This place deserves 10 stars!!I had been getting my nails done somewhere else before trying this place and I was extremely unhappy with how my nails would turn out and how they treated me when I wanted them fixed. So today I decided last minute to try this place. First of all I came in an hour before they closed and they were so nice and welcoming. They took me straight to a chair and started working on my nails immediately!! The lady that did my nails never once was rude to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. After being in the hospital for two weeks with pancreatitis and almost loosing my life all I wanted was to get my nails done right and for them to actually give me what I asked for and feel pretty and this place made that happen for me.! It’s not often anymore that you find companies that want to go over and beyond for their customers! I felt so comfortable and was treated remarkably!They have definitely gained a regular customer from me! I will not get my nails done anywhere else ever again! I’m so happy to have found this place! You guys are great!! Thank you so much

This is always my favorite nail salon to go to. They always know just what I want and are so sweet each time. They offer you drinks like water, wine, tea, or sodas too! Very sweet people.

I was reluctant to leave a review because of how incredibly sweet these people are... however my nails are not at all what i asked for.. just overall a little sloppy, but she did try her best, and these people are the SWEETEST!! will return, maybe just had a bad day?UPDATE!!! they fixed them for me, still were very sweet and attentive! the nicest people that have ever done my nails

I went in for a pedicure for my daughter who is 7 and myself, Not only was it one of B the worst pedicures I have ever had. The cut 4 of my toenails side ways and my polish chipped within a day. my daughters toenails where only half painted in the center of her toe nails, not to mention after reviewing my bank statement they charged me for an $11.00 tip

I live really close by this nail salon. I came at 2:30 PM on a Saturday. The salon was not too busy. A lady came into the salon infront of me, she was greeted immediately and asked if she had time to wait. However, my presence was hardly acknowledged and was asked Hi can I help you? I wanted an acrylic refill and was told we dont have time today. Thank you. Ofcourse I left immediately but, I felt it was some bias on his part. But I will never give my business to people the ones at this salon. They will never get the pleasure of getting my money. Just dont waste your time if youre of a particular persuasion, if you get my meaning. I gave a 1 but wish I could have given a zero!

I have being going to Best Nails for over four years and I also bring my granddaughter and they are very nice and clean and they always ask about my granddaughter when she not with me and they take their time they are the Best in my book.

My little retreat! They always take great care of me and I love how they do my nails! They listen to what you want and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Charged $50 for just a polish change. Gel is already peeling off less than 4 hrs later.Response to owner: I did not receive a pedicure or a manicure. Just polish change on feet and hands. The hands were gel, but feet were regular polish.

I love this place, have been coming to them once they opened. I have to 3 other states and not once did I let anyone but Tweety wax my eyebrows!! I love how kind and generous they are. They really care about our community and the customers.

If I could give zero stars I will . Got my nails done on the 4th and 4 popped off like acrylic. I got dipping powder and they are popping off like acrylic very upset . And I love in a different state so basically I wasted my money .

Very welcoming staff. Thought I would have to wait when I saw several other customers but they got to me right away and worked quickly.

The people are very nice!! This lady is very gentle with my feet, moving them and holding them, and still had good pressure on the massage.

I recently went to this shop because my daughter had gone before and she said that she enjoyed their service. Well, my trip to the salon must have been a fluke because I did not enjoy mine. When I walked in everyone was friendly and they even offered me a drink which was nice. The girl that started on my pedicure acted as if she did not want to touch me. I have never in my life had a 5-minute pedicure! She literally worked on my feet for only 5 mins. My daughter had to ask another attendant if he would work on my feet- which he did but half-assed it as well. The guy that did my nails came back and re-did my feet but then told me that I have extremely dry skin- I was like really? By this point I have already made up in my mind- and told my daughter- that I would not be returning to this salon with her ever again. The man that did my nails did an AWESOME job on the acrylics. However, that was diminished by the fact that when the shellac was put on something must have gone wrong because its 4 day later and my shellac is peeling! I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT HAPPEN. My daughter states that she has never had a problem here tho.

I wanted to shorten my review for this place because at the time I was very angry with the owner and still havent been back,he smiles in your face and you know its fake.and there are times he can be a polite Preak! I went there for about 2 yrs maybe longer, Ive always gave him great reviews told all my customers at Corcle K where I went to, where to go. I even brought him at least 4 more customers. Never said thank you are offer anything now im not saying free but hell at least $10 off are nail polish free.. My opinion he prefer the older richer ladies,he treats them well! now his wife she is a doll sweet great work everything..but just hope you understand where Im coming from. when you are a regular customer at your favorite place and they treat you like you know and make you feel bad how would that make you feel .like not wanting to go back again.. its my money and I can spend it anywhere!! Lmao hope the review helped blessing all around.
