FEBRUARY 2019After fighting rats and mice all over the house and in the attic with “do it yourself” products and methods, and achieving no success, my wife and I decided to call upon the experts at J & J exterminating -I was impressed with what others had written about their service on the internet and decided to give them a call and was delighted to have their inspector Jeff show up at my house the same day as my call -I had to be out of town that day but Jeff put my wife’s mind at ease with his knowledge and expertise related to our rat problem - however, neither Jeff nor my wife could have imagined what awaited them when they opened the cabinet door under the sink in the kitchen and encountered a four foot long rat snake -It took an hour or more to corral the four foot long rat assassin but Jeff finally wrestled it from its hiding place and dispatched it without fanfare; my wife standing almost on top of the kitchen table the whole time -My wife and I are both extremely grateful that Jeff was able to offer a solution for our rat problem and also solve a problem that we were not aware of, a snake in the walls of our home -Jeff’s persistence and patience in dealing with this problem is much appreciated and we are looking forward to a continuous working relationship with Jeff and the fine folks at J & J exterminating -Sincerely,Rodney - Baker, Louisiana

The 1st company Ive used that will adjust their chemicals so it doesnt affect my asthma. Also, my tech, Ryan, was really knowledgeable. I live in the country & there are sugarcane fields next door. He was honest & forthcoming about how I could eliminate future problems of mice & rats. If there isnt a chemical or trap to get rid of a problem, they will tell you, instead of trying to sell you something, wasting your money & their time, like moving your garbage can, etc.Also, Ryan followed the trail of those aggravating little piss ants to where he thought their nests were. Well, he did what no one has been able to do. He got rid of them!!Its been over a week & no more ants on the window ledges or through the door threshold.Thanks, Erin P., for suggesting I try the company you work for. I am a very satisfied customer!!

UPDATE: I must say once their head office was made aware of the situation and what took place, they apologized sincerely and also took care of the bill/account mentioned below. I received my letter from the creditor stating the bill was withdrawn and they are removing it from my credit history as well. Thanks!The Exterminator came for the initial job and was only at the house for less than 10 minutes. This is not enough time to spray, set traps, and do everything inside and outside our home. The lady didnt listen to my Wife either when told what room to spray and stay out of. When the lady left we saw no difference in the pest control for the next month.After being asked not to come back, they didnt, yet still stuck me with the contract bill. They expect me to pay for services I not only didnt receive, but no longer wanted. Now my account is in collections for $255!

Great service! J&J technicians are always very courteous and they take the time to answer my questions. If any problems arise, they promptly take care of it.

Cant quite give them a 1 star because their service guys do a great job. Their back office though is terrible. Twice I have had billing issues to the point where they sent me to a collection agency even though my account was up to date. I was told they were cleaning up their billing department but the problems still exist. Called 5 times today (a regular work day) starting at 0800 and left messages with the answering service 3 times. Its 5:25 and still waiting for a call back. Business must be off the charts. I have decided to cancel my contract. Good people servicing your house just be very wary of the business office.

J&J are highly professional. I use them as my exterminator for my two businesses and for my home. They are prompt and communication with our tech, Joey, is always effortless.
