When we joined last year, we had lots of ideas of trips we could do, but the one the kids really wanted to do, Disney! We did Disney when they were young but they wanted to go back for the longest time. Booking this was as simple as 1 call! The resort was beautiful. The room was perfect. The kids enjoyed the entire time, and going in February was by far the best yet, it was pretty empty and we never had to stand in long lines for the rides. Thanks Grand Resort Travel for helping us to make more memories with my family. Tanya

This company should be ashamed of itself. Do not believe all the fake reviews claiming they are good, it is terrible! You will save no money by using this company. Admission price is $10,000 to just join and it’s not worth it! Don’t be swindled into making a purchasing decision! The owner will sit you down and say this is a one time offer and pressure you to buy it - Don’t! He wants you to buy it then because he doesn’t want you to do any online research. I am hoping that this is a good warning for people looking into this company. Help spread the word! If any of your loved ones or family is thinking about going with us travel company, steer them away! There are plenty of other great options out there that are not scams.

Oh my goodness!!! I cannot explain how amazing our trip was. My friend is a Disney Snob (yes, she deserves that title to be capitalized). My friend and her family joined my husband and I on our vacation, they were so impressed with the condo being a Disney Good Neighbor... this is a huge deal to a Disney Snob. My experience with booking was handled so effortlessly, it was a breeze! The customer service is top notch! Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and appeared to genuinely enjoy their job. I had some silly questions that were answered without delay. The resort was beautiful and very close to Disney and Universal. We are so pleased with our experience; we cannot wait until our next trip! HUGE SHOUT OUT to Cindy Cathcart in Asheville for making our adventure the best it could be and answering all my last minute questions!

Their whole business is a scam, they are unresponsive and take advantage of older people. They will charge is 17.9% interest rate, and start the pricing at $10,000. During the negotiations able try to make you feel like you’re getting a good deal when you tell them the price is too high. They will go down to $5000, then eventually $2500. But if you’re an older person and think you’re getting a good deal at $10,000 they will sign you up for a loan and then you’ll be stuck with a 17.9 interest rate on $10,000 - all while being stuck with a company that provides poor service. Do not work with this company! Seriously, stay away! They do business in South Carolina mainly because they have less restrictions for businesses. They have multiple lawsuits against them and hopefully will not be around much longer.

Absolutely stay away! I wish I could give negative stars. We were approached by Grand Discovery Vacation. The sales consultant who did the presentation was Chris and he was absolutely disrespectful to me and my fiancé. We kindly turned the service down and he threw a piece of paper at us on the table and said “Fine, you are not allowed this building ever again.” Mind you we were legitimately thinking about doing it; just not right then and there because of other financial reasons. After his reaction would you want to do business with them? I would hope not, because we most definitely will not be and I’m happy he chose to show the true colors in representation of the company. Should have been more of a red flag when he said the presentation “I don’t care what other bills you have.” We are absolutely amazed at how disrespectful he was to us and how he handled the whole situation. Please stay away from them.

I have not been able to use this service at all. No availability, even months out, for cities I was told would be available like Charleston, SC. I asked the agents to look into nearby cities and the price for a week in Myrtle Beach was 3 x higher than Could be purchased on the economy. I would really like my money back as I feel this is a huge scam.

We have been members for 5 plus years. We are extremely pleased with the services we purchased. We just returned from a week long stay at Wyndam Bonnet Creek in Florida. We listened closely to the sales pitch and were aware that sometimes the prices fluctuated. We have been able to take advantage of the hot weeks a couple of times; the condo locations were perfect for our plans. Love Grand Resort Travel!

Grand Resort Travel membership is excellent!!! We were sceptical at first but we listened intently to their presentation and were compelled by the honestly and compassion of Jessica the presenter. Several times during the presentation she offered us water and snacks. What surprized me was the fact that she believed in their product completely by her body language. She was not pushy at all.We have a timeshare and have been through manipulative sales presentations in the past. Also, my training as a former FM and Safety Officer indicated that she was not lying. We were treated very fairly and not pushed into the membership. The owners son, Brennan, actually told us that if we were not comfortable with our decision we could back out. This was a great contrast to the way we have been treated by our timeshare company. This is a family run business that is totally legit. We ended up getting out of our timeshare maintenance fees and into wonderful opportunities for vacations.Upon my first interaction with Lisa, one of their Customer Relations Representatives, I knew that we made a great decision. We have been planning a vacation to Disney and are going to pay less than a third of what we were going to pay. Her customer service is excellent!!! Just took my family to Davenport Florida for family vacation. We used a gold week, we been planning to go since January. The resort had a restaurant, bar, pool tables, game room, volley ball, tennis court, pools, beach, fishing dock, spa, hot tubs, fitness center, and etc. With the 7 day 120 a night condo villa. My family and I was able to enjoy other attractions in Florida. Disneyworld, Sea world, and Skydive downtown Orlando. Best vacation ever thanks GRT!

Thank you Kristie and the the girls in the office for putting up with me while i helped my daughter book her honeymoon. She just returned from Punta Cana Dominican Republic and she is happy with the whole trip. She and her husband said it was truly an experience she had dreamed of as a little girl! We spent a week in Kissimmee FloridaWe had a 3 bedroom house at Royal palm bay. It was an amazing place felt like we were at home. Was close to everything. I appreciate Kristie who is always going above and beyond to get the best for your budget.

Bait and switch. They will show you very nice places with pools, beach views, hot tubs, then they will put you in the place behind it and tell you that you can walk to these amenities. Pay in full, no refunds, then give you half of what you were promised.

