We typically go with Enterprise every time that we need to run a car because they are in the area unlike other Rent-A-Car places. Both times that weve rented from Enterprise weve had a good experience. This time when we arrive the car we are supposed to get had a funky odor in it due to old cigarette smoke. My husband asked for another option for car was given one that we would have to pay to upgrade but then another car pulled in and we were able to take that went after it was cleaned. We had a great week with it and staff were hopeful was any questions that we had. Returning it was super easy had no issues definitely recommend Enterprise.

I was referred to Enterprise as an insurance rental because someone rear-ended me. They met me at the body shop and gave me a car, a Nissan Kicks. The brakes on the car were so loud from grinding that the car was undriveable. The brakes rubbed whether I was actually braking or not, but was extremely loud when braking.I called Enterprise and they said theyd hold onto my name and number and call me if they could help me out, but they were sold ou -- or they offered for ME to take the car in to have it fixed (I was renting a car because my own car was in the shop, why would I rent a car, to take theirs into the shop?) No one from the branch ever called me back to offer a solution, so they vehicle stayed parked in my driveway for 4 days until my own car was ready from the shop. I turned the car back in to Enterprise and told them AGAIN about the brakes, they agreed it was not road worthy and should never have been rented. They offered to not charge the insurance company of the person who hit me, as if that helped me in the least?I rented the car from them, filled it with gas and then parked it. Not a very good experience and when given the opportunity to make it good, they basically did nothing. Id definitely seek out other options if I needed to rent a car again.

Went to pick up our reserved vehicle and sat in 4 different vehicles. the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in 3 and the smell of rotting food in the fourth vehical inspired us to look at the Brockport location for a properley cleaned rental.-Do a better job Batavia location. Its highley unlikely we will rent from this location again under the current mgmt.Update- I see no need to be futher burdened by this cust svc matter. Thank you for the prompt response, our business was taken elsewhere.Rental store is in great location, easily accessible.

The Enterprise office that I worked with were very helpful and professional.

Went to the one here in Crossville and they were no help. I had to contact the one in Batavia NY to get any satisfaction.

Had a great rental experience and the Batavia staff were awesome!

Really nice staff. They were very helpful in getting us a reasonably priced rental car. Only advice is to definitely get a quote in person. We were quoted over a grand when we called them and the in person quote and price was only around 500 dollars.

Everybody at Enterprise in Batavia has been very helpful and professional. Have had same vehicle, 2019 Ford F150 crew cab XLT, basically and literally everyday since except for 1 week since the end of January. Myself and my family love it. Very much intend to continue doing business with this Enterprise staff. Great job and thank you.

I have always gone to enterprise if I’ve needed a rental. The vehicles are always super clean and enjoyable to drive! Staff is always courteous and friendly and able to answer any question you throw at them. The deposit is put back in your account fast which is a plus! I highly recommend enterprise !!

Awesome place to rent a car. They were wonderful working with my situation. Will definitely use them again. Staff was courteous and nice.

Walked in and place smelled of something sour. One person working. Three customers ahead of us. Considering she was the only one issuing vehicles I was impressed. Person ahead of us went to inspect their vehicle and they found it dirty. Lucky for them, and me because mine was also dirty, the detailers showed up. I signed up for a mid size SUV, as described by the dealers but was given a small SUV. I was told they dont go by dealers size ratings. I only needed vehicle for less than a week so I took it. When I turned it in I was asked if I was satisfied with the vehicle. I told them no. Too small and very bouncy over bumps so I was given a small discount. Also, lot is unbelievably small so trying to find a parking spot to pick up or drop off a vehicle is extremely difficult. The only highlight was the wonderful personality and helpfulness of the employees.

Great customer service. Everyone was very nice. I was in and out of the facility in about 5 min. Drop off was easy as well. Definitely rent from here again

They were excellent! The assistant manager was very busy, but when I showed up 15 minutes early, he attended to me first and proceeded to get my car ready! I was very impressed and would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone!

Still waiting for the correct SUV. Enterprise claimed all they had were small sedans with 2 SUV sitting on lot.

Never had a problem with them until now. Rented the Premium & Luxury suv, got a full size not what i paid for. Truck was never cleaned from previous rental. Had food all over the back seats. Called customer service about the truck they never returned my phone call.

What a horrible experience... Got a very small car was told it was a full size! Car was junk, dirty. Went to return it, had to wait 15 minutes because of a sign on the door! Then said I would get a receipt got nothing and guy never even looked the vehicle over! What a joke

Hannah was our service person and she was great! Needed a large passenger van for a week as we took our two grand daughters and lots of luggage on vacation.Our vehicle was brand new and luxurious! Hannah had the perfect vehicle and showed us all the features. Returning the vehicle was a breeze.

