I rejected to write any review here so far until the hub willing to pay deposit in between 60 days and 90 days after moving out. Yes hub is affordable but they should need to maintain around well. Lots of pot holes around the Hub. Not even around the hub also inside the unit no well painted walls will be welcoming you after signing leasing form. Emily she is one who is keep talking fluent English without accountability and lack of business ethic and manner. She rejected to swap my roommates until we reach out her boss. She did what we wanted based on our demands. My suggestion that keep your business ethic and accountability all the way top of everything with professional smiling face to your clients instead of trying to make few extra money with trappy and sketchy way. People who is coming and settling down there really well educated and coming from all around the world because of location and LSU. These people know what they want and how you act and run your business. Again I have not seen that much longer returning deposit once we compare the other apt. (60 Days or 90 Days really ?) At least you should start changing this policy if it was true. Because we got wrong information from same person purposely or not. So I love location of The Hub but sure team need to run business well and keep business accountable and same treatment for all residents not few people who was keep coming and supporting their side. From here based on my observation who is top manager who is giving direction all workers that person so naΓ―ve and trying to help people professionally. Especially how she was talking and dressing up issue which is so great. Se is around mid age and elder than everyone. Thank you The Hub for all your great service. We take care of you so far but it is important to write what was going on around. Plus please update and revise returning deposit policy to residents. Thank you!!

DO NOT STAY AT THE HUB. The mgmt company that operates these apartments lacks integrity, customer service skills, urgency, and respect for the tenant. I’m checking into my second hotel stay, that I HAVE TO PAY FOR OUT OF MY POCKET, b/c my apt is 80 degrees inside. My AC is out, I let the main office know at 5:22PM on Friday 7/2/2021.I walked into the office for 2 reasons 1. They had nice cool 68 degree air in there and 2. They seem to answer questions and lie less when you sit in their face, something I’ve learned from my previous dissatisfactions. In there, I was told by Emily a maintenance person was on their way. They were coming from out of town and would be there by 6:15PM. When it got to 6:45PM no one had showed up I called the after hours line, to see if they could give me ETA. Spoke to Brian, I explained to him what was going on and he said that there was never a maintenance request put in for the air conditioner and that it’s possible that maintenance didn’t know it was an emergency maintenance issue. Brian said he couldn’t get maintenance on the phone. I waited, assuming maintenance may have hit traffic, at 7:09PM I called back to the after hours line. I spoke to Alyssa, who called the maintenance supervisor, a coworker of the maintenance man, and attempted to contact the maintenance guy. She said the coworker was the only one who answered and said he would reach out to the guy supposedly coming. Alyssa then told me that if no one was there by 9PM to callback. Alyssa agreed that waiting til 9PM was ridiculous and also stated that The Hub should have a maintenance guy on site from 9 AM to 6 PM for things this. Around 7:45PM the maintenance guy showed up, I let him into my apartment he looked at my AC closet and said he was surprised I was getting any air previously b/c the condition of the AC was poor. He jimmy-rigged a solution by manipulating a wire and switch. He did let me know that in order to actually fix the problem he would have to come back when he could see everything. He told me he would be back at my apartment between 9AM and 10AM the next day. I stayed at the apartment while the air went on and off all nigh managing by flipping a switch on the unit. When I woke up around 8:45AM t the jimmy rigged solution was also not working anymore, AC WAS OUT. At 10:47AM I called back to the hub and got the after hours line. I let them know that no one had shown up to fix the AC yet. The representative said she would call the on call maintenance man and have him call me with an ETA. I heard nothing, so I called the office again at 11:34AM. I got an office worker and they said she was going to call her manager and give me a callback, they did let me know maintenance is a vendor and that she wasn’t sure when vendors came on site. I let her know the man yesterday gave me the time frame of 9AM- 10AM. On The Hubs website they boast about having on-site maintenance & on-site mgmt available. From what I’m understanding that is not true, if you have to use vendors that you don’t even know when and if they’ll show up, THAT’S BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING. The office worker called me back and said their manager said someone should be out by 1:00PM. It feels like 90 degrees outside, waiting an additional 2 hours for someone to show up in a sweltering apt was not something I was willing to do. I called 7 hotels to see if one would allow me to check in early and be in nice cool air and relax, something that I pay for this apartment every month faithfully to do, I now have to outsource. Every bit of me regrets moving into this apt. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APTS!!! Other places that have the same price range as The Hub in BR include: Fairview, Bienville Tower Apt, Oakbrook Apt, Place Du Plantier, Tiger Plaza and Bellows Condominiums. I know several residents from all these places and none of them have had these problems with those apartments complex.-TM

