The man was very helpful bet the phone but the woman at the office trailer was very rude short with & had a bad attitude for no reason. I don’t know what kind of business doesn’t take cards in year 2021. The website says they close at 9 apparently 9 means 4pm.

They took my title and registration out my wifes car. Then lied about it. Ill advise you please dont get your car towed in any circumstances. Thats what most of them wrecker services doing unless you get all your paperwork out the car first. Lesson learned.

Good Customer Service over the phone very helpful

I would definitely recommend this towing company. The man I spoke with was so nice and kind. I went to get my vehicle released. It was fast, simple, and only required a few signatures. The price to get my car release was very reasonable. If you need a tow, or anything else, call LaRose Towing, and I promise you wont be disappointed.

Best towing experience! My car suddenly shut off and i was left stranded for over 2 hours trying to get intouch with other towing companies with high ratings, and ive never met such rude people....my estimated wait time (ontop of being treated like dirt), was 3 to 4 hours. I called this company and the man i spoke with was super nice and arrived within 46 minutes! Fantastic!! He was friendly and i highly HIGHLY recommend!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!!:):):):)
