To say that I am picky about the cleanliness of my house is an understatement. From the very first clean Kayla has been a gem. She is professional, thorough, respectful of us and our property and very patient in working around our pets. She does a far better job than I ever did when I was younger and physically able to clean my own home. This company has been a lifesaver for us, keeping us apprised of when Kayla is coming and if the rare change in service date/time occurs. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Fredericka is awesome! She cleans little things that are so surprising and much appreciated (ie my electric toothbrush). She makes my bed. The cutest thing is that she finds all of the cat toys under the furniture and puts them on the cat condo (which she also vacuums). She is so great!

I called and scheduled a deep clean. I was told two people would come clean for 2.5-3 hours. Only one lady showed up. Upon scheduling, I told them the rooms I wanted and explained my dinning area and living area were one large area. Some how on the work order it was listed as a formal dining area. The only thing in my dining area has is a dog kennel, light fixture and a table with benches. (Nothing fancy!) no pictures on the wall either! I was at home when the lady, Angel arrived and left a little while little for my daughters appointment. Came back and Angel brought it to my attention that it was my formal dining to be clean, not my living room. But she didn’t vacuum and mop. The “formal dinning” area had NOTHING done to it except for vacuuming and mopping. Blinds, light fixture, baseboards and window seal were NOT clean at all. My table with benches may have been wiped but that thing came straight out of a barn so I’m not to worried at that part. My kitchen is small and does not have a a lot of cabinets. I don’t have clutter everywhere, everything was out away. Even my invoice says little nic nacs. I don’t have a lot to dust and I don’t have a lot of anything out and about because of my toddler. They sent Angel back after she left and I’m in the middle of putting my toddler down for a nap....not a good time. Then the offered to come tomorrow when no one would be home. The lad I spoke with Carrie, was less than helpful, upon my asking why two people weren’t there and how was it missed that my living room was not on the work order. Needless to say I paid and I’m done! While they might be the cheapest around for a deep clean, you get what you pay for!

Terrible. Would not recommend. Would give ZERO stars if Google would allow. The first time the service came out, our condo appeared to be in the same shape it was in prior to them “cleaning.” We had to ask for them to come out a second time to make it right. Just as bad as the first. Floors and countertops didn’t appear to be cleaned at all either time. Avoid this company at all costs.

Poor communication and time management! I spoke with Kerry before my clean and went over everything I needed done. I told her my home was appr 2500 sq ft, but I didn’t want the bedrooms done. I only wanted a deep cleaning of the common areas which included an office area, living room, den, dining room, kitchen, upstairs hall, 2 ½ bathrooms, plus 2 windows in my master bd. She told me all of their cleanings are considered a deep clean and went over the different checkpoints. She asked if I wanted to add my fridge for no addl charge as a part of the 1st time cleaning. I told her I didnt really need it done, because I had done it myself a few days prior. She tells me again that it’s included, so I gave the ok to have it done. She told me the cleaning would take about 5 hours, and if it required more time they would call me to discuss additional pricing and adjust up or down as needed. I asked if 2 people would come out to clean, but she told me only one would be needed. On the day of cleaning, the pro shows up and basically doesnt know what all needs to be done. No problem. This review is less about her, and more about the overall customer service. I showed her around; and surprisingly, she says the house is “really big”. Remember, 2500 sq ft and the bedrooms aren’t even being done. Preclean condition: Theres no clutter all over, but it was definitely dusty in a few of the crevices. I apologized and gave her a disclaimer that the stove had leftover grease residue (splatters) from the night before when my husband fried burgers. This could have easily been wiped with a wet dish rag. It was far from a total mess. The house was really being deep cleaned more as a treat for myself. Ok … She starts in the kitchen and takes well over 2 1/2 hours!!! ... no mopping, there were no dirty dishes, the fridge is half full with normal stuff (condiments, juice, milk, and eggs). She later comes to let me know that there was some build up on the stove, which is what was taking her so long. Keep in mind, my stove is fairly new. I guess it had nothing to do with the personal phones calls, or that she was keeping track of her kids on a new tracking app that she couldn’t stop talking about, but again … fine, as long as you can get your work done. She assured me she would be able to zip through the rest, because the kitchen is always the hardest during a 1st time deep clean. She asks again, what areas of the house needs cleaning. Then she says it’s taking her a long time, because she doesn’t know her way around. Literally, everything is downstairs except the upstairs hallway and a bathroom. Ok, fine. She does the den, dining room, and living room. There goes over 2 more hours. She’s dusting and got the doors/windows/baseboards … so thats understandable. She tells me this time that her specialty is bathrooms, but she’s “getting it”. She makes her way upstairs for the hall area and bathroom. Now, we’re getting close to hour 6. At this point, I’m frustrated because I have somewhere to go, and its clear that shes not going to be able to finish by herself. I tell her the rest is not necessary. She tells me that I have “plenty time left”, because I actually had 6 hours of service time due to adding the 2 windows (which she never got to). Again, it’s not necessary. She finishes up, as requested and leaves. Now I’m having to rush clean my office area, half bath and master bathroom before I have to leave. I get a follow-up call from Kerry, told her that it took entirely too long, and that I was no longer interested in having them to come out on a monthly basis. The charges? … yes, they still charged me the full price for every room even though all of the service areas I requested and was quoted for was not done. Why? … “because she was still there for 6 hours, and she said there was a lot of build up on the stove. Plus, the refrigerators take time” I reminded her I didn’t even really need the fridge done in the first place, to which she replied that I asked for that. Long story, short … hire someone else!

Im suffering from a herniated disc at the moment and cant do much around the house. In comes MaidPro and for a very reasonable price, they took care of me. Shuntel works very hard and though i was not home during the clean, it is quite obvious every little nook and cranny was cleaned up - everything from dust under the bed, above fan blades, grill inserts on stove.... Hell even my toothbrush charger was cleaned! No dirty surface is safe from Maidpro. I even had a sweater folded and a drinking glass cleaned (wasnt expecting either). I highly recommend.

What was done was done well. Obviously ran out of time towards the end as things werent done as well. Some things specifically asked for were not done. Upon inquiry they stated they would be an extra charge, which I would have gladly paid had I been told during the multiple conversations before hand. Woman was very pleasant and I believe just ran out of time or needed another set of hands to help.

We needed a maid service for our home. We are a busy family and could not find enough time to keep up with the major cleaning (ceiling fans, base boards, blinds). MaidPro was very easy to work with and VERY intricuit with thier standard cleaning check list. All the items that I requested extra attention towards were already included in our visit. They also ask that you be very honest and are always looking to improve their next visit for you. We could not be any more pleased and highly recommend MaidPro.

False advertising u dont get pay every week..and the mileage that they claim to pay u back that u use to drive to the houses to clean...aint even worth it...they pay u a few cents and gas is $2.25