Do not recommend this place at all! I lived here for 2 years and sent in multiple work orders since I moved in. Maintenance would mark the problem as β€œcomplete”, but never fixed anything. My AC is broken and constantly floods the apartment. Maintenance at most will vacuum the water, but will not fix the AC unit overall. The floor surrounding the AC is definitely molded and squishy due to water damage. My fan can’t be turned on because it rocks back and forth due to construction upstairs. I have no idea what they did upstairs but I can’t use the fan anymore. I had put in a work order to get the door fixed because water leaks in when it rains. No one fixed it. There’s also a crack in the ceiling where it is. I’ve bleached, mopped, vacuumed, used all types of cleaning product, etc. Nothing will get rid of the little sewer flies, gnats, roaches, and mold. It’s gross. I tried cooperating because of the decent price, but management is just awful! The pipes are old so the water smells like eggs if not used everyday (ex: coming back after vacation). Good luck to whoever gets my apartment because my lease is ending:)

I moved to this apartment on February 26, 2021. The fact that I have to make a review in order to get any attention from the owner or property manager at this point is extremely sad. To begin with when I originally got here to move in I did not have any glass in my bedroom window, there were bugs and mosquitoes throughout the apartment. Not a single person told me that I did not have any glass in my window, but did let me know that I need to go ahead and pay the prorated rent, security deposit, and my first months rent so they didn’t have to β€œhound” me on the first of March. I was insulted that they thought I wouldn’t pay them on the first of the month but in hindsight I believe they did this to make sure I was stuck in this apartment. They also required me to sign my lease prior to viewing. I ended up paying them $1027.79, before even seeing the apartment. I had to go report the missing glass to the main office, the reception girl let us know no supervisors or property managers worked on weekends. She ended up having to call her supervisor regarding the fact I did not have any glass in my window. Whoever she spoke to extremely rude and said that the window was on back order so it would be two weeks before I could get one. The supervisor also did not have a plan for what to do regarding the fact I had no glass (no plans on a board, giving me a different apartmentβ€”nothing). I was told that maintenance was on their way, he didn’t show up until after I told them I was going to call the police or fire department to board up the window and get them to refund me.The next problem I had is that the apartment is extremely old /outdated has discolored baseboards and is dirty. I was promised a renovated apartment, however I see the only renovation that was done is a bad laminate job to the floor, like a previous review stated they show you a nice updated apartment in order to lock you in but the apartment you actually get does not have the same quality. The apartment itself has a host of maintenance issues my air condition currently doesn’t work, the sinks have heinous hard water stains and uneven paint jobs where you can tell the painter just painted over whatever dirt and grime was already in the sink instead of cleaning it and then painting, the faucets are missing knob caps and have disgusting grime build up on them and rust, the countertops are all chipped and crack to hell, the lights flicker due to poor maintenance, the light fixtures themselves have bugs in them from failure to maintain on the apartments end. The apartment I have also has a shower head drizzling instead of spraying out water, I actually had to get a hotel in order to shower. I’m also coming to find that maintenance does not come out when requested especially in situations like being in hot/humid Louisiana and not having an air conditioner, which I define as an emergency, they do not. DO NOT LIVE HERE! THE HUB IS A SCAM! I am already seeking legal advice to get my money back and move since a cooling off period is allowed in LA for new lease and purchases. Again though save yourself the hassle and rent ANYWHERE ELSE. The Hub is not worth it and is a scam to new renters.UPDATE: The management reached out to me and let me view a β€œnewer” apartment, while this one is better than the previous it still has a host of issues, not to mention since rent in approaching I inquired about the cost of rent since I stayed in the lower quality apartment for 1 week before moving to this different apartment that is cheaper. I was told that the prorated amount for staying in the first apartment is $135 and $653 was prorated for the 3 weeks I was placed in the new apartment, like I mentioned previously I paid them full first months rent for the first apartment of $838. Even with the numbers given to me there would be a $50 credit on April’s rent. NOPE I was told I owe $743 of $750 rent. So a $7 credit. The Hub’s management staff really just sets out to take advantage of people. Like I said avoid the hassle and DO NOT RENT HERE!

