No trouble at all. Why.? Because I give SPECIFIC DETAILS OF MY HOME and MY ADDRESS IS CLEARLY NOTICEABLE.Im having an interview later this afternoon with Amazon.Im looking forward to working for Amazon and hope my deliveries are specific and the addresses are clearly noticeable.Nowadays we need people with integrity and respect. On Monday evening a driver came to my house to deliver a package. As he was leaving he must have gone at 25 mph on my driveway and in top of that grove on the lawn. Next time this happens I will press charges of wreck less driving in private property, damaging private property. You need to teach your drivers respect for other people’s property. I will document the nit number. I will never order anything from you all.

My wife and I arrived home around 7:30 last night and noticed a delivery van stuck in the ditch at the NW corner of the property. It appeared to be stuck. This morning I noticed that the transformer that feeds my house was knocked over. I will give my address once someone from customer service contacts me about this.

I ordered from Amazon a few days ago the package arrived on time thanks to surveillance because the female delivery driver placed the box down without knocking and attempted to carry the package back to her truck!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!

Tell your driver of Truck 20 to stop littering in my neighborhood. He threw his water bottle on the road while he was stopped. I picked up and gave it back to him and told him not to litter. He drove down the street and threw the bottle on the road while he was driving. This happened at 2:30 pm today in Southdowns if you give a damn about employing decent citizens.

The past 4 packages I’ve ordered have not arrived the day they were supposed to. The wait time was almost 2 months in the first place and 1 package ended up being lost after all that time. It took weeks to even get a refund for that 1 package. For the other packages, it keeps saying they attempted to deliver the day it was supposed to come in but then they literally don’t try again. The customer service phone number doesn’t even work right now and tracking says it should be delivered by yesterday at 9 so that hasn’t even been updated. Very disappointed

I actively shop on Amazon weekly and since the Baton Rouge facility opened its doors, it hasnt been all bad but that quickly changed the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving. Since then, 4 out of 5 packages are lost, unable to deliver, late, damaged or delivered to the wrong address. This is absolutely unacceptable considering the amounts of money I spend on Amazon. You would think Amazon would have a better handle on the situation but it just keeps getting worse and the closer we get to Christmas, its only going to get busier. Using Ebay right now as an alternative, will update after I receive my 1st order. Not even attempting Cyber Monday on Amazon considering most of my black Friday orders are delayed and still havent gotten here. Drop the BR facility or lose customers...My personal opinion (from experience) is that BR will ruin the Amazon name and service and will refuse to live up to the same expectations weve all come to know and love about Amazon. Especially the customer service aspect. Just another way this city and state dumps on its consumers... Just like taxing us on the orders. They take and take and take without ever giving back!

Placed an order Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving). Scheduled to arrive in 3 days on Saturday. It arrived today... 1 day early! Picked up my package, followed by grocery shopping. Nice solution to my UPS driver who repeatedly skips my house only to drop the package of a day later at UPS store. Thanks Amazon & Whole Foods.

Amazon has good prices but their drivers are illiterate. I was waiting on a package that was suppose to come yesterday. I watched the delivery van slow down in front of my driveway then kept going. I couldn’t see where he/she went. He/she delivered my package somewhere down the road. Amazon said they would deliver it again today. It was delivered a little after 5 this evening. I checked my mailbox and all around my house. NO PACKAGE! My address is very clear on my mailbox and on my house. They need to hire people that can read!

I have been a Prime member for several years. Loved everything about it. Tonight, I cancelled my membership and will start looking other places for what I want. As of now, three of my packages were “undeliverable” because there was no safe place to leave them. One message I received said the attempt was made at 10:52PM! I am a stay at home grandma, and I know no attempts to deliver were made at all. Amazon had better get the Baton Rouge problem straight, or they will lose many more Prime members. Wish I could give zero stars.

In five years, I have NEVER had a problem with Amazon deliveries . . . N E V E R!Today, I got a text that said my package “could not be delivered.”Why?? It’s already been delayed twice, and now it CANNOT be delivered! It better be here tomorrow, or I’ll be there to get it myself!! Ugh!

(1)My package was soaked from the rain because it was left on my front doorstep instead of under my carport at the back door.(2)It was also CUT INTO WITH A BLADE and the box was bent in a way that someone peeked inside to see what it was. I fully believe the person who delivered was responsible since a package thief would have just taken the whole box instead of taking the time to cut into it.(3) The person who delivered it marked it as handed to a resident which is not true. It was on my doorstep in the rain.Please shut this facility down.

Honestly want to cancel my prime membership. My house is clearly marked and Ive been getting packages from Amazon for years. Since this facility opened, all of my packages are delivered somewhere in my neighborhood and I get lucky if the neighbor that gets them brings them to me. With 27 houses, you think theyd be able to find mine. Amazon offers replacements but then the same thing happens so whats the point? These drivers are awful. Amazon may have the best prices but the inconvenience outweighs the money saved!

