Dillon and Mikael were professional and our couch has never looked better! They arrived promptly and got straight to the job. I asked about other services and Dillon was very knowledgeable on all the services Stanley Steemer has to offer. Would definitely use them again.

The guys came out to check my ducts for mold. They contacted me before they came. Came early and was very professional and courteous. They did a thorough check and the service was free. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer.

They did a great job but I specifically want to shine the light on one of the workers that came, his name was Brandon B. I had a room with accidents from my dog that had sat there for a little, my A/C doesn’t work either. So it was a hot and smelly room but they did the absolute best they could and both rooms look great! I had no water or A/C to offer and felt terribly bad because he worked so hard. I was able to leave a nice tip and I hope the manager sees this and gives him a raise or extra $$$! Thank you for the hard work!!

The young men who came to the house were very respectful of my home and my schedule. They were knowledgeable, professional and very personable! I have a bad knee and cant move and lift things right now, but before I could tell them that they were asking (very politely might I add) if they could move my belongings for me. They were complete gentlemen. On top of that, they were at my house within 2 hours of scheduling the appointment!! I didnt have to wait a week to have clean carpets like other places, and they were extremely thorough. Well done guys! Will definitely use these services again!

Called Stanley Steemer in the a.m. on 2/1/21 and within 2 hours they were there to perform the service. Introduced themselves, reviewed the job. Restated the estimate quoted by company, offered additional services and immediately began work. Very conscious of Covid protocols. Work performed in a concise amount of time. Clean up good.

The service was wonderful and prompt. In and out in 45 minutes and my tile and grout sparkled. Highly recommend these guys and this no nonsense company. Very responsive and easily changed my appointment twice when life threw curve balls.

It was done so quickly. My time is very valuable so it was worth it. It would have taken me several hours to do 2 rooms. They did both rooms under an hour and one of them has bad spots. I also love the lifetime floor mats that they sell.

Grant and Austin cleaned my tile & grout a few months ago, they did an EXCELLENT job!! My kitchen tile still looks amazing after a few months! Great service, very pleased and will use again next time. Brad did the whole job by himself and I was very happy with the results.

Disappoined. Carpets did look better when they finished and do seem to be cleaner, however they did the three bedrooms so quickly that I felt as though they were just rushing through it. A couple of stains that they said they could not get out, I got out a couple of days later with my Bissell steam cleaner. Also they asked me three times if I wanted their Sanitizer put down for an extra fee. I kept telling them no, but they kept asking and lowering the price. I felt pressured.

I had Stanley steamer (Austin)come out to clean 3 area rugs . They then told me that they had to take them away to clean them and returned them a week later . Once the rug was was unrolled to be placed there was sand that came out all on the floor . I was charged for the front and back of the rugs being cleaned which the rugs did not smell clean at all. The back of the rugs were still dirty so I’m not sure of what they charged me of. I’m very dissatisfied and to think we paid almost $600 for the service . Wasn’t worth the money that we paid

I had the tile floors in my bathrooms cleaned. My main concern was the grout. It looks better, but not as good as I had hoped. Employees were friendly and punctual.

Carpet is not cleaned in all areas, seems as if the job was rushed. Waited 24 hours to see if I would see a difference but unfortunately the job was horrible. Bleach stains in certain areas, carpet is 3 different colors. Carpet didnt regain fluffiness like before the service.

The guys showed up bright and early, set up and got to work. They worked continuously to the finish. Carpets look much better. They cleaned up and did not leave a trace that they had been there.

Daryl came to my sister’s home about a week or two ago and he was superb! Daryl introduced himself to us and he had wonderful teeth might I add! He was very knowledgeable and gave great answers to any questions we had. Daryl even moved all my sister’s furniture and his exact words were, “ you guys can sit back, relax and don’t lift a finger!” When he was finished with each room, he called us in to take a look at the difference and we were amazed!
