My experience at Vida Pura Spa was amazing! The adorable waiting area, with comfy couches, tea, and water allows you to start relaxing right away.I had a 90 minute massage with Rebecca that was perfect. Just by asking a few questions about what I do everyday, she was able to pinpoint exactly where I needed the most attention. The massage was relaxing, but with the perfect firm pressure to get deep into the muscle and undo the stress I put on my shoulders and back every day. With 90 minutes she worked my entire body, feet to face/ scalp with essential oils, warm towels and hot stones! Even with a shorter massage, you will feel rejuvenated and limber after Rebecca relaxes your muscles.She knew I was timid about the fire cupping, so she introduced a few silicone suction cups into the massage to let me see how they felt. It was strange, but I could definitely tell how those areas were benefiting from the released tension! As a visual artist, I draw inspiration from many sources. Massage is important for both my physical health as well as my mental wellness. I had the best massage/healing experience ever! Pre pandemic I received monthly massage from a chain salon. I did not want to risk going to a high traffic atmosphere so I chose Vida Pur. Ive been getting massages and treatments here for years, and I recently had the opportunity to get one with Olivia. I desperately needed to get an appointment, and they fit me in that day. Olivia is super knowledgeable about orthopedic massage, light therapy, and cupping, other natural remedies for ailing muscles and joints. I had a terribly locked up neck and shoulder, was unable to turn my head, and she really did a great job helping me see some improvement. I will be returning next week to see her for a follow up, but I am already feeling such relief! Olivia is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. You wont be disappointed with her services. The spa is clean, serene, and very calming. Theres even a tea room for you to sip tea as you await your services or in between services. Such a nice touch.

For me, going to get a facial is nerve racking. Anxiety makes me wonder if I’m going to be lectured because I haven’t had one in months, or if it will be painful. Rebecca didn’t chastise me for not getting a facial in months nor did she rush and not prep my skin for extractions. Instead she made me feel so comfortable that I forgot I was at the spa. I felt at home. My facial was amazing and our conversation was equally amazing. I left with not only a rejuvenated complexion but also with a rejuvenated soul.

Ive been here with my wife in a vacation from Vietnam, to visit her family and we both think this is the BEST spa we had experienced. My therapist is Michelle and worked on reflexology treatment. I had had a problem with my upper arm for years, whenever i lifted my right arm up, there was a feeling like a muscle string got dislocated. Michelle had fixed it magically somehow and right after the treatment i felt totally fine with my upper arm. She was also very precise with her pressure and location. Great thanks to Vida Pura Spa, we survived just fine with our 2-year-old kid during 24hrs flying back to Vietnam on the following day. Will definitely go back again and again

Absolutely Amazing. I was in Baton Rogue for a class and had been following Rebecca and her spa on Facebook for many years so I decided I needed to experience Vida Pure Spa. I am a massage therapist who has received lots of bodywork, but Rebecca blew everyone out of the water.First, the space is so perfect. Classy, clean, but very comfortable and welcoming. The massage tables (I did a massage and wrap) were both comfortable. Ive been to many places where it is LOUD, but I didnt hear anything while receiving my treatments. I did have the opportunity to meet some of the staff and they were as gracious as Rebecca.Ill admit Im not a fan of massage. I think its because Ive never found anyone who actually puts effort into their sessions. Everything (until now) has felt very cookie cutter. Rebecca was simply awesome. A bit of massage, a bit of hot stone, some cupping and I was pure butter, and who doesnt love butter.Have you ever gone for a massage and the therapist didnt stop chatting? not here. Rebecca would check on my comfortable level and let me know what was coming next if she was moving on to something new such as cupping.Ive written enough, but I can tell you I am in love with her body wraps. Great experience! Clean and tranquil facility! Katie was the massage therapist who gave my husband his massage and he also tried fire cupping. I opted for a facial and skin wrap which was done by the owner Rebecca.

Katie and Rebecca were amazing! So very professional and sweet as can be! This firwas my first ever massage and full body wrap. So I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect.
