Their work quality is terrible. I had a simple part to put on and it took them forever to change a simple belt. A week later my car started making all kinds of noise. These guys are amateurs at best shady at worst. You get what you pay for with them. They give you low estimates but if you keep coming back you are spending a fortune. Avoid this place.

I have been bring my vehicles and my kids vehicles here for over 15 plus years and Mike and his team has always provided excellent customer service and superior workmanship.

I was referred by a well known auto repair shop to have my muffler looked at. The reception at Dr. Muffler told me the muffler was fine. SHE DID THIS DIAGNOSIS WHIL SEATED AT HER DESK! I asked if she was a mechanic and said no but she had worked at the shop for 25 years. I asked if I could have a mechanic look at the car and she asked why I want that. It was the most incoherent conversation Ive ever heard. I believe the reason behind her strange behaviour was simply that there was only one mechanic (her husband) currently working instead of the 2 or 3.Enough said....Id hate to think I helped tarnish their reputation although I could say more. I didnt use them and I highly recommend you might want to wait wait until - and if - they get more mechanics.

Stopped in to fix my exhaust system with no appointment, They had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Reasonable prices, great communications and fast work. Seems like a family run shop, I would recommend them highly based on my experience.

My daughters car was towed there after breaking down. They took full advantage of a college student from out of state. Charged almost $100 more than they should have. Daughter gets in car and the check engine light is on, so she went back on and was told that was on when I got in so I dont know. You dont know! That was your job! Im filling a complaint with the state and disputing the charge on my CC. I will be posting of this on the school parent page so others know to stay far far away

Thisnplace has decent owners but inexperinced people working for them.the prices is never the same and the like to parts change until they find a problem with your car causing you hundreds and sometime thousands of dollars for a simple repair.tiday while my suv was on the rack they bent my door in the process.someone s going to pay for it they show no concern at all for your property.

I have had my car fixed here a few times.. but the woman at the front desk is very rude and needs some customer service training. If I am spending my money and I ask something that you dont understand its your profession and company and job to explain. Do not come here unless you dont mind being disrespected or overcharged.

After having some mufflers poorly installed at another muffler shop, i brought my car here to have it repaired. They did good work for a fair price. They were more than the other shop, but you get what you pay for.

This is a scam, these people are terrible. they have no idea on what there doing perio. I highly not recommend these people. I rather let my car die then even have my car touched by them. want ur money to go quick with no work ? Will come to this place cause thats what it is. Got two cars worked on here and cant fix nothing . Like, Im sick to my stomach on how they take advantage on people like I pray this business goes out like I wish no bad on people but like damn money isnt that important to the point u jack peopl like ugh I refuse to even ride around there street .
