I was traveling from out of state with friends when our tire went flat in Baton Rouge. I live in Lafayette but had to come to Baton Rouge for a doctors appointment. I had a nail in my tire with a leak so I wanted to get it fixed before getting back on the road to head home. I came here and they were able to fix my tire and didnt even charge me! It might not have been a big deal for them, but it was for me. I didnt even have to wait a long time. The gentleman that helped me was super nice too.

I bought 4 new tires late last year and got the tire warranty. Am I glad I did!! So far I have had one tire replaced free due to a screw in the sidewall and today I got a free checkup and repair of a slow leak caused by a nail in another tire. The guys at the Airline Hwy store just south of Jefferson Hwy are very professional and always friendly and knowledgeable. You can count on them!!

Wonderful service and staff. Have gone in to this location twice, first time was for new tires and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a nail/screw in my tire today, went by the shop was open on time and they were able to get me in and out quickly and safely and provide full quotes for future services I will feel comfortable with them completing on my vehicle. Wonderful service everytime I have been to this one.

Had a nail in my daughters tire. The manager Jason kindly removed the tire, investigated to see if the tire could be repaired (sadly it could not), and let us know there was not an identical tire but there was a comparable one available at the shop. We elected to take the tire and seek an identical elsewhere. Jason did not seem offended and we were much appreciative of his service and kindness he provided to us. Would highly recommend.

Quick diagnosis and fair price.

I had a screw in both of my rear tires in my work truck so I took it to firestone since that was an approved vendor from fleet management. They said I needed two new tires and he was waiting on approval from fleet management and would call me back. He never called back my tires are almost empty the next day so I go back to get air and see what’s up and he said he can’t service my truck. Thanks for the call! So I came here the next place on my list of approved vendors and they REPAIRED both tires instantly. Firestone right near by is a crook these guys took care of me right away when I needed it!

Manager and tech in-site were super friendly, able to answer all of my questions. Geoff the technician came out and explained all of my future service needs to me in a very informative manor. No high pressure sales or BS.

Tim and his crew did an outstanding job of servicing my vehicle, accessing all needed repairs, quoting me on pricing and performing the Work!!It is very pleasant to have Great Service, Value and Service so close to my office. I will definitely recommend to my colleagues.

Chabill’s Coursey location identified the run flat tires I needed at the Airline Hwy location. The appointment was made by the Coursey location for the next day at Airline. The customer service was amazing! My vehicle was serviced the next day at the appointed time and returned quickly. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and provided beverages. It was my 1st experience with Chabill’s. It won’t be my last!

I love the fact that they communicate with you as someone they are trying to help, not someone they trying to sell something to. And that they take good care of the vehicle. They don’t treat it like a rental. That’s why I only bring my Truck there.

Great customer service. Checked my coolant leak for free. However, my only problem is the paper says they did a 30 point inspection, and that everything was good. My car had 4 low tires because of the cold weather. They didn’t even bother to add air for me. Not a deal breaker. Just kinda lazy in my opinion. Would recommend to whoever though. Nice people.

They had the exact set of Michelin tires I was looking for. The same type that originally came on my wife’s car. Nice customer waiting room. The service bays were clean and organized. 6 1/2 year old car now drives like a new one. 😎

I had a nail in my tire. Brought the car in at 8:15 am and they said it would be a few hours. They called an hour later and said the tire could not be fixed and I had to get a new tire. Never heard back from them. Never called and let me know the car was ready. I called at 2:00 pm and the car had been ready and was sitting in the parking lot unlocked. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check me out. He had no explanation on why I wasn’t called. Very poor customer service.

Sooooo fast. I could not believe that my vehicle was done that quickly. The staff was very helpful and gracious enough to schedule me for the next day when I called 10 minutes before closing. I think I found a new favorite location.

If I could give them 100 stars I would.The team at Chabills offers excellent CUSTOMER service. They are honest and helpful. They really showed the kind of business they are by recommending that I NOT put all new tires on my vehicle because my tires still had life on them. Cannot recommend enough. I have had multiple dealings with several of the Chabill’s and Baton Rouge and every time has been a great experience. One time, when I had a flat, they discovered that the insurance previously provided on the tire was actually provided in error. Despite having a basis not to honor the insurance because of the mistake, they chose to honor their word. It’s refreshing to patron a place that values customer service, especially a car repair place. Thank you guys!

Like many others have said, the staff here are very professional and accommodating. I had a small aftermarket part that I wanted to install on my vehicle but could not due to lack of tools at home. I explained my situation to the staff at Chabills and they had the part installed for me within no time and refused to charge me for the labor. I highly recommend Chabills Tire and Auto Service to others that need service done on their vehicles.

I own a service co. I have several trucks. I have been to many shops thru the years. And this is the best I have found here in Baton Rouge. Great customer Service. I got right in, no wait. In and out in 45 Min. They replaced a bad tire. Price was very good. I will be back.

Very friendly customer service and communication. Honest and fair prices on new tires and tire alignment. Our only complaint is the amount of time it took them to get the job done. They said 2 hours but it ended up being almost 4. Overall, we were pleased and will use them again.

Chabill’s is hands down the best place to go for your tire needs. 2 years ago I had a blow out on the road and they sent someone to help me change my tire and follow me to their shop to make sure I got there safely. They were very courteous and got my tires fixed and got me back on the road in no time. Today I had a low pressure reading and went to Chabill’s. The staff remembered me from 2 years ago and fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes. Both of my experiences have been nothing but positive. It is obvious that is company truly puts the customer first.

My 82 year old mother visited your shop this week seeking a tire rotation and oil change, when someone approached her to show that she had a dirty filter she mistakenly said do whatever is needed. She left paying a bill of $537.00 . I am appalled at the services that were performed and how my naive elderly mother was taken advantage off. Its actions like this that tarnish all of the positive ratings your company has received.

Finally found a good place to bring my lower car. Got it aligned, mount n balance and tpms installed all for a good price. Definitely bringing my car back if needed

Very reliable good service dependable professionals I made a 7:30 am appointment and they got me right in and out had a nail in my tire and they patched it was expecting to pay forthe service and tech told me no charge just feel like that’s pretty rare now a days and I was highly appreciative of that. Can’t really call it a complaint per say but i asked service clerk to have tech to check my tire pressure on my tires and for what ever reason all three tires besides the one that i got fixed where under psi but no biggie i aired them up and tire pressure light went off it was also about 38 degrees that morning that may have played a factor in tire pressure not sure but Chabills is the only place i trust with my Vechicles so i definitely recommend them. Oooops almost forgot i left my phone there i called when i got home and realized i had left it rep answered and grabbed it for me kept it safe till i got there lol and got it back to me thank you. 504Calvin