UPDATED #2 5/01/2021Again y’all NEVER STAY AT The Hub at Baton Rouge Apartment Homes! When I got home at noon today I had no electricity. I called their front office to ask why there was no electricity. I was told it was an outage and to callback at 2PM for an update. Called back at 3PM, then was told they electricity won’t be back til Monday. MIND YOU, I HAVENT RECIEVED A SINGLE NOTIFICATION, EMAIL, OR SEEN A POST about how residencts won’t have electricity until Monday. I called Entergy to verify and couldn’t get a person on the phone. I called back to their offices and spoke with I am assuming a manager (I don’t know, every interaction I’ve had with her she has been rude to me, even when I over paid rent last month due to their error). She explained to me to check my renters insurance to see if the outage is covered (which we both know is not). I asked her are they going to send out something for residents to keep them aware that they’ll be without power for a weekend, she said they’re working on it, POWER HAS BEEN OUT FOR HOURS HOW ARE YOU JUST NOW WORKING ON IT????It’s the inconsideration and lack of accountability of this management company that is very bothersome. I am fortunate enough that I can get a hotel but there are many people here that won’t have that ability because they have children, dogs, etc. that don’t allow them to have money for extra expenses in emergencies.Just imagine how you would feel thinking you are coming home to a cooled apartment when its 83 degrees outside just to discover YOU HAVE NO POWER, WERENT MADE AWARE YOU HAVE NO POWER AND TO TOP IT OFF IF YOU CALL THE OFFICE YOU WONT HAVE IT TIL MONDAY....It’s interesting though, they probably have sent me 6 or 7 emails this week asking to post β€œpositive” reviews of living here for 1000 points and other perks, somehow they can send those promptly. If you are considering moving here please disregard any reviews that were made in the last month because it’s due to a promotion not because it’s the truth.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT RENT HERE, THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FOREIGNERS, PEOPLE ON FIXED INCOMES, AND YOUNG PEOPLE. IT IS DESPICABLE TO SEE A PLACE DO THAT TO RESIDENTS AND HONESTLY HURTS MY HEART.

Update- They’re trying to fine people for trash, but for some reason the crew leaves their own trash around daily. It be there for days even weeks at a time.I’ve lived here about 3 years not many problems besides maintenance taking awhile to answer. I’ve let a lot go especially since the fire burned a building down. Now it’s getting ridiculous, this year I guess new management is trying to fix a lot and it’s to much to handle as well as going about it the wrong way. There issues depend on what side you stay on and the front office is still a little rude and definitely off putting. Yeah for some reason trash is an issue when it’s not them making it and leaving by your door. I let it go cause they are fixing across way, but they wanted to fine me for leaving something in trash can that no one was ever told not to use. I wanted proof of this so called incident, I was told about leaving dog droppings but I was told of the incident later verbally. I fixed the issue but this fine came later and they used that as excuse which still is bad cause really no proof. They finally told me they found a letter from the mail within the trash. I guess they realized it was ridiculous to fine someone for that. Instead they raised the issue of the dog not being in my lease. The story sounds hypocritical, yet there’s people here who leaves the poop of a Great Dane and a guy with an aggressive pit, so I’m still very frustrated by this happening. On top of me not getting my maintenance requests done. It’s been about a year, so I just let it go and the other one I got a complete request email for a job never done.

