Love this place! They did a full set in about 15 minutes and set in about 15 minutes and they are perfect and beautiful?

OPEN ON A SUNDAY!!! The #1 reason my sister and I stopped to try this shop. Hundreds of colors to choose from! They clipped my toenails perfectly! Massaging chair was nice for a pedicure. The leg massage was a bit fast but otherwise I’m perfectly satisfied! I had a gel French Tip pedicure and my sister had gel toenails and acrylic nails put on. Happy we stumbled upon Luxury Nails! I didn’t put good value bc I have no idea how much they cost yet. Hopefully it is!!

Discrimination , kept saying “ cost more “ and did not do it because they said it cost more. Completely ignored what I asked for and did a poor job , polish everywhere and gel isn’t good. Eyelashes were good though

Went to this place for a filling an get my daughter a manicure an gel polish I was very upset the way I was treated.The filling was not all way filled in the right way an when she removed the previous color she was rushing that it still left the color on nail in some spots like in the picture previous color was black an Diamonds. An when I told her I wanted diamonds on certain nails she was kind of hesitant like it was to much work! Not mention I seen people go in an out she was working on me an stopped to work on others which I didn’t mind but when it came to paint the color I wanted she said “YOU PAY BEFORE I PAINT” as If I wasn’t going to pay she never asked any of the other lady’s to pay before her service so it kind of was like stereotyping us!! An when I handed her 100 bill she said she didn’t have change an total was 85 an 10tip so I told her that’s fine I’ll use my debit card instead! I came home upset I’ll never return back to this place ever again my money’s just as green as everyone else’s! Left with out an oil or anything on my hands she said wait an dry an never checked in on us! 7/19/20

Been a customer for years for eyebrow waxing, pedi, kinda busy since its a holiday weekend... Went in, sat and waited for 15 min. Then was moved to the chair for waxing....sat there for 8 minutes....keep in mind 3 other people that arrived after me were immediately serviced for mani/pedi.. not good business practice. The time it took them to seat and run water and begin pedis on 3 people, they could have taken 5 minutes to wax my brows. Poor customer service. I will NEVER return.

This salon is the worst I have ever been to. I took my daughter for her birthday and was charged $25 per children’s manicure. There were no prices posted anywhere so I assumed they were comparable to others but instead was charged double. She spent less than 5 minutes on each of us and filed the nails so fast it filed the skin off. I will warn anyone ever looking for a salon recommendation not to go here

Rushed thru my manicure, like in ans out within 15 minutes and wldnt do what I wanted. I will NOT be returning bck. Horrible service. Hands down the worst experience at a nail salon

AWESOME!!!Little pricey, but worth it.They work as a team.I actually had 3 attendants handling their business at the same time.😳I was trying not to laugh...when can you ever get that much attention? And, the end product was phenomenal. Go just once...You will go back!!!

The salon is decorated beautifully. And theyre very friendly while they are doing your nails. Its just a little pricey for me

My $55 pedicure lasted maybe 20 min. Left with polish all around the skin on my nails. Stopped in the middle of my service to help other clients.

I never do reviews. But I do not want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Would have given a 0 but that was not an option. Went in for a polish change. Was charged $28 it was very poorly done. I’m sure she knew because she tried to give me a $5 off coupon for my next appointment.uh no ma’am I won’t be back. I had to go to another shop for a another polish change. I would not recommend this nail shop to my worst enemy. They charge luxury prices for poorly done work. Please save your self the time and money and go some place else.

Extremely overpriced for no apparent reason. Building itself is nice but the quality and service are not AT ALL worth the price.

Staff was nice but I was charged way to much for rushed poorly shaped nails. Nothing was right... the polish was even sloppy. I asked for coffin and got... idek what this is. Don’t go.

My fiance came in to get her nails done and she was discriminated against due to her appearance, do NOT receive services from them unless you are dressed professional or Caucasian. They will ignore you and give you poor service.

Paid $35 for a basic pedicure. My nails are cut weird & they did not polish them well at all. Maybe 20 minutes for a pedicure. I will not go back there!

It was expensive and my gel manicure barely lasted a week before cracking and lifting in several places. The coats were so thin you can still see my cuticle underneath. My gel manicures from other places usually last 2-3 weeks before this starts happening. Very disappointed.

Really rushed service and a different nail technician assumed I was young and dumb and proceeded to tell me so. That I would be smart in 10 years and in that time people would learn to want to hear what I had to say. He talked the whole time in order to hear his own voice, throwing insults in the whole time. He trimmed my MILs nails and cut her even after she asked him to stop. Besides the rude and VERY rushed service, they dont have a great selection or nail colors. What should have been a fun and relaxing time turned into an afternoon of regret.

