Its ok if you talk to one woman I cant remember her name maybe Jennifer. Oh well. The last two times I was there it was fine. But a couple years back I was mad because they lost my application for insurance 3 times. But every since that has happened they have been so great to me. They do help alot of people and I understand there are alot of people in and outThey have a tough job. Especially since covid happened. Be nice unless they are just snooty. Lol

Keeps me eating but dont help much with medicine or paying medical bills

This place like any other DHS, I’m sure, is the epitome of rude workers. They not only go out of their way to be super rude only to joke around in broken Spanish while talking to some Mexican folks about vacations spots. Mind you she spoke very horrible Spanish and the people couldn’t understand her other than some of her English. Smile a while. It won’t hurt to be nice either.

Front desk workers are friendly, but inefficient. My paperwork was not scanned into the computer and they apparently do not keep the paper copies. Records apparently show that they sent me 3 notices to fill out something that I had already filled out and turned in, which cant be correct because I was waiting for a notice from them that never came. Because of this, things were canceled and I have to start all over and do my paperwork all over again. Make sure you keep copies of EVERYTHING, even paperwork you have to turn into them, and get the names of who you turn it in to and the date you turn it in.

They were very helpful and it was fast I didnt have to sit very long

The office its self is clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

The guy up front was nice and the place was clean.

Considering I was 9th in line with only one clerk and was there less than half an hour, nice job.
