times we needed them. We had absolutely no issues with Ace. We will not use anyone but them in the future and wish they covered all the areas we do work in.

I called this company to ask about a contract that was signed in 2005. I had recently taken over the property management and wanted to cancel my contract b/c Republic services was going to save me about $200 per month. They blew me off and the owner refused to get involved. When they sent me the copy of the contract it was hard to read and they kept saying I had an automatic renewal which was nowhere in the contract. So I had to contact an attorney.

This company offered great customer service for our business, at really great rates compared to the jokers that we previously had, (WASTE MANAGEMENT). I wish Ace had residential pick up in the livingston parish area. As a result of them not, we are having to use the Waste Management crooks.

Duplicitous and sketchy.I called to terminate service in January of 2017.Was told that I had an Auto renewing contract from 5+ years before that wouldnt allow me to terminate service until October 2017.OK, fine.They went up on their rate the second I complained about that issue.Called to terminate service in October and they say that I should have mailed a certified letter 60 days ago if I wanted service terminated. They now are saying that my contract is renewed for another year.WHY DIDNT ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO CANCEL SERVICE WHEN I CALLED 9 MONTHS BEFORE?They are not to be trusted and read carefully before you sign ANYTHING.