When I was resident of hub, I had referred two of my friends for housing. My those two friends signed the leased and moved in to hub. Due to my own personal reason, I had to moved out from the hub. When I asked for the referral bonus, they simply declined to give me the referral bonus. They cant even stand on their own offers, I wonder how will they treat to their resident under the managerial of Emily, Current hub manger. I think I had made a bad choice referring my friends to live in hub. They also expressed the same. Someone bad expression might be lesson for new one.

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and I would not recommend anyone move here. As a former tenant AND employee, they will take forever fixing your unit issues and when you move out they will charge you for damages that maintenance created. (Maintenance broke my door frame and they billed me $700 for damages) I was signed to a unit last summer and upon move in, the apartment was in deplorable conditions! So I requested to move to a clean unit. It took 2 weeks for my new unit to be ready for move in and when I moved into the new unit it was just barely habitable for me. So I didn’t even have closet doors, paint on top of paint and the floors and the doors.... well everywhere honestly (I was also charged for that upon move out when my contract ended this month). Also, when I moved in they had furniture in my second unit but not my first unit but claimed I asked for furniture. I did not. The furniture they will give you will be cheap and raggedy. My roommate and I moved all the furniture into the β€œdining room” when we moved in and told them to come pick it up (they came and removed it in February when another roommate moved in). I never used the furniture because I never needed the furniture. I was billed $1,200 for this furniture that I never used or wanted!!! First of all, nothing in these units are worth this kind of money. Stephanie β€œthe account” will laugh and try to β€œRUIN YOUR CREDIT” so beware of her. They will pair you with a roommate that doesn’t match with your living styles or personality and when you guys don’t get along they won’t allow you to pay for a transfer because β€œthey don’t feel like flipping another unit for you”. Just don’t move here. My credit and mental health will never be the same because I decided to move to The Hub from Texas. You will call and get no answer, and I’m sure at the bottom of this review they will tell me to call or email so people will think they solve problems but they don’t. How are they still even in business? Sick. Just sick.

This is one of the most poorly managed apartment complex. They are slow to fix issues, and have a carefree mentality about their residents. There are rats, roaches, mold, that have been reported to the leasing office and nothing has been done to address the issue. My friend has been living there for the past 3 years and her life has been a living hell dealing with them. They also send the lease way in advance as a means to trap people knowing well they will increase the rent regardless. The mold in the apartment is so bad, it has started to move from the walls, to the furnitures as well as the food inside the house. The best option at the moment is to move away and break the lease or get a lawyer and publish the photos to the media for their reluctance in tackling the problem.

Months of dealing with issues like a garbage disposal that was so clogged up water wouldnt even drain out of the sink and not being able to use the dishwasher as well as no smoke alarm in the building. Top that off with at the very least questionable characters hanging around at corners inside the complex if you know what I mean and he was thrilled to get offered a job he couldnt turn down. Then after he offered to just pay out his contract so he could leave and go take his job they still gave him a hard time and were rude to him. There isnt any short list this complex should be on if youre considering an apartment

From there IVE gained a higher level of respect for her.. The convenience was amazing because you have WAL MART looking at you when you step out house. There was somewhat of family bond there, meant a lot because I dont have family here..I must say I will miss this place and my neighbors... :-(

The hub has lost its original values and its reflecting the building and the integrity of its establishment. It once was a highlighted area that would rent to students and kept that true but recently it started renting to non students so thats caused shady character to highlight in this location. For cheap student living I would recommend but if you could get a few dollars more Id recommend other areas.

