Pretty sure these people paid people to lie on these reviews. However, you will not and cannot silence mine. I’m always going to keep it real. We had a great experience when they were collecting the money/deposit for the sale, but after then, they totally ghosted us. We were told 14 business days, meanwhile it’s been a month. Okay cool. It’s normal to have delays with deliveries, but guess what you do?! You update and communicate with the customer, you don’t continue to make up lies and excuses and ignore the customer. No returns to voicemails, no calls to the customer with any type of updates. When you finally do answer the phone, don’t tell us you’re going to check on it and return the call when you have no intention on doing so. During my final straw, I called and asked for a supervisor. Of course, no one let me do that. The lady said she could “help us” and went on to lie once again, stating they tried to call us earlier this week and tell us the flooring was delivered to them. Okay if this were true (which it isn’t because we’ve waited WEEKS now and basically stalk both phones), what reputable business only makes 1 phone call? Ever heard of a follow up call?! You’re a horrible excuse for a business and a huge disgrace to other professionals in the same industry.This company is horrible and if you know like me, you’ll stay FAR far away. We’ve since filed a dispute with our bank because we’re tired of all the foolery and would rather do business with a company that actually values customers. Just an FYI, I will be copying and pasting this same review across all platforms I find.

Large selection of flooring and other materials such as countertops and backsplash. They keep lots of stuff in stock which kind of separates them from a lot of the other similar type stores who dont keep anything in stock and order it as they need it. Them keeping stuff in stock really helped me out with a job I needed done fast.

The service was on point. The store was fully equipped and had a variety of options for me to select from. The salesman was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in which made me very comfortable and satisfied with the purchase and service that I have received from this company. I would gladly refer this company to my friends and family.

This company is fantastic. The only place in Baton Rouge that actually knows what they are talking about rather than spewing bulls***. Some people love to complain about anything and everything however I had a splendid experience with Wholesale flooring from the design phase all the way to installation. Definitely check them out. I was only going to leave a rating however after reading some of the previous reviews I thought I would leave my recent experience with this store. I noticed where people are leaving bad reviews due to this establishments “return policy”. I’m not quite sure how someone can blame this company for not accepting returns during a “global pandemic”. With as little that we know about this virus and how things seem to change daily, I for one (Having an autoimmune condition that makes me especially susceptible to viruses and other illnesses) am thankful that a company like this would take the extra precautions that it is taking to ensure the safety of its customers; besides the companies return policy is posted in large print on their front door as to not cause any confusion.I went into Wholesale Flooring late one afternoon (right before closing) because I was unfortunate enough to have a pipe burst and ruin my existing floors. The lady that greeted me at the front desk was very friendly and answered my questions until a salesman became available. The salesman ( I am sorry I don’t remember his name) even though it was time for them to close was very patient with me and not only answered every question that I had but did so with a smile on his face. He really put my mind at ease. Even though I did not make a purchase that night, I did get my measurements like my salesman told me and I will be going back to make a purchase this week. I would highly recommend this store to everyone!!!!

I met the owner at a charity event and found him to be very straight forward and boy he knows his business. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service I received throughout the process of my husband and I replacing some flooring in our home. The staff here were extremely easy to work with and I can say that I am very pleased with our new beautiful hardwood floors! Well, I must say if you ever build a house, this is the place to go.. My husband and I walked into the store, not really even knowing where to start. We were blown away by the selections. We were greeted my sales person named Mike. He asked us several questions and he knew how to assist us. After maybe an hour, were able to choose all of our flooring - wood , tile, and granite for kitchen and bathrooms. We never thought wed be able to get it all in ONE place and ONE visit! He sure was a big help. After 4 long months, watching from the ground up, we finally moved into our new home. Thank you Mike for all your patience. What a great team you have there! No issues with the installation of our floors and granite. I can not say enough good stuff about the staff at Wholesale Flooring!

The staff was very helpful with helping me repair my house after the flood last year, they were very friendly, and had many different beautiful options to chose from. My whole house went under water and the pricing is so grate that I decided to get my whole remodel through them and I must say i was quite pleased with the whole experience. All my floors, counter tops, and cabinets came out beautifully after they installed everything and the guys did everything perfectly the way i wanted it I would recommend them to anyone.

I am new to the area and several of my fellow neighbors referred me to Wholesale flooring for renovations I was interested in for my new home. I wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for I just hoped I would know when I saw it. I walked in and was overjoyed with the spacious showroom and all the options it had to offer me. The sales associates are very helpful, experienced, down to earth, and reasonable. I know it isnt easy to work with indecisive customers who arent sure what they have in mind but these guys were a pleasure and exceedingly patient. Outstanding service.

