I have used Southern tire Mart in Batesville for at least the last three years. I was stranded yesterday and gave them a call. Within 30 minutes they had someone out to help me. They have always treated me like a number one customer even though I try to buy the cheapest tires possible. They genuinely care about customer service.

Always easy to work with and willing to work with my schedule. In and out quickly and prices are always good. Call them and they will hook you up.

Love this place they do tires, oil,brakes. I have to tell you about I was waiting on tires I am setting there a man from the back and was taking to another customer I couldnt help over hearing. The customer was told by the new car dealer where he purchased his car new, that he needed brakes well he always uses Southern Tire Mart so he took the car there long story short they took all the tires off and the pad with the least was 60% he said Ill change them if you want.. I wrote all of that to say they believe in taking care of you not just taking your money

They always give the best service and get things fixed asap. Recently went in at 4:15 with a huge hole in a tire they got me fixed up and finished by 5 . I wont buy tires anywhere else.

Tires were poor quality, I asked that hazard be put on them. When I went to replace a tire they told us we had no hazard warranty. We will never got back nor will we refer to our friends and family. We will take our business to Kents. Customer service sucked as wells.

My brother uses southern tire Mart and has for years in Searcy Arkansas my vehicle broke down and I had to use the lot for a week to park my truck and when I went back to get the truck they sent a forklift out to help us get my truck loaded on the trailer. They will have my tire business for all my vehicles from now on. I highly recommend it

I went there , after going to the local dealer with tires on a new vehicle that were 26,000 miles and worn out, Brad there was very helpful. He suggested calling Michelin. He actually did it for me. Michelin was very good to help with the situation. Brad carried me through this experience by going above and beyond !! Thank you !!

Some of the best customer service I’ve had in any field. My wife had a blow out while I was out of town. The first place I called acted like it was an act of Congress to change a tire for her. But when I called Souther Tire from the moment they answered the phone they were wanting to help. Before they even found a used tire they had someone on the way to remove the blowout. They were incredibly easy to work with, polite, and very affordable. We’ll definitely buy our next set of tires from them just due to the customer service alone. Keep up the good work!

These guys are awesome. I drive a dump truck, so time is money, and they always have me in and out and taken care of before I realize I was even waiting. Plus they have the best prices on truck tires anywhere. I have always put cheap recaps on but here I can afford to put brand new tires on and not break the bank.

Went in for a pug and patch for one of my tires, they said I had to buy a new tire that was 90 dallors, got it changed and drove home and parked it, I came out Sunday morning to a flat tire, the new tire was flat!!

I told them I needed to replace a tire that had a puncture in the outside sidewall and they go on to tell me it’s fine and less than a week later I was on the side of the road. They gave me an alignment though... because i mentioned it also needed that but my main concern were my two front tires especially the one that had sidewall probs. Thanks for all your help guys. The guys at Southern Tire are always fast and efficient. I can always depend on them when we need tires or a battery (that would be my case now). They came to my place of business and put a brand new battery on within an hour from when I called them.

Absolutely hate this place! Went to get alignment, and they stabbed a hole in power steering. No way to prove it was them, but my husband and his father are mechanics and had just done a check up on the whole vehicle. They take advantage of young people and old people and ladies. Be aware!

This is my go to tire store. I have used them for several years now on all our company trucks and trailers. I have only had one issue that made me even consider not giving them a 5 star rating but, they took care of it and thats what makes the difference.

Ive bought every set of tires Ive had the past three years well next time I need some tires Im going some where else. Been trying to get a flat fixed and my tire rotation done because I paid extra money for the warranty to have it done well every time I go up there its 2 hour wait or 3 hour wait well I got 6 kids and one car to get them all around. Try to make an appointment to get it done but no yall dont do appointments. So ill just start using a new tire place from now on and im going tell ppl to do the same
