D-Wing Construction replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts after a hail storm. I was initially very nervous that the insurance company wouldnt pay for the complete replacement and that I would be stuck with a huge bill at the end. Christian Martin worked closely with the insurance company through the inspection and quoting process. The insurance company was very happy to deal with Christian and D-Wing. Approvalcame quickly and easily. The roofing materials to be used even exceeded the quality of the original roof. Christian then made sure the whole process from tear off through installation and cleanup went smoothly. He was excellent to deal with. Every single thing he promised he followed through with. The insurance company paid for everything except my deductible! Harry Bellock and the roofing crew worked very efficiently and had excellent attention to detail. They were very careful not to damage any of our landscaping and flowers. Our experience with D-Wing and especially Christian Martin exceeded our expectations! I would gladly work with them again in the future.

We have cedar siding and only need to repair a few boards. Unlike every other company we contacted, they gave us an honest assessment and recommended a handyman complete the work. They could have tried to sell us a full house re-siding, as most other companies have done, but instead listened to our needs and encouraged us to consider other options. Id definitely call them again if we need siding work.

As I drove down Coldspring Road a roofer had shot a huge, roofing nail from a nail gun right into my drivers side tire!Good thing it didnt hit my head or Id be dead. Then OSHA would have cared - company too Ill bet.I contacted the company and they would not take any responsibility.Really all I wanted was a new tire for heavens sake. Needless to say I had to pay to get two NEW TIRES BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOU CANT BUY JUST ONE.As a side note - my husband has been a roofer for over 40 years (owner at one point). I know first hand how much roofing companies make. I didnt think it was a big ask to D-Wing pay for my tires.Stay away - they almost killed me and didnt care.

So we started with a big box store....it didnt go so well. Long story short, Hector was referred to us and ended up being everything we could have asked for! He arrived on time, came prepared, and the price was right on par for the quality of the workmanship. The contractor arrived on time as well and completed the work in a timely manner. In short, everything you could want. Hector was great about reaching out to keep us aware of the status of our door and to schedule the installation. I would use again in a heartbeat and encourage you to do the same.

We met John (D-Wing) at a home show expo a few months ago. We had a unique problem where our ceilings in our bathrooms were moving and creating noticable gaps/cracks and nail popping. We spoke to countless roofers, attic specialists, carpenters, handymen over the last couple of years, none of which knew what the issue could be or how to fix the problem.John and D-Wing came out to our place, inspected the house, reviewed the situation, consulted amongst their own leadership to determine the best course of action to fix our problem. The conclusion was that our house was choking, not having proper inflow or exhausting of air, thus causing the expanding and contracting problems we were seeing.Their professional team installed continuous venting on soffits with baffles for the inflow, and then a combination of ridge and hip vents on the roof to handle the outflow. They went above and beyond to make independent exhausting of bathroom fans out the roof, which previously had both our fans directed to a single roof vent.John and team matched our existing shingles perfectly. They explained in detail how the ridge and hip venting would perform, allowing the home to breathe yet keep out water and unwanted animals. I had the roof on my house replaced by D-Wing a few years ago. Price was good and installation was very good. The new roof has held up really well through all seasons and storms with very heavy winds. The cover on a faux chimney partially detached years later and D-Wing had someone come out and re-attach it at no charge. They do very good work and stand behind it.

Recently, after years of postponing the inevitable, we initiated research and the bid process for replacing our roof. We contacted six different contractors. Based on quality reviews, reputation, years in business, and guarantee, we narrowed the choices to D-Wing, a platinum contractor for Owens-Corning.The main reason for choosing D-Wing was the focus on a factor I had never considered, ventilation. As mentioned by another reviewer, John Esposito, the Sales Representative for D-Wing, was the only contractor to consider the attic and ventilation system. Proper ventilation is essential for reducing energy costs, elimination of attic moisture and contributing to the life and integrity of a roofing system. We also ended up replacing some of our soffits and fascia, which hid rotten wood, a faux chimney which was rusting and damaged gutters. No one provided a more complete explanation on how each element in the roofing system contributes to a quality result.We were amazed by the hard work and professionalism of their work crews. I have a 2 part review...If I could give the laborers 5 stars I would. If I could give a 0 star to the estimator, I would. This is the reason for an average of 3 stars instead of 5. This company did an excellent job on my own home some years back. I contacted them again some years later for an estimate on my parents house. They sent some lying shyster young estimator who insisted on going up in the attic. He came back down with fake photos on his phone of some other house attic showing all this wet, moldy, and rotting wood sheeting. He then said the whole roof would have to come off down to nothing but open air, wood sheeting and all and all would have to be rebuilt again. I had two more estimates done by other reputable companies and they said there was no wood rot or mold anywhere. I contacted and spoke to the owner of D-Wing in person and he said he was not aware of this employees deceptive practices. I never heard back from the owner regarding this lying shyster estimator. Just saying, Buyer Beware, and always get more than one estimate.

They clean up after their work! Most importantly, 5 years after my roof was complete, my chimney leaked around the base. D-Wing came out and caulked around the flashing. It was not even their work, but they fixed it at no charge! Hughs Net changed the position of the roof satellite a few days after my last roof was completed leaving 3 unused brackets on the roof. D-Wing will repair it at no charge! Thanks D-Wing.

Christian Martin and DWing replaced my 22 year old roof, that also had hail damage, last year. They provided first rate/top quality roof shingles and additional inspection services, all coordinated and managed by Christian, that involved bring out addtl roof technicians to inspect the roof from inside the house and the attic. These inspection services were provided at no additional charge. Christian handled the paperwork, made things easy to understand and dealt with the insurance company. Christian thoroughly reviewed and explained the DWing new roof guarantee/warranty which appears to be best of class! I found Christian to be very professional and responsive by returning calls promptly and meeting face to face whenever necessary. Roof replacement on my house was amazing. D-Wing crew arrived at 7:00 am and were all gone be 7:00 pm. The left the yard as clean as when they arrived and the roof was beautiful. Great roofing company! Reasonably priced and came with an experienced crew who quickly and cleanly got the roof on my house finished in less than a day. They honestly said that our plywood underneath was fine and they didnt try to upsell us replacement plywood.And they will strive to keep the customer happy, even years later. I called them again after 2 years because I thought a squirrel had gotten in my attic through the roof. They came out, inspected, and said it was a hole in the soffit in one corner. And even though it wasnt problem with their work, they patched the small hole anyway. So sensational!10 years later and no problems my roof. I highly recommend D-Wing to everyone!

I recently had D-Wing replace all my windows in my town house. The installer, Wojtek did a beautiful job with very little disturbance inside my home. In one day 8 windows were replaced and all the exterior trim work and interior caulking was done. Sales person, Hector Matos also did a great job with the original order and he even came at the end of the installation to make sure the installation went well. I highly recommend D-Wing for window replacement.

D-Wing recently installed new Sunrise windows in our upstairs bedrooms. Over the course of a few months, one of the windows started to leak inside the bedroom. After several inspections, D-Wing made the decision to remove the flashing, siding, and hardware around both windows in the room in question. They went above and beyond to fix the leak, on their dime, including removing/installing siding that they were originally NOT responsible for! Not every install is going to be perfect no matter what contractor you use, but when problems do arise, you hope the installer does whats right for the customer. D-Wing is not perfect but they stepped up to fix my window problem when problems arose. Excellent work and great customer service!!!
