I wish I could give negative stars.The short version:UPS broke a $2500 item of mine... TWICE. Driver slammed it on my car port in the only puddle within 20 feet of the door they were supposed to deliver by. Whats worse is that it was a Signature Delivery. They literally charge people money for a service that they dont actually provide any longer. Its literally stealing. Customer Service did absolutely NOTHING to help. Just wanted to focus on my reply to their lack of professionalism and inability to deliver packages properly. Now, they are breaking their rules (and possibly the law) by targeting me. Yesterday, they returned a package I ordered and claimed that the sender requested it. However, I spoke with the sender and UPS is lying. How difficult is it for them to just do their job? JUST DELIVER MY PACKAGES IN A SAFE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. Stop destroying my items and (now) returning them just to cost everyone involved time and money. Bad bad karma...

This facility is never open. No one is their during the times of operation. I am extremely upset as I had to drive out of my way just to get here in traffic and no one was there. Even the security guard that works next door says no one is ever there and I’m the 100th person to complain about them not being in.

Not the greatest of experiences. I was told to show up between 4 and 7 pm today, 05-06-2021. I was told my package could not be delivered, because it had a wrong address on it.I was at the Center for 430 and the place was locked up tight. The security guard says that this happens often. She stated the lady thats supposed to open the center shows up, anywhere from a half hour to hour or more late most days. The center finally opened for 5 pm. I got my package. Checked the address and it was the Correct address. Whats going on with UPS?

Customer service AWFUL! I knew my package could not be delivered on 5/18/21 due to weather; the morning of 5/19/21 I realized would not be better so I began trying to change delivery site- website was incapable of helping me. Multiple calls to UPS 800 number where also NOT helpful; twice I got hung up on. Finally got a live chat to hold package at CC for pick up this morning. Center is scheduled to open at 10 AM, clerk arrived at 10:25, then took another 30 minutes to find package. Will not use UPS again

Can I leave a negative star? Worst location ever rude staff, sudden hour changes. Impossible to drop off packages with. Just don’t even try to come to this location.

I had a package sent 1 day air. It sat at the facility only to never be delivered. Its now being sent back to sender because when I showed up to pick up my package at this location during their supposed business hours nobody was there. A dozen other people were waiting to hope the office opened but it never did. Do yourself a favor and use a different courier service this one is beyond incompetent.

Absolutely pitiful, I had a package redirected here because my delivery was missed due to a missing apartment number. I checked the tracking updates everyday for a week straight and the only updates I every got were unavailable for pickup due to severe weather or uncontrollable circumstances. So I came in today to find out they already sent it back to the sender. The staff and costumer service were no help at all, its like all the company is good for is automated apologies.

I really didn’t want to give them any stars! After giving them delivery instructions FOUR times to my parents house.....a house that has had UPS delivery several times. They still have gotten a package to them that was supposed to be delivered on 12/22/20 because they keep saying no one lives there. Even gave them my moms number, and they told me they would call her an hour before delivery. Nope, instead got another message in tracking that they require address information. WTH? I hope they fire the driver!

Came to pick up a package wearing my mask due to COVID with my 1 year old in tow. I have not been to a single business that demanded he wear a mask, nor does the governor or the CDC recommend 1 year olds wear masks. I was rudely and brusquely told we could not come inside because he didn’t have a mask, then when I objected I was told it was it was because he has a cold (he doesn’t, and the female UPS employee who assumed that knows nothing of his medical history.) Rudest, most abrasive customer service experience I’ve had with UPS.Edited to add that this was in front of another customer. So aggressive, presumptuous, and unprofessional.

Very important package was held at this facility for pickup and was supposed to be open at 10. No one is available to hand over the package until 2:30. UPS corporate can’t do anything about it. Apparently the morning clerk called in sick. There are MULTIPLE employees there and they can’t get anyone to hand over the package. They are GUARANTEEING us we can get it at 2:30. So what will they give us if and when they don’t actually open at 2:30? Apparently this is an ongoing issue since there are 5 other google reviews saying the facility wasn’t open when it was supposed to be. EXTREMELY UPSET!!!

Giving it 1 star because I am unable to give it 0. No contact number available, couldnt find business hours online. Came in this morning to be told I couldnt pick up my package til after 10 am, I was going into work late so that I could pick up my package. I return to the facility at 3:25 pm to retrieve my package to be told there isnt anyone available to bring my package out to me and that I would have to return after 5pm, which isnt possible due to another appointment. Im sorry but this is completely unacceptable, and inconvenient I drove 45 miles each way twice today and I am expected to be ok with having to drive another 90 mile round trip to retrieve my package.