Amazon should just keep using the post office. My orders always got to me on time unroll now. The only reason I use Amazon is to get my shipments in 2 days. Can always find cheaper somewhere else and wait. This is going to hurt your sales for sure

Only cause I cannot give no stars....so ordered 3 items that came from 3 different states. All shipped on time. Items came to Baton Rouge, LA. Driver on March 5th pulls in my drive way gets out then starts to leave. So I go out no package so I attempted to flag him down. No response he leaves. So I call Amazon. They said til he scans package he cant do anything this was at 2pm. 10m I get a text package was being sent back to seller (undeliverable). So this morning I call asking why. It was folding knives. Then they tell me it never made it on the truck the package was lost guess the driver noticed after he got to my house. I asked if they can check the yard where it was supposed to to out for delivery. They said no we do not do that there is no way to retrieve the items. So I contacted the people that shipped it to Baton Rouge. So I asked how do you return to sender when you cant find my package. NO RESPONSE other than your refund was processed

Today marks the 3rd package that was delivered to the wrong house in less than a week! AFTER I talked to Amazon and they supposedly updated their map. 1st was over a mile away, Amazon confirmed by their GPS tracking at time of drop off. Amazon resent free of charge but that one was also delivered 1/2 mile away. Thankfully I knew them and they gave it to me. Now this one is nowhere to be found! Get it together people! Its childrens Christmas youre ruining here!

Its been a game of hit and miss with this service. It started out great, then the last few orders weve had that utilized the local Locker delivery have been lost. I sit here today waiting for an order, wondering if Ill get it or not. This service best improve or Amazon will be ruined by it. To go from 2 day delivery I can count on to this is ridiculous. Get it together or go back to the way it was. Or at least give us a choice of delivery service!

This is terrible... I ordered a package Tuesday 11/6/18 and was suppose to be prime to be delivered Thursday the 8th. Well here it is and its LOST! Logistics is a bunch of BS covering up that it was misplaced. NEVER had a problem using UPS, Post office, or FedEx! What it is someone is stealing the packages. Im really considering pulling my prime membership and stop shopping on Amazon period. This location is totally not worth having in Baton Rouge! Please go back to using your other services. Buyers be aware you will not get your package. Sales will drop if this keeps happening to Amazon customers. This does not deserve a one star. It deserves a 0

I received an email stating that my package was undeliverable due to being lost by carrier. A state trooper came to my home and delivered the package. He stated that it was found in LSU (i live in Baker), in someones flower bushes. It was with other packages. Basically someone threw my gifts along with others...away, like it was garbage. Thank goodness for the kind officer bringing it to me.

How in the world after five days on a two day delivery do I get informed my package is damaged and deliverable? It was a box of empty plastic PET jars for crying out loud... had heard some really bad things about Amazon Logistics in Baton Rouge and it would seem as though those dirty rumors are true... all too true. Packages left out in the elements, damaged, delivered to wrong addresses, etc. Leave it to Baton Rouge to eff up what had previously been seemless, trouble free, on time deliveries. As a native Baton Rougean Im both embarrassed and at the same time not surprised.

Amazon has screwed the pooch. Delivering package to business late at night, then it just sits with them for days till you find the chat (which isnt easy) and they say theyll redeliver earlier, but instead 48 hours later just try to deliver at night again. Finally you just end up getting a refund because they just cant get the package delivered. Im really sad I wont be able to get last minute Christmas shopping done this year with Amazon prime. Its completely unreliable now and I refuse to use it anymore. This is how you go out of business in a hurry. Guess Ill be at Target and Walmart.

Just posting a review to clarify, Amazon Locker is not necessarily what most of these users are reviewing. They are actually reviewing Amazon Logistics which is Amazons Local Carrier (AMZL US). Amazon Logistics has turned into a train wreck in Baton Rouge but that has nothing to do with the Amazon Locker other than thats who puts stuff in the lockers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Amazon should go back to using the Post Office! Waiting on 4 packages that should have been delivered over a week ago (I am a Prime Member and paying for two day delivery). One package is being returned because it said the address was incorrect and package is undeliverable. Never had this issue with the Post Office.

Zero stars should be an option! I have 4 packages within the last week that were out for delivery then updated as delayed. That was several days ago, and none of them have been updated since - and none of them have been delivered! If Amazon doesnt go back to UPS, FedEx, and USPS I will cancel my Prime membership.

Items said they were delivered on Friday (12/21). Items are no where to be found and according to video surveillance they were never attempted to be delivered either. Very shiesty, unprofessional and horrible customer service. Go back to using UPS and FEDEX.

Terrible. My amazon tracking map said “187 deliveries before yours” at 9am, and at 9pm it was “180 deliveries before yours” so I am guessing that it takes more than an hour for them to deliver one package.