This is the most terrible experience I have had with an apartment management in the US!!! I and my roomies signed up for a lease on 24th. We tried moving in on 27th and there was toilet water on every floor. We asked them to fix it and they just dried up the water and the place smelled so bad with cockraches and all. They said they would clean. Today is 30th, they havent done anything and we are still yet to move in!!!. Terrible nobody should consider coming here

Zero stars. Moved in three days ago. Apartment wasnt ready by move-in date. Took an hour to get the key because the leasing agent was too busy playing around. Wasnt allowed to see the apartment even though it was ready for move in. Apartment wasnt clean at all. AC unit is leaking all over the floor. Received a new lease agreement two days after moving in with a hidden price increase and a stipulation to allow for room sharing in a one bedroom. Was charged for three days during the time it wasnt actually ready. Conveniently, the office has been closed for two days due to a team meeting. Worst experience ever!!!!Addendum: Apartment was infested with fleas. I refused to sign the new lease agreement, seizing the opportunity to leave. I was threatened by the apartment manager...if I didnt leave by the end of the day (which I had already paid rent for), that he would lock me out and I would lose everything I own (totally illegal). He freaked out when he thought I was recording the conversation. Such a joke. I got out. Spare yourself!

In my experience you get what you paid for. Personally, my car was broken into. The leasing office is also aware of this because I called to inform them and my purse was turned into the office after being stolen from my car. When I filed my police report, the police officer said that in the one night there was also 8 other car break ins reported within the complex property limits. That being said, it’s not gated and there is no working security cameras, which was disclosed when I signed my lease. Maintenance doesn’t complete work orders in a timely manner but maybe my specific problems haven’t been the most important. Floor plan and square footage is good. Staff is always friendly and r respectful but never really helpful. Most of the time I deal with an off site leasing office when I call. They don’t answer the phones in the actual leasing office. I won’t be renewing my lease but my roommates are satisfied and are renewing theirs. If I could break my lease now for safety purposes, I would.

Probably the worst place in Baton Rouge to live, they lied to us multiple times. (We signed a lease for a three bed, two bath renovated) and they called us and said that our lease had been lost and the best they could do was a 4 bed, two bath, and lock one of the doors. That was fine and cool, until we saw the apartment. Trashed. Dirty socks in the floor, a horrible odor coming from behind the bar, huge chunks of drywall in our bathtub, sinks werent finished, and the place was just filthy. The outside wasnt much better. Right behind a burned down set of buildings, how nice right? Dumpsters overflowing with trash, grass not cut, moss growing on the side of buildings, sketchy all around. If they cant take care of themselves how could they take care of a customer, they cant. Awful reception. The office people were rude and almost always unresponsive. They never answered one of our questions.

The complex itself is great however the staff and poor management make the living experience so uncomfortable that I would label it the worst complex ever. They treat the residents as if we are begging them to stay here. They do not give us an opportunity to make our voices heard. In this day and age they make our 1st amendment right non existent. This is not just a feeling shared by myself, many other students feel the same way. Nothing at all is expressed or communicated clearly! It is amazing that this is a service we pay for, we are paying for a service to be mistreated and made to feel like scum. The first opportunity I am given I will take the trouble to move. All maintenance and simple issues take forever to be addressed they act as though we are the ones with attitudes and poor customer service skills set. The facial expressions alone make you feel unwelcome and unwanted! This is the same day after day. I am only rating this at such a high rating because there is not a rating of negative.

This apartment complex is horrible. I would never recommend this to anyone. They changed my lease the day before move in because they had just learned in was, not suitable to be lived in. They checked it they day before move in and not anytime sooner. Upon moving in, there was trash, the carpet was disgusting, many light plugs did not work, a water leak in the electrical, and evidence of drug use. The staff here will do absolutely nothing to resolve your issues. The AC went out during 90 degree weather and it took the staff nine days to provide any solution. Another point is they will offer flashy promotional deals with gift cards, however they will never provide these things. This is the lowest rated apartment complex for a reason. They practice horrible management, communication skills, and safety of environment. The staff will respond to this review faster than they will any issue the residents have.

