I love working out with Katrena and staff! I know I am going to get an awesome workout and have fun moving to the beats. Every time I am in Baton Rouge, it is my choice place for my workouts. I so enjoy the classes that I am taking some virtual classes from Dallas. If you want a great family friendly environment, hot beats, and a great burn, then this is the place for you. You wont regret it!

The staff is amazing ! You get a great workout while having fun ! All of the instructors have very high energy so they keep you excited to keep going and are very motivating ! By far the best place for fitness classes in Baton Rouge. Energetic and talented trainers make every class feel like a party, not a workout (not to mention the space turns into a club-like atmosphere with lights for the Zumba dance classes). Prices are extremely reasonable - invest in your physical and mental health and go here!

The Sweat Box is the reason I work out at all!! I run to the Zumba classes because of the level of rigorous movement and fun. I suggest The Sweat Box for anyone looking to have fun and shed weight. I have lost 25 lbs. since I began working out with the instructors.

Everyone is really nice and helpful .No judgmental people. Nutritional shakes and energy teas are available. Yummy!

It is an Amazing high pace workout! If you think you going to be cute😐, get over it. Katrina (Blonde Bombshell) is Explosive💣Nonstop💨💨💨. I dont know where she get the energy from😩😆. Geeez! OMG!😲 AMAZING!!!! You are greeted, given instructions, and music began, for 1hour📣📣📣. It is a mix of high energy, up beat music, salsa, reggae, lil hip hop (lil), smooth beat, and just all around good vibe music-STRAIGHT!😩 SO, you will SWEAT.😰 I ve just started😉, but cant wait to continue to see results. Have to learn the routine, have to admit, its not easy, but anything worth it, is not. Its 3 instructors and they vibe well, and make the routine interesting. Its a professional and friendly atmosphere. Oh.😯, the price is reasonable, the location is nice.😉
