Good company to get copiers from. The technician came out to do periodic maintenance. After cleaning up the copiers he took the time and showed us how to clean the copier to prevent lines when we scan documents.

Called Advanced Office for just a normal cleaning and service, within 45 mins they were sending a tech to us. The tech John was here within an hour. He did the maintenance on the machine answered numerous questions me and my coworker had. He never tried to rush out of here even though it was super close to Lunch time. Showed us numerous little techniques about our machine. While talking to John he asked us about scanning docs, me and my coworker were just talking about we wish we had scanning compatibility. Instead of him trying to rush out he got us set up with the network we can now scan and print to the machine from our computer, when before we were just using it to make copies. He also moved the copier to another room which is very helpful to us. Very satisfied he was sufficient, very nice and helpful.