TRUST YOUR FIRST INSTINCT!When I came to tour the property for the first time, the woman that gave me the tour could not answer half of the questions I had. The second time I came, which was a month later, there was a change in management. Someone else gave me a better tour and was able to provide me with more information. I decided to lease a room at this property because the first place I was initially going to sign with became full, so The Hub had the besr value at the time ($375 for furniture and everything except electricity). However, when I came to sign there was a third change in management (from what I was told). I was supposed to be waived for the application fee, but in the long run something did not go right and when I tried to talk to one of the people in the office (Morgan), he kept cutting me off instead of trying to help me understand where the extra charges came from. First off, I suggest that nobody do an individual lease or rent a room with random people. The roommates I had were not the cleanest people (there was food on the stove that been there for weeks fruit flies was a problem). When you walk in the hallway there would be water coming up from the floorboards. Part of the bathroom ceiling was leaking and eventually fell in. Maintenance never came to fix it until 2 days after it fell in. After it was fixed they came back to do the finishing touches but he said it was still leaking and before I moved out it was beginning to bubble up again. The bedroom furniture was nice, but the living room furniture (which I didnt get until a month later) had several scratches. I liked the size of the apartment, but the environment was sometimes a hassle. There was always trash and things like broken glass or flower pots on the walk way that were never picked up by maintenance. There were 3 robberies that I was informed of from fellow tenants, and there were people always arguing or fighting at night. I gave a review of 2 stars because the overall condition of the apartment was terrible and old.

Update 11/09/17The phone number provided in response from Owner went to voicemail. I am having further issues I need addressed by HUB at Baton Rouge. They continue to avoid helping me as best they can. Employees at office are very dismissive over the phone and in person. When I try to speak with them I can tell that all they are thinking about is how they can avoid helping me and get me to leave them alone. This is not just one employee. This seems to be the general culture of the company. Beware of Hub at Baton Rouge.Update 10/16/17I have had many problems since my last review. I see now why people say this place is not safe. I am changing my star rating from a 4 to a 1. We have had problems with safety at this apartment. This is not a safe place to live. Also, under closer inspection of the lease I have learned that it is not a lease anyone should want to sign. If you do plan on living here I highly recommend having a lawyer read and advise you before signing a lease here.May 2017:I have had a pretty good time here. I havent really experienced any serious problems. The toilet could use maintenance. Other then that it has been fine.I was scared to move here because I heard bad things about this place. I heard it was not safe living here. Its not so bad.The new management seems more professional.I did have one serious problem where the air conditioner leaked a lot and it took a long time for someone to fix it. I think that was under the old management though.About a month ago my neighbors water pipe broke and it leaked water in my apartment. Someone came and cleaned it up pretty quickly.

The apartments are kind of dingy but that’s to be expected since they were built in the 70s. The office workers are nice they know me pretty well because I’m always complaining about things. Maintenance isn’t too bad they just may take awhile to fix things if they aren’t an emergency. I would expect things to get fixed in about a week after you put in a work order if it’s not an emergency. Sewage actually came up in my bathtubs but they immediately got that fixed and had cleaning ladies come out to clean my house for me. I haven’t had any problems with it since and the property manager actually gave me the choice of staying there or moving out to another apartment. I chose not too but I’m glad I had the choice. Melissa I think her name is she works in the office, she’s super nice and one of the most helpful in my opinion. I end up calling and asking questions and we end up talking a bit. She immediately gets things done too which is great. So shout out for her. Also a few months ago I cut open my hand and had no idea what to do and went to the office panicking. One of the office workers took me to the bathroom with a first aid kit and put on gloves and helped me clean it. I had to go to the urgent care clinic to get stiches after I left but I’m glad someone was level headed enough to help stop the bleeding and get it bandaged before I headed to the doctor. Also they have most definitely improved since I’ve moved in. Things get fixed much quicker among other things.