Always had nice rentals here customer support is superior. My complaint with my last car is it smelled like Marijuana. They had to send the car out for a deep cleaning I guess. Other then that very friendly and nice staff. The will pick you up.

They pick you up and drop you off. Reasonable rates. Driving a new car is always a good thing.

I was in an auto accident recently and my insurance company got me a rental from the Batavia branch and the car rental they gave me wreaks of cigarettes smoke and when I complained they said they would get me into another rental when they had another one available and now it has been a Week and nothing from them yet and when I called their branch today they had me on hold for over 15 minutes and now I have given up and got hung up on! I am very disappointed with their Whole experience and will never get anything from them again nor will I recommend them

Greatly disappointed when I reserved online and was given an amount due at the counter that was a quarter of what they actually wanted when I got there in person. Apparently there is a minimum deposit required by New York State that was not mentioned anywhere in the online process. Had I known I could have planned accordingly. As it was, I cancelled the rental and my plans. This resulted in an opportunity missed and had a profound effect on my family. The one individual I dealt with was gracious and considerate, but I question the quality of the management team.

I reserved a specific type of vehicle and it was not there. I ended up with a pickup truck instead of a luxury SUV! I received no special consideration!

The associates here are helpful and very capable. They make an effort to know what you need so they can best serve you. Plus, they dress professionally, but they dont hesitate to check fluids or stand in the rain while taking care of you. You feel like you come first here.

READ BEFORE GOING HERE. Horrible. Theives SELLING RECALLED CARS. I ALMOST DIED THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF YOU AND LACK OF ANY BUSINESSES ETHICS. THE SEATBELT FAILED,THE BREAKS FAILED, THE STEERING FAILED. I ENDED UP IN A SWAMO UNCONSCIOUS WITH WATER FLOWING IN OVER THE BACK WINDOW. Then FRI/15 went to get a RESERVED CAR just to take hrs of my time to be REALLY RUDE(Its OBVIOUSLY because Im Black) and then say RUDELY we explained all this in the phone, and then come to find out she didnt, and dont know what she was doing. So the NURSING HOME I WORK IS ALREADY UNDERSTAFFED I NEEDED THIS TO GET THEIR EARLIER TO HELP.THANKS FOR NOT CARING FOR ANYONE OR THEIR HEALTH, JUST YOUR POCKETS, and if they DIE IN ONE OF YOUR CARS THEY DIE.

Picked up a rental today, shortly after pulling out but not to my surprise the brakes are less than useful being that the car has 38,000 miles on it. While the car was clean, and the staff was friendly, it strikes me that this enterprise doesnt actually drive the vehicles they are sending customers out in. My concern for the vehicle comes from our work buying enterprise vehicles, and seeing them sell vehicles right before brakes or tires need to be replaced which is probably the case with my rental.

With how stressful the holidays can be, I was grateful to have booked a last minute minivan when our family vehicle had a mechanical error and we werent able to make the trip. Well apparently this location feels that as long as they leave you a message telling you to call back when you can and then tell you sorry no van, good luck that is what customer service is.The manager on duty was so condescending, Well this is a holiday and you had last minute booking. I had to BEG her to check other locations for me. I tried to explain how was one available on the website, but now its not. She explained well there was one and the lady was on her way in who booked over a month ago. I still was confused all the other locations that didnt have a minivan, just didnt have it listed as an option. Why did their website tell me it did and allow me to book a minivan? She kept insisting that she doesnt control the website and their is a delay. However if you had (1) minivan booked over a month ago....WHY DIDNT YOU UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!Im writing a review not just to vent but to be heard at this location. You cannot treat customers the way you treated me today. You showed zero compassion, zero understanding and ZERO accountability. Yes, was I frustrated, yes I did raise my voice, Im sorry. If you wouldve started out the conversation in a different manner I wouldve responded in a different manner.To the store owner, I hope you hear and take this seriously, the store manager whoever her name is needs a serious reminder that she is in SERVICE industry. We SERVE people and if she doesnt understand that she might want to look for a new career path.

I love the batavia location. they are always helpful, clean cars. if i have a coupon for an upgrade never a hesitation to do so. i am up to gold getting ready to be a platinum renter. the prices are very fair compared to other rental companies as well. i use my debit card and its easy peasy. just $300.00 down and the difference is back in my account either that day or the day after when i return the car. There was a slight issue with me renting so every new I solution I had I would call unfortunately it wasnt right but the lady was amazing an super supportive she was willing an very helpful in finding a solution!!!! There was some confusion on my reservation at the corporate level. The Batavia office and the the Depew office worked together to get it sorted out and I had my car when I was ready to leave work. Cant say enough about both of these offices and their staff. Fantastic!
