I appreciate Kents Firestone for their pit stop sales & friendly service. Ive had 3 sets of tire purchases, oil changes, brake service and they referred me to Darrells Foreign Auto repair for an engine gasket once(who did a very good job). You can trust, they help you take care of your automobile, making it affordable and keeping you safe on the road.

The people are friendly enough. I was visiting from out of town and needed new tires. I purchased a complete set from and I purchased road hazard with my set of tires only to find out it is useless at any other Firestone locations. Be sure if you do get road hazard from this location that it’s not the mom and pop cash and stash pocket policy and that you’re covered at all Firestone locations. I’m fortunate that I can afford to put 5 tires on a car, not everyone else is.There will not be a next time at Kents Firestone.

All work was completed in a timely manner, done right the first time. My only opportunity is that unlike other Firestone Businesses I shaved used, they do not provide a Military Discount

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last summer. When I took it home it had a bad shimmy after 60 mph. Put it back in at Kents and asked them to see whats wrong with it. When my husband picked up the car they had replaced 2 of the tires without ever asking our permission. We were forced to pay. The shimmy never stopped. Finally broke down and took it to them again this summer to see if they would fix the alignment they were supposed to have fixed last summer. Now. One year since they replaced 2 tires without permission, they say we need 3 new tires! And they wont do an alignment unless we replace the tires and I caught all kinds of attitude when I explained to him the situation. Go elsewhere. Not an honest business.

Excellent service speedily delivered. The only place I get my car serviced. They diagnosed a problem we didnt even know we had and advised me on which repairs were most critical to complete for road safety. They have coffee and mints for their customers and the children of customers.

As far as service I would say this place is five stars but it also goes with a five-star price tag they are extremely overpriced and expensive but a great staff pretty friendly and great service

Friendly fast service

Kents staff reported that they would not be able to repair a flat tire for me stating that the puncture had cut through the steel of the tire. They would have been more than happy to sell me a new tire, however for $235. I took my flat tire that only had 16,000 miles on it to a tire shop in Melbourne, and for $10 got the hole patched. So far Ive gotten an additional 6,000 miles on that tire. Maybe Kent thinks women are too stupid to know that most punctures go through the steel belt. Or maybe they just dont know how to repair a flat tire. Either way, I wont be going back when I need to replace all 4 tires.

Very rude! They would not do an alignment on my car because I got my tires from some place else that was cheaper. They first said yea they would do it then when i started giving my information to them the guy asked me why I thought I needed an alignment and I said because it shakes and he proceeded to tell me that my tires might be off balance and i said I just got them balanced. He then asked me where so u told him and he asked why they didnt do the alignment and I said they were booked up. He then told me he didnt have time. Will not be doing business with them ever and I suggest no body else does either

I absolutely love this place. My wife and I own a 2009 Chevy Aveo and the first time there was something wrong it we took it to the dealership in which we bought it. There was a massive tear in the radiation hose and it took them over a week to fix it!! Never again! The very next day we took it to Kents Firestone and the problem was replaced in under two hours. (We were not the only customers lol) Since then Kents is the only place in which I will trust the care of our car. The staff is always friendly and courteous ready to help my wife and I in anyway that they can. We will forever be loyal Kents Firestone customers.Thanks Guys for a job well done!!!Danny and Tiffany

I CALLED ABOUT PRICING TIRES FOR MY CAR TODAY, TALKED TO A MAN NAMED BOBBY.HE PRICED ME A NEXEN SIXE 245/50/17, FOR 160.00 EACH. I ASK IF THOSE WERE BUY 3 GET 1 FREE HE SAID NO. HE SAID THE ONES HE COULD GET ARE A BRIDGESTONE BUT THE SIZE WAS DIFFERENT WAS A 235/50/17 HE SAID SKINNIER BUT YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TELL IT. SAID IF HE PUT WRONG SIZE ON CAR LIKE THE BRIDGESTONE HE QOUTED ME, IF SOMETHING HAPPENED I WOULD SUE HIM .I ASKED IF HE COULD BEAT OR MATCH THE 119.00 IN THE NEXEN I HAD GOTTEN A QOUTE ALREADY, BUT HE SAID NO, HE COULD NOT EVEN BUY THEM FOR THAT. THEN HE SAID THANKS FOR CALLING AND HUNG UP ON ME, BEFORE I COULD ASK ABOUT SOME OTHER TIRES. SO VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of place tells a customer to come in at two thirty only to tell you That Id have to sit there in their parking lot until they close or come back the next day? I thought that appointments were made for a reason?

Went down to get prices because tires are so expensive everywhere and the staff made it their mission to help get me some new tires, although the hard didnt pay off, Im still impressed with how attentive and friendly everybody is.

Kind of expensive but great customer service.
