This business was very clean and bright. The employees were sociable and good spirited. The cost for the services provided was very appealing for the average college or young adult budget. I even get a discount due to my employed location - bigger bonus! If you become a member you can get free haircuts over time. The app is useful to help shorten your wait in line and get you more flexibility with getting fit in with a tight personal schedule. Definitely a place I plan to use regularly.

Alex M. Deserves a raise. I have really hard hair to cut. She gave my the best cut in years within record time. If you have really straight hair she will get you right. 10/10.

Asked for it to be cut one way, the stylist confirmed back to me what I had requested. Received a cut that was vastly different than what was agreed to. I dont understand where the communication was off. Left uncut hair on the back of the neck and around the ears. For the higher price of the haircut, I would have guessed that this would have been a solid choice for an unquestionable nice cut. I was proven wrong.

Hit or miss. I’ve had pleasant cuts there before but since COVID it’s become extremely busy. Like 1-2 hours wait time. Ok, fine. We will use the fancy online check in process to be efficient. I check in online and arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. I check in the store and “great, I’m next up”. Then 5 minutes later I get a text saying I’ve been removed from the list due to now showing up. Interestingly enough, 2 other gentlemen’s said the same thing happened to them. This is obviously some sort of system issue so tough to take it out on the workers there.Hair was all over the floor at the entry way obviously indicating it hadn’t been cleaned very well or kept up. Will never be returning.

I had scheduled online 90 minutes ahead of time and as I was walking in the door (5 minutes early for my scheduled time) I received a text saying the hairstylists had canceled my appointment.I walked in and immediately told them the situation and sat down in a seat being told they would cut my hair next.I sat in the store for another 20 minutes while the hairstylist I had talked to called on another customer.This is when I walked out and will not be coming back.

Taylor is great, the rest of em... Not so much. They have no respect for peoples time. I called to set an appointment, and they said I had to use the app. App was down. I called back to check in via phone, they said we cant do that and just come in, there is no wait. I arrived literally 3 minutes later to them telling me there was a 30 min wait.... My time is too valuable for carelessness like that, and although I love Taylor ns haircuts, ill never return for that reason. Just 4 him right down the street seems to value my time much more, and they clown sports clips and its hilarious.

Do not come here!!! Warning with 3 big red danger signs.i asked for .5 faded up to a 1. When I told her that was not a fade she seemed surprised like she didnt know what I was talking about. And I also asked her to slightly touch the top she took everything off. Me at 9:50 that morning and the second that night. within a day!😭😡dont let just any one mess with your hair

My nephew and I visit here every 2 to 3 weeks. Asia and Kimberly are our go to stylists. My nephew loves getting the MVP because they use the massager on his back. These ladies are always friendly and give great haircuts. You can use their mobile app to check in before you get there so you wont have a wait.

Went there for a simple haircut, I have relatively short hair and figured it would be easy and uncomplicated. The person who cut my hair sheered my head like I was a sheep and left my scalp all red. She was rushing and the results looked like she had. Last time I ever go to this location. Find another place because its either hit or miss here, and at their prices, its not worth it.

Stopped by to try t find a new barber shop and got the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time by Asia. She was super nice and very professional. I’ll be back and I recommend other guys to come check this place out.

Asia gave me a great haircut. She took her time and did a solid job. She was also very friendly. I will be glad to return the next time I need a haircut.

I showed up here for a relatively simple cut, and left with a scratched and red neck (pics for proof if need be) and my hair parted the exact opposite way of how I showed the stylist. Thankfully I had a coupon and didnt have to pay full price or I would have demanded my money back. I immediately showered and went to a different hair stylist to fix the problems that WERE fixable. In the mean time Ill let the skin on my neck grow back and never reccomend this establishment to any of my friends.

Fast service most of time. Hit or miss on accuracy of haircut, but thats to be expected until you find your go to stylist. Will continue to get my haircut here!

Lady cutting my hair was either chewing food or bubble gum the whole time she was cutting my hair.... skinny black lady about 34..... hair cut was Ok... just Ok... but the Gum chewing was aggravating ...

Fade? There was no fade. The hair cut was uneven and she (Lorie) didn’t get around his ears at all. Looks awkward and didn’t cut it how he wanted. She made no effort to talk to him the entire time. Will not be going back.
