Servpro EBR provided service after hurricane Ida, at my 90 year old uncle’s home. He was very anxious after realizing that he had water coming through the AC register in his bedroom, due to shingles being blown off during the storm. Servpro of EBR responded promptly. Tom Winnfield made my uncle feel at ease immediately. He climbed into the very hot attic, where he removed wet installation. He positioned air movers, and dehus to dry the structure. He then contacted their roofer, who came out and tarped the affected area. Tom stayed in touch, and monitored the drying process, and the status of the claim with State Farm. We are so grateful for the prompt service, and would highly recommend Servpro of EBR and Ascension Parish.

Servpro of East Baton Rouge was one the most professional and dedicated restoration company of any that I have ever dealt with. With the recent Baton Rouge floods we needed to get our Apartment Complex cleaned and restored timely and with good prices. The Servpro team did an incredible job and were completed in no time with little fuss or fanfare. I highly recommend them in the future to anyone looking for service.

Do not use their service. They will scam you. If you do make sure you have everything on documents or else they will literally screw you over. All the friends we have in city hall and government, I have to told everyone I know to boycott servpro.

Had Ser pro come in and spray for covid 19 in my 900 sq ft office area. Do not think they did an effective job. Actually it was a joke!! They took a total of 10 minutes. Didnt do the job as was explained whenwe made appointment And were not on time. Very disappointing . Also didnt give receipt.

Called the Baton Rouge location on a Monday (2/3/20) and was informed that someone would be contacting me to schedule a time to come to my house to give me a quote. It is now Saturday (2/8/20) and nothing... I called the company and was informed that they would retake my information and send it back through their front office. I asked the employee if she could give me a rough time frame that someone would be contacting me for the service and the response was “I’m not sure”. I ended up contacting another company (Stanley Steemer) on 2/8/20, that was more than happy to make a REAL appointment with me over the phone. Even gave me a price.

I am a tenant and my landlord called this company. Well my complaint is about the service and pickup. I literally watched the lady put her mop in the bucket one time and mop the whole floor with it.... Needless to say I went over it. When they came to pick up their equipment I was at work and my wife let them in and he got his stuff and left. I get home and I see all my electronics that was on the shelf knock on the floor and he didnt tell anyone anything just left. They are not real expert just because you have a lot of people doesnt mean you have good service.

My parents are currently experiencing issues with this company. They purposely prolong their services to rack up charges. I do not recommend.

We had a good experience with ServPro for water remediation. They were able to come out same day and took care of the job. They monitored our home for 3 straight days and always tried to accommodate our busy schedule. Destiny, Tom and Chasen were very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend their services.

Servpro is nothing but a RIP OFF company. They intentionally keep your property months and months to be able to charge you a ridiculous amount of money. We had a fire on 07/22/2014 and after being in a hotel for a month Servpro was still giving excuses as to why our items had not been cleaned yet. After moving into a new apartment with no furniture or other necessity items, Serpro was contacted again and claimed they STILL had not gotten to our items yet to be cleaned. It has now been 2 months and after much frustration, I called Servpro and told them to just bring back my items and I would clean them myself. Servpro rep Brian told me that he still would not be able to bring them until the following Monday. Now today is 09/19/2014 and Brian has informed me that if I want my items back that I had to pay him $6000 for storing my items. I did not contact Servpro to store my items, I contacted them to clean my items. It is not my fault that they are incompetent and does not have the abilities that they advertise. They have been sitting on my items on purpose to be able to charge me this ridiculous amount of money that I refuse to pay them. If you see the name Servpro please everyone RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!

I am an owner at this company, and dont usually entertain bad reviews, but the fact that some of these are allowed to remain is disheartening at best. One of the posters, who seems to be accompanied by his mom, was terminated for smoking pot in a company vehicle on the clock while working in Daytona after Hurricane Matthew. His mother has never had an experience with my company. Two other employees were not found on our payroll going back over 12 years. One of those (Washington) may have been used by the wife, who worked from Oct 14 - Dec 14 and was terminated after missing a total of 6 days in 2 months. Another 1 star further down, who left no comment, actually worked for our company twice and left without notice after the New Years holiday. Her frustration involved her disappointment of not being permitted to accept pay for her vacation without taking the days off (double pay), and that she couldnt eat at her desk. We were never given the opportunity to discuss with her. It is extremely disappointing that Google would allow kids who are seeking revenge for being fired, to leave ratings and comments to harm the business. I would hope for a quick resolution to these problems. As far as the customers, I am currently looking into those and hope to find out what went wrong. We will seek to repair if possible. We are committed to providing premier service and our pricing is strictly mandated by the insurance companies we serve.
