Southern Motoring Solutions is by far the most respectful, responsive, and quality ensuring Auto Performance shop I have ever been to. They go out of their way to make sure you understand exactly what the issue is. If I lived closer, they would be my go to shop. You will not be disappointed going to Southern Motoring Solutions.

The quality is hard to beat. Easy to deal with and very straight forward on the process. They have the knowledge and experience that keeps one from the pitfalls that your average diy guy would fall into. A+

In all my years as a part of the car community, i have never found a shop that has taken car of me and my car the way SMS has. Ive been through actual hell and back for 1.5+ years and several motors and shops, trying to get my car running. A friend of mine recommended i call Bj at Southern Motoring Solutions.. i was a bit hesitant because so many shops in my area has screwed me over and SMS is almost 3hrs away. I took the shot and honestly it was the greatest decision i couldve possibly made! Not only did they get my car running beautifully asap, but being the honest people that they are, Bj saved me THOUSANDS of dollars that i wouldve paid without question just to have my car back!!! I took my car in for a $3000 job and had cash in hand ready to pay, Bj and Huy, found what was actually the problem and called me immediately and reduced my price to $200!!!! He couldve easily fixed the little issue he found, told me he fixed my $3000 problem and i would have happily paid the 3k. But nope, instead he saved me over $2000! I will never be caught dead at any other mechanic shops. Period. Now i dont care how small of a job i need done, ill take that 3hr drive down to Southern Motoring Solutions any day of the week rather than go anywhere else. BEST PERFORMANCE SHOP IN THE SOUTH. 10 Stars.

BJ and Huy are superb! TBH I would give them 6 stars. They have installed countless mods for my 16 Subaru WRX, and know exactly what they are doing. This company has true integrity, and explain everything thoroughly. The pricing is fair, and you definitely receive what you pay for. They replaced all wheel studs and a transmission cooler in a day. Air suspension only took 2 days to install, and they understood that I did not want any drilling. They go out of their way to make even the littlest of things look clean and flush. I keep coming back because they are seriously the best in town. If you have any motor inquiries, definitely hit them up first.

A friend recommended them to me when I was having problems with the A/C unit in my car. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had it replaced and ready to go in less than 2 days. I am really pleased with the quick turnaround and quality of the work.

One of the MOST knowledgeable, friendly, and honest Custom/Performance shops I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Southern Motoring Solutions....where do I even start..How about BEST PERFORMANCE SHOP IN BR!I’ve had both of my Subaru’s rebuilt here and countless other repairs/mods done to the cars by both Bj and Huy. ZERO complaints. Will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to them for any needs I may have. Never had any issues dropping cars off late at night or on a day the shop is closed. Key box is super convenient and very easy to spot with all the performance stickers on it.👍🏼👍🏼

All i can say is Thankful to the team of three at Southern Motoring Solutions. They worked with me to find the best place for my exhaust cutout. They had a super quick turn around and did a fantastic job welding it all together! I would highly recommend these guys if you are in the Baton Rouge area and need some help with your ride; i know I’ll be back.

Was given an appointment to show up and drop a vehicle that was in limp mode off. Drove it to his shops location for said time and noone was there. I tried calling and contacting them via Instagram and telephone and no answer. I live in Zachary so seigan isnt right around the corner. Wasted gas and time off work to drop the car off. Bad business
