Top notch sales person in Regina. She patiently assists the homeowners I send to her and guides them through the process. Regina makes my job so much easier and makes me look good to my homeowners by the way she handles them professionally and shows them a quality product. ProSource offers my excellent prices and high quality products. They are easy to work with and carry a great line of products. All installers I use that ProSource recommends for me are quality craftspersons. ProSource is the total package for a builder. Quality products, quality installers and knowledgeable sales team.

So far my experience here has been great. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. My salesperson Tamara... a total rock star! She has helped me source items found elsewhere and helped me put together rooms that (in my mind) will be magazine-worthy! I look forward to the day I can share pictures of our completed home! I have recommended this place to many friends already. So far the only complaint I have, is that you have to act fast if there is something you like that the warehouse is carrying - they do so much business its not long before one product can sell out! (stock items)

We used Prosource for all of our wood flooring and tile (marble, slate, and porcelain). The selection is large but the best thing I could say about Prosource is their sales person Ashton. She knows about everything, can start selections for you based on your style (huge timesaver), can fine-tune all selections (if you’re like me and want to look a bit yourself), and can work with actual vendors to get you products that aren’t on display. I really don’t have enough good things to say about her AND on a day when I was making selections with a toddler, she entertained him with penny tile and snacks!

I have used Prosource for three different updates for my home in Baton Rouge. I lucked up and got Kyle Harris as my sales person for the first update which was a shower stall. He was so great, I used him for the other two updates (carpet & kitchen backsplash). He is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and works in a timely manner. Prosource has an extensive selection of all products. I highly recommend Kyle Harris & Prosource for your home improvement needs.

The floors last about 2 years before they start coming up and separating at seams. The warranty is good for a year. Buyer beware.

Nobody spoke, may I help you, nothing.. walked around for aleast 15 mins. Then just decided I must have been the wrong skin color. Whole sale across the street met me at the door with greetings an the best prices.

Came to the front desk to pick up an order and speak with a rep and the lady very rudely told me to go to the back with her hands. Then i asked where if i could speak make an appointment, she told me i dont make appointments, you need to go to the back. I gave two stars because the warehoyse clerks were more helpful. The first person in a building should be more friendly regardless if this is her job or not.

Worked with a designer for a remodel and designer recommended Pro Source for materials. They have a nice selection but are pricey. So far, so good. Paid for materials and waited. Materials arrived and installer picked up. Didnt check item for item on ticket. Installer ran out of material near the end of the tile job. We double checked our order ticket and discovered THEY (Pro Source - Eric) changed the order for a more expensive material, smaller quantity, and never told us, the designer, or the installer. Called Eric and he said he thinks the material he ordered is superior, which is why he changed it, yet our installer disagrees. Eric says, you can buy more if you want... which we had to do to keep the job going. The idea of changing our order to a more expensive material, not notifying anybody, and then not apologizing for this action is VERY unprofessional. I suggest you better check your material order ticket upon pickup if you use this company to make sure they didnt switch something on you

I enjoy working with my salesman because of his diligence to make sure my materials arrive on time & tells me right away of any delays in shipment. This takes care of my scheduling. I also feel confident in the knowledge that he & the staff have in their products. Beside these the show room is large & beautiful. The guys in the warehouse are on the job to help me when I go in. Over all, a great place to send my customers.

Excellent customer service from Ms Marla Echeverria. She was very knowledgeable and showed extreme patience on our numerous trips always with mor questions. Great prices and order arrived a little sooner than estimated.

Not sure if the store is good or not, but I promise you the customer service representation I received was awful.I never even made it to the door. I called the first time to get information such as hours and how to get access and if a membership was needed. She quickly said that I had to be working with a contractor.I decided to try again. Called back and asked if I could come look at their showroom. She promptly said if Im working with a contractor. I asked how about my architect? She said she would look them up when I got there. Ugh...After practically pulling teeth, she looked up my architect, verified that I could come under his membership and promptly stated we close in an hour. I told her that the website shows that the Saturday hours are listed at 9-2. She said Ill have somebody change that and hung up.

Always the best selection and prices in town. Friendly helpful staff make sure you have everything you need. Consistently ranked in the top 5 ProSource stores in the entire US and service is the key.

I had a delivery there on a Saturday morning. Unknown to me they only received Monday through Friday, but they unloaded me anyway in my book thats a five-star the reason why I gave them four is because of their system was down.

Amazing selection, expertise, and customer service!

I Do Not recommend this company. They are not honorable. Took over an hour for sales associate to put in order because she couldn’t figure it out. Told us we would be called when tile was in which was weird since we were told it was their in stock tile. Never called but we called them and they said oh yeah it’s here. Then we went to return unused boxes and were told we could not return less than 3 boxes we had two so my husband asked to purchase 1 more so that we may return all 3 and were told we would actually owe more money due to restocking fees and return fees. This was never mentioned to us by anyone and the only thing our invoice says is returns must be done within 30 days. So very dissatisfied with service I will never use them again and I will NOT recommend them to anyone. I will do the opposite and encourage them to use other companies.

At first impression the showroom is very overwhelming, but thats why this place is a step above the rest. The multitude of times i have used Prosource for my projects the knowledge of every person working there is what really raises the bar. After looking at sample after sample of tiles, and woods, and everything else your home needs when youre upgrading, it comes down to the help you have with you. Every person that helped me with my selections had a great eye for styles and design. They all had great advice and helped me with color choices and what really would add value to my home, not just what they wanted to sell that day. It was genuine interest in my home and me! Their selections are huge and the customer service was excellent. If you need a designer touch to your home with out the price tag, i would absolutely recommend Prosource!

I recently hired a contractor off of angies list to come and put new carpet and hardwood in my house. He told me he had an account with pro source and to go make my selection. They do have a large showroom with lots of selections and I was very pleased with the selections I was looking at. I, being the natural born shopper I am though, went and price shopped my selections at a couple of stores in Lafayette where I currently live and a few in baton rouge. I was shocked to see the same exact products at the other stores for half if not a third of the price. I later read reviews on angies list and on here to see that my contractor gets a kick back. so I am paying him to do the work and prosource give him a kick back off of the materials I pick? I dont think so! that is absolutely crazy to me. I love the selection I made but I refuse to pay double or triple the cost just because my contractors referral. If you want to save money do not shop here!

Wow.. Didnt know the whole concept was based upon paying a commission to its members for the Referals .,, was offended my contractor was paid a big fat commission for referring me, no wonder the prices were so high!!!! I felt cheated by my contractor and by pro source, now I know why my contractor insisted I buy there.... Unethical concept in my opinion,

HUGE selection of tile , carpet, wood floors.

Not very impress at all with the service receive there. The woman in charge of the cabinet depatrment seem to me to be out of the office more than she is there and is very hard to get in touch with. I have been waiting on a cabinet door for over a month and was just told it would be another week and half, in my opion that is very slow service. I would not recomend pro source to my family are friends.