Clearly this place unprofessional. I two different people asked to ONLY have my toes polished. They proceeded to give me a pedicure. I only assumed this was part of it because the entire process lasted less than 10 minutes, otherwise I would have said something as they were cutting my cuticles at the speed of light. They then tried to charge me for a pedicure and immediately offered a $10 discount. They knew they were scamming.

Hardly buffed and scrubbed my feet for a pedicure and I dont have bad feet to begin with. I could have done it myself in about the same time as the technician and done a better job. It was not the relaxing experience I envisioned. It was over before I even got to feel pampered and relaxed. Ive paid less elsewhere and received better treatment. Toe nails werent completely painted either. Over priced and poor experience. I will not go here again.

This place was the WORST! Everyday I look at my nails I regret stopping. I paid $53...yes $53!!! for a pink and white set and for her to painfully take my nails off with another nail. She saw I was in pain and kept on. Like someone else said, I felt rushed even tho I was the only one there. Thank god I didnt let her talk me into the pedicure. It hasnt even been a week and theyre already lifting! I wasnt planning on coming back before I went, after this horrific set I wont ever spend another penny in this over priced place!!!

If I could pick zero stars I would, I went in and got my eyebrows waxed and I thought she asked if Id like them trimmed, I said yes. Then all of sudden she was putting wax where Ive never waxed. Charged me $35.00 dollars. Then when I looked at my bank account they had taken $42.00 out. I tipped two dollars. I went in and showed them. She told me to call my bank I said yall took the money out. She said they would never do that. They have been there for 13 years. She said Im going to give you the five dollars because I want you to come back. Ugh no your giving me the 5 dollars because you owe me 5 dollars. Im not one to complain about things but I was furious at the price and the over charge. I should have read the reviews before going..

I came in for a pedicure and pink and white refill. My pedicure was very rushed and my feet were poorly cared for. Buffing and scrubbing was very rushed. My pedi lasted all of 10 minutes. Ppl where steady piling in so I told them I no longer wanted my nails done being that they rushed on my pedi and I feared my nails would be rushed as well. If I ever come back it’ll be on a low volume day when I can be properly serviced and treated like a paying customer whose time and money is valued.

THE WORST MANI PEDI EVER!!!!I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN IN A MILLION YEARSThe prices do not match the quality of the services at all.I had the luxury manicure costing 55 dollars and it took her 5 minutes to do my nails, she didnt even wet my nails she just cut them and put nail polish on it.Pedicure was the same, she cut my nails and put nail polish on them and the total was $90.I CAN CUT MY NAILS MYSELF, I CAME FOR THE WHOLE LUXURY SPA EXPERIENCE...

I went here to get a full set. On a Saturday morning there were 2 employees and 15 customers. I had both employees working on my nails in intervals, switching between clients, I felt rushed and paid $30 for a full set with french tips. The tips were not even and were thick. Not to mention my full set fell off in a week, I usually have them refilled after about 2 1/2 weeks. This place is awful, I do not reccommend it at all.

Would not recommend. The place looks very nice, but the service is not. I went in for a Spa Pedicure and French Tips manicure. They did my nails the same time as my feet so I didnt get to really enjoy either. I felt really rushed and there was no one else in the salon. I am absolutely not happy with the quality of my nails especially for the amount I paid. Way too expensive and they said the coupons on their website are not valid... So I paid $80 for a mani/pedi and Im not happy with how my nails came out. I will never go back there!

This place is horrible. My polish lasted 2 days. They were pushing gel nails and a pedi which I didnt want. I was visiting from out of state and wished I had read reviews first. Also the dish that was used in my manicure was not cleaned afterwards only rinsed. I will follow up with health dept.

Will NOT recommend. Prices are Not posted; expensive if they honored their coupon. For a spa pedi/mani they had me out in 20 minutes! No leg massage, minimal soaking and no one assisted with shoes/bag movement to drying area TNo timer set nor did they check to see if my nails were dry.Did not thank me or acknowledge my departure. Only customer in shop so they were not busy. Feet still have rough areas- afraid to wear hose as they will instantly shred.Needless to say, I will not use their services again.

This was the worst experience of my life with getting a Mani and pedi!!!! Horrible service it was a rushed job and my feet were not soaked or scurbed right at all my toe nails were half assed painted. My Mani was not done right either and was rushed the worst paint job ever and its hard to mess up gel polish but she managed to destroy it!!! I really wish I would have never walked in that place it was awful I felt robbed they did a horrible job and then charged me $75.00. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone they need to be shut down it was just terrible.

Since their prices are unposted they provide a verbal price to customers as they service them. None of these prices are the same. Additionally, they do not appear to sanitize their tools. The sanitizers are left open and in the off position. They constantly place items on the door of the sanitizer machine, however it is never closed to complete the process. The tech tried to remove my shellac by using HER FINGERNAILS! I was also asked to lean down to wash my hands in the pedicure tub. Needless to say I shall not return for fear of fungus.
