I called their emergency number on Saturday morning after someone broke into one of our stores in the early morning hours. The lady I called and spoke to was very helpful and informative. She had someone (Keith) over right away who was able to fix the glass door. Keith was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We were able to open that same morning and resume business as usual. Thank you to this family owned business. I later called back to speak with the lady (I didn’t catch her name) to thank her for such awesome work. Thank you all so much. God Bless you angels! I will definitely call them if we need work done again (hopefully not) but I will recommend to all of my family and friends.

Great employees. Prompt Services. Bethel Christian Church was broken into and we needed to replace the glass on a window. Integrity Glass gave us fair quote saying the repair with ordering the new glass would take 7 -10 business days. We paid half up front for the new glass and they installed a temporary glass free of charge which looks just as good as the new glass. I appreciate them restoring the building to its rightful appearance for free while we wait for the new glass to come in. THANKS A BUNCH. WE RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Very nice, dependable people! Keith was the service tech that came out and took measurements then did my install. He was FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable, and gave us suggestions to make our mirrors more cost effective. I spoke to a lady named Linda on the phone who was also amazing & had me scheduled quickly. Cant say enough nice things about this company and will definitely recommend them in the future!

Always a pleasure to work with integrity glass, and I have used them for many years. Mirrors, shower doors, store fronts, and specialty glass are just a few of the things they have performed on my construction projects. Their sales staff is knowledgeable, the installers are meticulous, and I like the mom/pop shop feel. Yes this company stands up to their name. Integrity....they have it.

Shannon provided great customer service when I was at their shop. Spent an hour with her picking out shower doors, mirror frames and more for home we are building. Although I was told they service our area, it was presented to me when they came to measure that helping me was an inconvenience. Everything seemed to be a problem for them from the distance to do the job to what I was asking them to do. Not shocked that I havent heard back from them and never received a quote. My neighbor is also building and was helped by a different lady who was not interested whatsoever in providing service for them. Found another company even farther away from us than they are. Came quickly, very friendly, had quote in hand within two days and items are already ordered. If you live within a 10 mile radius of them they might be willing to do your job and have a good attitude. about it..maybe.

I am thrilled with my experiences with Integrity Glass Works LLC. Great service from the first phone call all of the way through to the new glass installed! Everyone was friendly, helpful and did a great job taking care of my glass needs!! I will call again and tell all of my friends and family how awesome these people are!!

They installed my showerdoor and it looks great! Left instructions with me as when to start using. Also had double pane windown broken by lawn service on a Sunday and called in Monday am and it was repaired by that afternoon. The employees are super great and most concerned about their customers. I would recommend Integrity to anyone as a company who stands behind their words and does outstanding work.

The employees there are all so sweet and wonderful with great work ethic! They are very prompt and completed the job within a timely manner. My shower enclosure looks amazing, and lets just say I am in love with it!!

By far, dealing with Integrity Glass was the most frustrating ordeal. After we paid for our product they said it would be done in 10 days. Day 14 rolls around and come to find out they broke our piece of glass that we had given them and they never called to tell us. Hadnt even started our order at this point. Gave them specific directions on how our transom was supposed to look like and they not only got it wrong once but THREE TIMES. The third time they got it wrong it was day 18 and we could no longer wait. Unacceptable. Didnt even SUGGEST refunding us. Will never recommend this place.
