Waiting time was nearly nothing. I left with results vs waiting for them. I was happy with customer service, and the doctors friendliness to my active son. I would personally come back for myself to be seen here.

Dr. Sutton and his staff were super friendly. He took time to explain the results of my CT scan, answered all questions, provided me with different treatment options and informed me about my diagnosis in a way that I understood.

I had gone to Lake After Hours prior to coming to see Dr. Sutton. They misdiagnosed me and have me the wrong medicine, so my sore throat turned into centimeter large tonsil stones and Strep, and my throat was about to close up and was completely inflamed. I called the ENT center at 8:00am sharp in tears asking if they could see me. I had expected to have to wait a few days. They told me I could come right away so I went over there ASAP.