This company allowed a predatory towing company to extort $10,000 in one night from their hardworking residents. Dozens of tenants had boots put on their vehicles, preventing them from going to work and creating many other hardships. The residents have also lost their piece of mind knowing that their modes of transportation can be immobilized while they sleep in poorly maintained units, rendering them unable to work and earn the money they need to pay for their homes and vehicles. When confronted about this inexcusable behavior, The Hub responds with a condescending screed, offering no apology. Avoid this place.

And Im also going to be living there! So we moved in, and our apartment had not been walked through by the office or maintenance AT ALL, so the paint was messed up, carpet was nasty, the stair rails were loose, and there was dead bugs in the light bowl of the ceiling fan. A few months later, we were told by the exterminator that we had a roach infestation!!! Thats when I met Kelly Page and her team. They got us into a new apartment as fast as they could. 1. When came to check this apartment to lease, they offered us no rent for one month and next month you get $500 gift card. Olivia helped us, she was so nice and helpful.2. After signing the lease, they gave the flat which was uncleaned after the previous tenants moved out. When we asked to change the apartment or clean it. All the staff were upset with us. So I had to approach the Manager. She asked me to clean it by myself. She said β€œwhen I moved into my flat, I have cleaned my apartment as it was dirty, you clean it if you don’t like the way it is. If I can do it, you can also do it”. After a 2-3 days fight, they changed the flat.3. As offered, they didn’t apply the first month no rent offer to us, saying that it applied only for month of August and we moved in September. And gave the 500$ gift card as it was showing up in the leasing document( because they didn’t have an option).4. the staircase has a sharp edge and I asked them to fix it as someone may get hurt. They refused to do that.5. Whenever we use the sink in the kitchen, water goes into the dishwater. Makes all the dishes dirty again and gives a foul smell in the whole flat. When ever we added a complaint online, they cancelled it. Manager asked us not to use the sink at all. And again after a month’s fight for it, maintenance guys fixed it.6. We still don’t have locks for the restroom and bedrooms. That was so awkward, when we complained about this. They say that is the way it will be in all the flats. What if someone wants to use the restroom when already one is using it??? They have no answer. THEY DIDNT FIX THE LOCKS YET.7. These are just samples, I don’t want to describe everything here.8. I haven’t seen any unfriendly staff like here before. Whenever I get a email to pick up my packages. I have to go to the leasing office. And the staff will be ready to say β€œit’s not here”. I’ll ask them to search for it and will go back next day. They will have it now. It’s not a problem, they might have misplaced it. But this happens to me each single time. And when ever I go to pick up something, don’t know what is the issue with them, they always speak so rude.9. I thought they always behave like that but NO”. They are good to Americans. They don’t want to be nice to international people. But they rent them to everyone as they have to fill up all the flats (reach the target!!). So all my international friends, think before deciding to stay here. I have taken a wrong decision, you guys don’t do the same.

The Hub is absolutely the worst in every aspect. The office does not care to assist nor resolve the issues residents present about the units. Maintenance took months, not weeks but months, to fix the dishwasher after multiple service requests were placed. On multiple occasions the police were called on the property for various crime issues. Rent has gone up without any improvements being made to the apartment, and there was no justification for it. I’ve never been so happy to move due to the horrible experience I’ve endured at this apartment complex.

Let me tell you a story. Of four young lads who needed a place to live. With nowhere else to go, we chose HELL. How should I begin? We can start with the day we moved in. Its the middle of the summer, and already our apartment is 85 degrees. We should have turned around and never looked back. We finally finish moving our things in, and noticed a fire truck outside. The dumpster is literally on fire. I like to think this was a sign from a previous resident warning us of what this place actually is. A literal dumpster fire. This day would go on to be the best experience weve had at this place. I wish I could continue, but it is currently 95 degrees in my apartment, and I may not make it through the night. There is no guarantee that the power will even be on in the morning. If only maintenance came to fix my problems 3 months ago when I asked them to. IM STILL WAITING! This is my final message. Good luck and God speed!.......
