Bought a brand new 2750E tractor from Herman back mid 2020. He was fantastic. But since then my tractor has been worked on 3 different times. This last time Jordan in the service department instructed me in “top off” my hydraulic fluid with a TSC branded because he thought it was low due to the frontend loader not raising all the way up. After a long story of being told the wrong things to do multiple times, I contacted Bill the owner and voiced my concerns with his service department. instructing me to use incorrect fluid types etc and now having to foot the bill for the service work. I would NOT buy from this facility. All I asked was to treat me right after being told to do the wrong thing etc. So on that note. Bill will not work with you and hung up on me when I told him that I was going to leave this review. There are many more dealerships that will go above and beyond for there customers, this dealership is not one of those. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM BILL AT GRASSROOTS
