Have to put a star just to write a review. Terrible employees, when you ask to see a family member. It should be enjoyable time, (not a burden). That you have to ask and care for the clients you watch over. That was disrespectful to the family that come to visit their family member that is one of your clients. When a family member tries to visit, and they dont want a not to see them at that time...you dont tell the family member I quote (THEY DONT WANT TO SEE YOU!)... as employee not say anything else. As an employee you didnt even say. Try again next time or try to call. You completely denied a family member to see there family for future comings. Disregard the fact that you are a mental health facility to help clients and fix your damn building, and smoking of employees should be off facilities property not on the dang property.
