This young lady was a huge disappointment. The presentation is great but the substance is not there. $600 bucks later NOTHING has been done and as the previous reviewer stated.....VERY POOR communication. I feel ripped off and am considering reporting this experience to the better business bureau. I never write reviews but I want to save someone else from wasting their money. Its shameful and I am VERY disappointed.

SCAM!!!!! She skipped a month of sending out disputes and I never even got any correspondence from the disputes she said she sent out so I doubt they were even sent. When I questioned her about skipping that month she said she wasnt going to overextend herself to unrealistic expectations. The only thing I expected was for her to send out disputes every month that I paid her. Also if you look through her reviews youll see one from Akiras Total Credit Rehab. I did some research on Akira. She was charged with fraud in October or November 2018 for running a credit repair fraud so you might wanna do some research before you get scammed like I did

I cant Thank Terrica enough for the exceptional tax services she provided for myself & husband. Shes very informative, enlightening and professional. We will definitely be using Premier Planning & Consulting Group for all our tax and credit needs. Thank You Again!!!