I am a huge fan of Wholesale Flooring, they are a family owned local business and those are my favorite companies to support. I was very impressed with their showroom and the amount of flooring they had in stock. I walked in planning on getting floors for my remodeled kitchen and ended up picking new floors, counter tops, and back splash for my master bathroom. The salesmen arent pushy (my biggest pet peeve) and they are very patient (I suffer from chronic indecisiveness). I will be recommending my friends and family, I am thrilled with the finished product after installation.

I came in not very knowledgeable at all, all I knew is that I wanted my own home to look a certain way. When I came in I felt welcomed and immediately the salespeople started giving me recommendations based off what I wanted. I felt good about the choices and I enjoyed talking with the different employees! The prices are outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know, I dont write reviews usually but Wholesale made what I believed would be a long drawn out process with a lot of negotiations and headaches so easy and smooth. I have to say that out of all the terrible ordeal of having my house flood last August the best thing to happen to me was to be introduced to Mike Dunaway and the helpful staff at Wholesale Flooring. Mike was very thorough and efficient helping me stay in budget, and now I have beautiful floors, shower, bathroom and granite for kitchen and bathrooms. It was so wonderful to have someone that you could trust would be there, who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, unlike never knowing who would be available at the large retail home stores. My husband and I remodeled our house after the August 2016 flood. Our contractor recommended Mike Dunaway at Wholesale Flooring and Granite. The company has a large showroom with a great selection of hardwood, laminate, tile and granite. We found Mike to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. When the first tile we ordered arrived with a blurred image, Mike didnt hesitate to take the order back. He also worked very hard to help us find a replacement that we ended up liking better than our original selection. We got competitive prices on all the items we ordered and terrific customer service from start to finish.

The team at Wholesale Flooring was top notch. They were knowledgeable and patience with my wife and I as we chose the exact wood to have installed in our home. I give high regards to the installation crew. They were on time, professional in their appearance and exceeded our expectations for craftsmanship. Absolutely love this place!!! Especially after being referred to the store next door, by a friend, only to find that he was being paid a referral fee. At Wholesale there is no referral commission; therefore I felt comfortable spending my money with them. They had everything I needed right there in the store... I didnt have to wait for delivery or anything. Once I made my purchase, 10 minutes later, my truck was loaded. And the customer service was awesome!!! If you visit this place youll never want to go anywhere else...

From the first moment of contact with the salesman to the end of installation, I have had a great experience with this company. I knew what I wanted, but did not know anything about the differences in the flooring options. The owner was very patient and shared his knowledge with me in a way that I could understand and without being pushy, overbearing, or trying to convince me to buy something I did not need. The prices were phenomenal. Even when I called back several times with questions, not once did the staff become aggravated or impatient with me. Once my appointment was scheduled, the staff continuously kept me informed about where we were in the process and verified all my information. The day of installation, the staff called to let me know they were on their way. They installed the floor within the amount of time they promised and cleaned up afterwards. I really have enjoyed my experience and plan to return for more flooring and granite tops for my kitchen.

If anyone wants to buy from this retailer, all I can say is Buyer Beware! This is absolutely, bar none, the worst customer service in the city. I refuse to beg anyone to take my business. I wanted a price check on materials for a shower remodel, including tile and marble. I also wanted a price check on flooring for 1200 sq. ft. I, first, asked Jennifer via e-mail to order some samples for me. She verified receipt of the e-mail request. That is the last communication I had from her. Next, I called and left no less than 4 messages for someone to call me and give me some prices. No returned phone call. Lastly, I called and spoke to Leonard. I told him that I had a very large order due to our house flooding and wanted to check prices. I also told him that if he was involved in something, he could take my name and number and call me back. He told me that he would call back in 15 minutes. As of writing this post, his 15 minutes has turned into 28 hours without a return phone call. Therefore, STAY AWAY from these people. They also do not take back returns. There are better places to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not appreciate your business and, obviously, dont need your money.

Per the recommendation of a friend we decided to purchase our flooring from this store. We went in, talked with Mike, who was very friendly and informative. With the price range that we were looking for he recommended that we buy cabin grade flooring, with the understanding that there was no warranty. We asked about returns - we were told that as long as the boxes were unopened, they could be returned.After installation, we had 7 boxes leftover. When my fiance went to return these unopened boxes, he said they could not be returned without a receipt. When I called, Mike (who had previously been very nice), was rude and completely unprofessional on the phone. He then changed his story, saying if we had the receipt they still could not be returned and claimed this was told to us when we purchased the floors, which is not true. So now were out almost $500 and have 7 boxes of flooring left (when we had bought less than their recommended amount to begin with).Good luck getting help after they already have your money.

