My haircut went well although customer service was uncomfortable from the start upon me asking for the Wi-Fi password for my son to play on my phone while I got my haircut. Then after mine, I decided to allow him to get his cut there whos 5, very disappointed. Because he was scared of the clippers I believe it was possibly even a manager who cut our hair, she was not kid-friendly towards my son, neither was the other lady co-worker who would not even look at me. It was a complete disappointment & I will not be going back there. I was upset with my son but it was not his fault. We left without my sons hair being finished with his haircut. She was quick to say she couldnt finish before trying to comfort on a kid friendly level, attempted a couple times but did not talk to my son as he needed to be talked to. He is not an adult or a teenager, we have experienced many other shops who know how to treat children in the chair. This was a last minute decision and a disaster experience. He has a barber we see regularly & hes never had this problem.

Horrible. I asked for a clean up and a bit of an even out and she just straight cut it all the way around while making sure I knew she thought I did a horrible job with my hair dye because it was an old color and faded... walked in with hair like the 1st 2 pics which were from last month, walked out with the other 2... not even even. And I asked to leave bangs really long and it is a tiny bit longer than the rest. I actually cried over this. Ive never cried over hair before.

I took my son to get a haircut today who has sensory issues. The stylist was not friendly and very rushed. My son was moving a around a lot during the cut which I know can make things difficult. Turns out his scalp got cut early on during the haircut which increased his motion but was not brought to my attention. The stylist threatened to stop cutting his hair at the very end of his hair cut. Only needed about two more minutes of work. I thought it was very unprofessional. My son was very polite the entire time and I was extremely disappointed in the attitude of the stylist. He has had no issues getting his hair cut in the last 5 years. He is ten years old now. I will not be returning.

They force customers to wear masks even if you already took both COVID-19 shuts. They don’t allow customers to use their personal clipper, comb or scissors. I never back to this location.

Go here and avoid the pain of the other Supercuts at 4469 Perkins Got a great cut, very professional, and very quick. No time wasting.

Althea bleached my girlfriends shirt. If only the bleach that landed on her shirt had landed on the brown spots left in her hair instead.

I arrived at 4:45 on Sunday afternoon and the door was locked even though their hours are until 5 according to handwritten sign on door (6 according to google listing). Employee was inside playing on her phone.

My stylist was Shawn, shes a ray of sunshine and always have a beautiful smile. Her skills are excellent along with her personality. I just love this lady she makes me feel good every time I visit this location. My beautician is very particular with her customers and she referred me to Shawn so Iknew she was very good, she gets her hair cut by Shawn also. All of the stylist are super nice and skillful. Definitely will return to this location I have been a customer here for ten months.

Not at all satisfied

I was having trouble making an appointment on line , I think because of the time of day which was too close to closing hours...however I contacted them via message and they were so helpful and booked my appointment for me. It was my first time going there and I didnt Know what to expect. But I was greeted with a wonderful professional staff who was super friendly and the barber UT Noble who attended to me was really good. I will be going back , finally found me à great barber shop to go.

The were super clean. Everyone was real nice.

This place may do well with men’s hair but I requested a simple bob and the stylist chopped my back layers to hell. I even had her go in and fix it once because there were long pieces hanging down. She showed me the final result while my hair was wet so that I couldn’t see the damage she had done. I wouldn’t reccomend this place at all

Quick, easy and very cheap. Super friendly atmosphere and super friendly people. Expertise in hair of all types. Not the fanciest or nicest ofcourse, you cant really go wrong with this place though.

I bounce around from store to store to find the best one! and this is it by far. They are super friendly, always listens to what you want. Each time that i get my hair cut someplace else, Ive always wish id taken the time to come back here!

Always have to see my favorite stylist at this location. Ms Ghia is the best. Shes fast friendly and takes pride in her work and values her customers.

We only waited 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. The stylist was very nice and talked to me and my 9 year old about what he wanted, including looking at pictures. The place was clean and nice, except for the expected hair on the floor. We will definitely be going back!

I went to this particular Supercuts because the one located on College did a poor job with cutting my hair. I feel that she cut it the way she wanted to and not how I requested. However, Im very pleased with the cut I received from Rachel. She did an awesome job and I will continue to get my hair cut by her.

Last time I came here, the woman cutting my hair was yelling over me the entire time at one of her friends who was sitting there with two of her untamed children. She did an awful job on my hair too since she wasnt paying attention. I only go here because its close and convenient. Today I called to find out if they were busy and had the phone slammed down by the same uncivilized woman that cut my hair the last time. I DO NOT recommend this place. The one on siegen is 1000 times better.

Ive been in Baton Rouge for 7 months and been to at least as many different barbers trying to get an even passable high and tight and the younger flamboyant black man here has been the only person to do an ok job so far. He took his time and went over the top with clippers several times to make sure he got everything. He missed a small amount of hair right behind my ears, but it was still a much better cut than anywhere else Ive gone, including more expensive places.On my second trip the older flamboyant black man cut my hair and wasnt nearly as good. It was generally uneven across the top from not paying attention and going over it multiple times with the clippers. I have to go back over the top with my own cheap clippers at home.

Shawn gave me a perfect fade. The exact haircut Id normally pay $40, and she did it in 10 minutes. Total magician!

I luv Ms. Shuan and her staff. Great customer service. And theyre not scissor happy! By me being a natural chic, Im always skeptical about who I let in my head. Especially because I feel some stylist may get overwhelmed or intimidated by the amount of hair on my head in its natural state. And Ms Shuan takes off only what needs to be taken off.😉

So I go here for a simple hair cut and color the girl whom did my hair I dont think had ever colored hair before I discovered after she has gotten started. What should have been at most a 2 hr visit turned into an 8 hr visit. I wanted a platinum blonde color and ended up with a very dark brown. I spent nearly $200.00 and didnt even get close to the color or style I wanted. My hair is very short still havent figured out why what I normally spend less than $100.00 for has cost me almost $200.00 I have been trying to reach a manager or anyone whom I could address my issues with and still 2 weeks later havent had any returned calls. I do believe most of their clientele were men and they seem to rock at those but anything beyond that stay away from this place. Even paid for a wax but had to come home and try to salvage that damage.

Went there today to have my hair done at Supercuts on Perkins rd for my cruise I was very disappointed wanted highlights and lowlights done and I went in with one color and came out with same color no highlight at all but one thing positive she did not charge me she was a very sweet girl but black people can not do white people hair they do men’s hair great I won’t be back there ever again

Since my family moved elsewhere in Baton Rouge, we found this was the closest Supercuts near us and Im glad we came here. Our new barber/hairstylist did a great job with my kids haircuts and we will be returning, especially because we were given loyalty cards for free haircuts.

I so love this location. I came for a trim and never went back to my stylist. These ladys are so lovely. I got what I wanted and my money worths.

One black lady came from here Chair up to me and said we need trained 2 cut all kinds of styles.....i said wow ....

Terrible customer service. They have their address wrong and had me drive around for 20 mins and couldnt offer to stay 5 mins to give me a buzz cut after close. Pathetic.