My husband and I joined last summer and have not been able to use this service. It seems there is never any availability. In addition, it feels like we have to reach out to customer service to get updates on our searches instead of them proactively contacting us. It feels like we are bothering the rep! If the rep reached out with a courtesy call, at least it would feel like were actually getting the service we paid for. So far we are very disappointed with this purchase!! This is NOT what we felt we were purchasing.

We are going to be suing this company if you would like to be apart of it! Please contact me! We purchased this over a year ago and was lied to up one side and down the other. We have been on 4 vacations since we bought it and have not been able to use it once. My husband works Wednesday - Wednesday and most of their weeks are Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat and Sun-Sun. We were told that yes they could work with that. When we call to see about using our package they say they cannot accommodate Wed-Wed that we would have to get a hotel on Friday and just waste the other days or we could let someone else stay at our hotel during those days! I have also called and was going to waste days when we went to Branson. After I showed interest in going to Branson with the hot week I was told it was no longer available. I was then actually able to call and stay at the hotel I had requested for cheaper than they were advertising!

I havent received options yet from GRT! I was told to call into their office when their own protocols to email out options. When I asked GRT to present the package to the Arkansas attorney generals office they refused. We all know it doesnt exist and I have phone recordings stating they would never be able to get me a Thursday check in, and I have a police report where they state I was told that before closing in the presentation. You are caught now! =) every one who does innocent people wrong gets their due. Ask Bernie Madoff!

We didnt fall for the vacation scam as the salesman could not answer our questions. The gifts for coming in to listen are rip-offs. The $100 restaurant voucher is a coupon book! The free hotel stay included you paying all fees and outrageous marketing fees!

I joined this company from their Garner NC preview center June 28th after being advised that a week anywhere would cost $550 plus a $25 booking fee along with an annual fee of $159 only to be paid if you use their service within that year. I would call into customer service and make my request they would email me to confirm, then they would send me my options. I called, they emailed me, I confirmed my request asked them to proceed, and hadnt received any information since. I recieved a call at some point from a woman named Lisa who informed me they were working on my request yet I hadnt received any offer thru email as the sales office said I would. I emailed Christy, and asked since it has only been 3,5, or 10 business days since I signed this contract (due to the billing and the 4th of July holiday) with their company if I could get a full refund and advised her of the information I had found out this morning July 10th regarding ADA rooms and resort/hotel policies, Christy informed me no, I only had 3 days to cancel my contract with their company. I asked her where that paper was since I had all of my paperwork in my folder in front of me and I had been looking for their cancellation policy. I asked who I needed to speak with to get all of my money back and get out of their program, I informed her of the information regarding resorts and hotels letting her know that my handicapped daughter had to have a roll in shower also letting her know I just found out that no reservation service could guarantee my daughter the handicapped room that we would get only the resort/hotel is able to do that and you have to be on their property ready to check in before they informed you of the type of ADA room you would get. Christy stated No since I joined their program and paid the initial $3245 on June 28th I couldnt get a refund told me she was emailing with her supervisor and would transfer me to him. Christy transferred me to the actual owner of the company. When speaking with Marvin I asked him for a refund letting him know that I had found out earlier that morning there were 3 types of ADA rooms for handicapped people and only the resort/hotel could guarantee me the type of room I would receive and only once I arrived on their property would they be able to do that. I advised him my daughter has a roll in shower chair and had a complete spinal fusion and could not use just any handicapped shower. He told informed me my issue was truly me trying to get the date of 12.26.19 since it is a Thursday. He stated since I owned a timeshare that i should know I could only go from Friday til Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Which is super NOT the case. Marvin also proceeded to tell me that he had in front of him the right of cancellation policy that I signed which seems to be the only missing from my book piece of paper! Stating I only had 3 days to be entitled to a full refund. Its only been 3 business days since I was charged $159. Also, this company told me I would have to wait to do anything due to the July 4th holiday. I plan to go back to the Garner location and ask for a refund in full and file a police report along with a ncdoj complaint and will hire a lawyer to take them to court to recieve my monies back along with contacting the Federal level of ADA association to protect the rights of my handicapped daughter. Which all of this could have been avoided with them refunding my money. After speaking with Marvin and being denied a refund you can clearly see what you are promised in the sales office before you speak with his son at the end, is most likely all untruths and their company is not legitimate. =( very sad this man would try to put a single mom with a handicapped daughter is this situation. Wish me luck!

We purchased our membership nov.2017.....we have attempted to use it 3 times bit have been greatly disappointed every time. We have school age children and travel during school breaks...we were told that would not affect our benefits. We attempted to book a cruise with cruzgrt. Part of the package their prices were the same if not higher through priceline. We tried a beach vacation for spring break for 5days...the options were all over $1100 And were older facilities....we asked to cancel our membership and told we passed our cancellation phase then told there are no cancellations or refunds after singing. This has been a waste of time and money that our family of 4 will never reap any benefits. Thoroughly dissatisfied

We purchased and unlimited week program in 2016 with the promise of being able to go almost anywhere for life. There is also once a year charge for maintenance fees. We have not been able to book any vacations with them . The prices for their so called hot weeks is a scam. When you try to book something, the website does not work, you have to speak with the ladies in UT or AR and normally you end not booking because there are hidden fees or they cannot get the days you want. We just recently try to book a hotel in Puerto Rico and for some reason the price is more expensive that if you book through one of the main hotels websites. When you call to ask why are the fees and taxes $500 for a $52 a night hotel, they say they will check and call back and then they do not call back. After 10 days I called back and they say they will get back to you. Nothing gets done.If you want to waste your money ..., this is a good way of doing it.
