Absolute -0 the guy was sooooo rude I can be a little annoyed at times this guy past me 100% I would never recommend them I was willing to pay it was a present for my mom had to go else where a place in Naperville very customer oriented there.

My mom and I went to Reel Pro Video to convert old family videos. We gave Brian (the owner) dozens of tapes, each with a hand-written note from my grandma. We asked Brian if he could keep the notes and original boxes together, and he said that would be no problem. We were pleased with the actual conversion - however, many of my grandmothers notes were missing when he returned the tapes, as were some of the boxes. Brian misplaced them and was extremely rude and defensive when we asked about it - my grandma has severe dementia and can longer write, but the only response Brian could give was What, is this supposed to ruin my day? It certainly ruined ours. He agreed to mail anything he found, and he did send some back, but ended up sending other customers notes to our house as well.He didnt even apologize, and we spent over $400 at his store.
