Ive had Orkin as my home pest prevention service for over a decade and have always been happy with their services. They call me ahead of time to remind me and our serviceman, Mr. Johnny, is always very polite and extremely nice! Highly recommend them!

I was promised services that I did not receive, but was still charged the same price. I paid nearly $200.00 just for the technician to walk around and tell me what they dont do. I was told that i would receive rodent boxes included in the price I was quoted. The technician said he did not have any on the truck. If this was promised and was the reason you came out, why do you not have this. I was not given an inspection. He only sprayed pesticides, which he said would not help with the rodent problem and placed 6 glue traps. This is all I received for nearly $200. What I received was not worth it. I would not recommend Orkin to anyone.

I’m impressed with the service provided to me. After making the call, they came out the very next day. They were on time and explained everything that they were going to do before starting. It didn’t take very long to get the job done.

Wow - I can’t put into words the level of customer service I received today! Ron was one of a kind! Not only did they do a thorough inspection, they were in the mud outside installing a dryer vent cage for me! I’ve never had this type of service with any type of business! Al the Technician was I breath of fresh air, he came in and serviced the inside and outside of my home and made me feel assured the service will do what it was intended to do.

Today only the inside was treated. The outside was not treated due to the rain and the technician not having any granules. He said they were out. The garage was not treated nor were the sticky pads changed. The technician said they are out of everything. He did check the attic for bees/wasps as I asked, and he was very friendly and professional.

I have not had a problem with the service or the local customer service. They all have been respectful of me and my property and no problems. Have had them for over 3 years and no termites. Inspections are timely!

Wonderful pest control service! Since the flood of 2016 we noticed small roaches in our yard around our trees. During periods of rain we noticed them heading to the house and sometimes actually making it in. We decided to give Orkin a try starting last year and we are so glad that we did. Our tech Ashley R. started off by walking through our home and around our property with us. She throughly explained the products and procedures she would be using for our services and answered all our questions. Ashley has always been on time for our services and does a great job. We are very pleased with the products and service we have received. I will continue to recommend!

This review would have been a 5 star review. Great service, the exterminator was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I could do the exterminating myself if all y’all do is spray in and around the house for bugs and put down sticky traps. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone, Ms. DeDe is the reason for this 3 star review. The supervisor/manager at the Baton Rouge location should be notified of such service. She needs to be corrected for her rude attitude and she was unprofessional. I’m a first time customer so I’m unaware of how the services are set up. Instead of informing me of how the services work, she caught an attitude and was very rude towards me. Hopefully she will read this and will become more mindful of how she represents Orkin.

I have been under a termite contract for 19 years. My contract allows me to request a crawl space inspection. I made an appointment 2 times over a 2 hour window, remained home for the scheduled times each appoint men and both times Orkin was a no show and call. To make matters worse, when I called, I was placed on hold without an answer and then again, giving information both times, placed on hold again. I have just been told that someone will be out within 2 hours, we will see.

I had ants in my kitchen that I found out was a result of a water leak under the sink. They came in and treated the area & they treated the outside. Within 3 days I there were no ants I was very pleased with the treatment and service was very professional & friendly!

All personnel are extremely professional and helpful; this applies to office staff and staff in the field that come to home. Sales staff did not try to use any type of fear or scare tactics to persuade purchasing their product. They are very knowledgeable and know the science and biology tendencies of termites and pest, but I can see how some people would interpret this as a scare tactic, however I can assure its purely informational. Ive had them for a few months now and have never had a problem from them. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant about paying for pest control. I never really see bugs. But my daughter got bit by a brown recluse I decided to give them a try. I’m so happy I did. They reassured me and made me feel comfortable with their products. Our tech was very nice and answered any questions we had. I’ve been using Orkin for a few years since I moved to Baton Rouge. I also used them in Nevada before I moved. I’ve never had a bug issue in either state thanks to them. The guys that come out to spray are very nice and professional. The reason I take off a star is because one month I was going to be out of town and that’s when I was scheduled for service so I called them to see if I could reschedule for the next month. The lady I had spoke with was so rude and unprofessional I couldn’t believed it. All I said was.... this month won’t work for me and she started grilling me! She was asking me why and asking me if it was money issues... personally it’s none of her business and I don’t like telling strangers that know my address that I’ll be away for a month. And if it was money issues which it’s not but she still shouldn’t ask that. Then when I asked her name she gave me the name of the other lady that worked with her lol, I know this because when I called back, a different lady answered with a deeper voice saying her name was the name the other lady gave me. She told me what her real name was because I guess only two lady’s were in there answering calls. Anyway, I would still continue to use them because they are a good company.

The service man that was sent today was awesome. He took his time, was thorough and was extremely knowledgeable. His name was Gregg Barber. I was about to terminate my services. He assured me that he was permanently assigned to this area. I am glad he encouraged me to keep my service. Second to none, I never have bugs, spiders etc.