We were changing the floor in the whole house & had selected a wood look tile. It was not a cheap job. The customer service was great at that time. When it was installed, there was a problem with the grout color. We called & they were going to come out & fix it. We called & my husband stopped by continuously, only to be given the run around. After 3 months, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, googled how to fix & did it myself. My suggestion would be to use them, only if youre prepared to finish the job.

My husband and I came in after looking at other flooring places in Prairieville, Gonzales, even NOLA and Wholesale was unlike all the others. The selection was outstanding. We could have walked in there forever. We got some help from one of the employees and although my husband and I were split on what we wanted she didnt get annoyed with us, she continued to help us, show us around and give us so many more options compared to what we had seen in other places. My husband ended up choosing a style we did actually see in a previous store at a very high price but here it was well within budget range! I was stunned. They really work with you here and give you all your options and arent trying to just sell you on something. I am very glad we found Wholesale and I would recommend to anyone who has been shopping around for awhile this is the place to go!

We recently picked out some granite at the granite yard Select Stone and planned on using Wholesale Flooring as our installer. However, things changed and we decided to use another installer who was less expensive and supplied several actual references.We notified Wholesale Flooring of our decision and at this point, Wholesale refused to release our 2 granite slabs on hold at Select Stone to our new fabricator and instead they bought them out from under us. (when you pick out granite - granite yards put the slabs on hold in the name of the fabricator not the actual person) This was honestly the worst business dealing I have experienced in a long long time and I will not recommend them to anyone.When I say the salesman became very unprofessional and spiteful when we told him we were using someone else - that would be an understatement. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This place is huge and its staff is very small however they seem to be like a normal disfunctional family. They still hand write tickets for Gods sake! I dont usually post reviews but I just had to after spending hours in this store only to be completely confused. One of the young ladies in there told me to look at some pictures on their google page To show me some ideas I proceeded to do so then, I started to read some of the reviews which I have to admit made me reluctant to buy. I asked her what was their policy on returns and she handed me a copy of it. I read the notes on the quote above the signature line and I told her I see why thy had a lot of bad reviews on returns.... because no one reads they just sign a contract. Everyone has their own experience with companies but mine was great and my price was right! My suggestion is to read your contract and make sure your measurements are accurate before placing your order.

I became a customer of this tile and flooring company when my husband and I decided to update our kitchen island and because we had a wonderful experience from purchased to installation there was no question after this August flood 2016 in Louisiana that claimed my home with over 3.5feet of water. This flood brought out the worst of the worst, not only did we have to deal with a fraudulent contractor, but later found that the extra nice store salesman Bo was ripping off wholesale flooring customers and I was one of them. After a gut feeling I contact the store inquiring about my materials I was told no record was found on some of my materials when the store owner John, his first words to me was I wasnt going to jail he just needed to get to the bottom of things? That was an insult after his employee robbed me of almost $2000.00. Still in need of tile and already time wasted, I asked the young lady Jasmine how are they handling repurchased items and she bluntly said that I just have to rebuy if I wanted and was given a complaint number for the local police, desperately I repurchased items I thought was on its way, so now Im left with a feeling of being robbed by this companys former employee and the owner, John just didnt care as well as tried to blaim me for Bos actions. The 2 stars are for past experiences but the missing stars are due to the fact that company did not try to at least partially honor what their former employee did to me. This store was only concerned about them the customers had to fend for themselves. Yes I filled a complaint and called my bank to dispute. This company only stabbed me in the back as a customer, I left the store in tears. I have to say after my ordeal the owner John reached out to me and have been very helpful hes been making it right and I am at peace, this is one time I can say the workers dont reflect the owner.

Non busy salesman did not introduce himself but immediately told me know it would be 5 to 6 weeks before they could even think of my job then showed me cheap competitors work they do not do and expected me to be very excited that they would be much more expensive. Sent me outside in 101 degree heat to look through remnants with no idea what I was looking for. Dont know how they stay in business.

I used Wholesale Flooring to install hardwood thru out my house.The installation was incorrectly, large gaps, improper spacing, poor glue contact causing noise when walking in certain areas.When I had them come out to look at it, I gave them the Manufacture installation instructions to show that it was unacceptable, was told up to 5/16 gap is acceptable, that the spacing should not matter even though it was not done per manufactures instructions and looks poorly done. They did say they could drill holes and try to reglue the noise spots.Needless to say I feel cheated and had someone else take care of the noise areas without drilling thru the floor. I would not recommend them to anyone. Cheap price does not make up for poor installation.

POOR SERVICE at Wholesale Flooring and Granite. We went to the Store in Baton Rouge, LA - on Plaza American Drive - and COULD NOT GET ANYONE to talk to us.
