We needed a new order editing module to replace a malfunctioning competitors module which had became utterly useless. Happy to report the IWD module works exactly as advertised with no help from support. They were quick to answer a few followup questions within a couple hrs which was a sigh of relief after dealing with our previous vendor - the other vendors responses took 24-48 hrs and were not helpful. Looking forward to trying other modules from IWD.

After creating an ecommerce marketplace based on magento and multi vendor extension I was looking for a module that would provide me with extended options for orders, invoices, credit notes and shipments management. Specifically, I was looking for module that would be able to safely delete and/or archive orders and other items created during the initial tests. I was bit worried due to the installed multi vendor extension. I decided to purchase IWD Order Manager which had very good reviews. The installation was easy and fast. However when I tried to use the extension it was reporting 2 conflicts with the multi vendor extension. I issued a support ticked hoping that Ill get a feedback till next day. I was amazed when Artem from the support sent me an email 30 minutes later that the problem was fixed! The module works perfectly and provides much more features than I was looking for.
